Royal Queen Seeds Royal Cheese Automatic from Seed Supreme. Seeds soaked in water for 36 hours then directly into there final pots. They were standing at 1 inch 3 days later. Finishing out week 1 of the seedling and so far they look happy. 1-gallon & 1/2-gallon fabric pot sizes for there life! So excited for this strain!

The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage. The plant is growing fast, stretching long and I'm constantly tying down branches to maintain an even canopy. There's also a stronger scent of lemon already in the tent. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 3L per day. Lost a branch end with 3 nodes accidentally whilst tucking away so now I'm super careful. The Sativa dominant strain is stretching nicely and bends easily. Minor defoliation of lower branches and fan leaves continues daily. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-30 in vegetative stage - switching the light regime to flowering. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period prior to switching light regime - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Maintain lights off from Dec-31, 10:00 until Jan 1 - 18:45 allowing a 32hr darkness period prior to switching the light regime. Light regime is set for 12.5/11.5 on/off allowing me a better maintenance window for my living situation. Both plants are growing fast and strong, showing their genetic traits. Some shoots are going through the net already. Have started to tuck branches as they grow to fill up any gaps. Did minor defoliation on both plants near their stem base and centres. Some green algae on roots/coco medium on the surface of the pot. Have defoliated some more which hopefully helps with air circulation at the area. Will monitor over the week - may need to decrease watering frequency, although they seem to be keeping up drinking. Lowered the High Humidity setting of the extraction fan to 60% - which effectively keeps it running at least 75% of the time, and removed the humidifier. Will monitor and adjust as necessary lowering the setting to 50% in a few weeks whilst flowering. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-23 in vegetative stage. Installed the ScrOG net - Set at 20cm from the base of the plants, being 55cm from ground. The plant is showing great growth, lots of branching and new growth sprouts. A few branches are beginning to come through the net and almost all main branches are now tied down horizontally after the two recent toppings. Applied more LST and will wait for the branches to reach the net and start tucking. The AC Infinity fan is currently only running intermittently with its current settings. This seems to impact the utilisation and effectiveness of the carbon filter in use. The desired outcome is for the fan to be running for longer periods whilst in Auto config. Lowered the High Level Humidity from 70% to 60%, and more importantly, lowered the Max Speed from 4 to 2 with the intent that a lower fan speed will result in longer periods where the extraction fan is operated to remain below threshold targets for the grow space. Plant growth continues to be strong at the end of the week. Big fan leaves near the top are beginning to look a little serrated and dark, similar to the start of this grow. This may be due to the extra CalMag being added which was the issue at the start of the grow. Will keep monitoring and half the CalMag dosage on next feed. Importantly, I have learnt nutrient mixing of the CalMag should be done prior to the Canna Coco A & B. To date I have done the opposite which may explain my earlier issues. Fertigating daily at the start of the light cycle. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Day 17, and she’s starting to show sugars from the top down. I can’t wait for a smell to develop, but when I did smell something during the first opening of the tent it smells something fruity. She’s drinking at least 4 gallons a day at this point.

Not much to be said for this lady. Her calmag issue seems to be still present and I'm suspecting lockout. She's on pHd water and calmag for now. Her aroma is amazing. So minty but cheesy at the same time. Amazing. She is fattening up good regardless of any issues. Not long to go for this girl!

02/01/2021 Going to sprout my last 2 Bluedreamatic seeds from (fast buds). Will be sprouting in mini greenhouse on heat mat. Once seedlings are ready they will be moved under 1000w MH for veg and flowering. 10+hours later they are on bottom of water and time for paper towels in baggie. 02/03/2021 1 seed sprouted and I dropped the other in soil 🙏 I hope because it disappeared! So got at least one Bluedreamatic on the way hoping to see other one sprout in mixing tray. 02/05/2021 She's above ground! Day #1 , currently under 150w compact flourecent 3 way bulb when first true leaves form (Not single finger let)I will start veg cycle under 1000w MH see you in 3-4 days for weekly update. topped seedling pot with vermiculite 1/2-3/4 inches leaving the cotdtyledons 1/2-3/4 inches above surface. Roots should fill up this container quickly, moved under1000w MH light for vegging. Seedling is 3-4 ft away from light but also off to the side no serious heat just about room temperature. I could not feel heat from light where I put seedling, comfortable on your skin is good for plants. 02/11/2021 It's day #6 above the soil, she is doing well already grown 2" above where I topped with vermiculite. At lights out I put her in humidity dome with my tomato seedlings main area of grow gets very cool at night,so I try to keep her at a better temp 72°f.

Well another week for this adoptepted Gelato. I got simi bad news. The main stem snapped! It Snapped while tying branches down. Trying not to panic, i tried to put the branch back together again nice and tightly with some tape. After securing the branch I gave this plant a good feeding. Im really keeping my fingers crossed with this girl, only time can tell. Let me kno what yall think. If she do not bounce back, I plan to go ahead with the flip and get what I can from the remaining branches...

My harvest is well over. This was a light dep run on 6 plants. On my 3 black cherry gelato (BCG), I started with 3 plants and one succumbed to both shock and caterpillars, one I fresh froze early into hash and one plant at about 14 oz dried and cured. Both the surviving plants were hit hard by the cats and my yield is about 50-60% of what it could have been. But that’s growing in SoCal. I really liked the outdoor BCG, it kept its terp profile well past 8mos from harvest. The hash was mixed with my PPP outdoor hash. TBH, the hash is so potent, I can’t really use it that much. I’ve probably smoked 7g over 8 months and still have over 46-50 grams of hash left. I’m writing this about 9 months after I harvested. I harvested about 50 jars total inside and outside as well as a 2oz temple ball of hash. I still have 19 of 50 jars left and 48g of hash left after 8-9 months. Not to mention a good 6lb of trim.
