So far my confidence in this next go around is very high! 😃☀️ Putting the seeds straight into a jiffy pellet is the way I am going to proceed with germination going forward. You are just adding extra variables to what should be a simple equation (seed in sterile medium + warmth + moisture = seedling) unlike with the paper towel method, where you need to transfer them to the medium. But this is just one opinion of a rookie grower.

Plant A (left side) started pushing through the medium first after 48 hours. Plant B germinated successfully at 96hrs but due to cold climate and moisture in the seed the seed got too cold and turned to mush. At 96hrs Plant A had reached 1.25" and had started to spread the first set of leaves. It is now approximately 2" tall and the first fan leaves are about 1/3" long. Growth is steady and effortless for this girl. So far the self watering set up, grow light, and medium have been treating plant A great. After 60hrs she became fully exposed. Plant B germinated as stated before and died, Plant C was planted 5 days into the germination week of Plant A. No pre-soak, just dry seeds dropped directly into the medium. Miracle Grow myth has so far been proven wrong (performance organics, not regular potting soil). In addition to the set up, I found a water bottle diffuser I have on a 6hr rotation (6 on and 6 off) that I found for $9USD at a grocery outlet. Humidity now steady at 31% on the gauge and about 65% Relative Humidity. Temps sit steady around 68-71°F. Shooting for 360g or 180g from each plant utilizing LST. We are seeing if organic miracle grow has enough nutes for an autoflower, with 3 months of nutrients as stated from the bag it should end up timing out perfectly for harvest time with no flushing needed as nutrients will already be used up.

I have gone through the tent this week, and I have removed a lot of the lower branches on the plants, as they're not going to grow into big colas or anything. So it's better not to waste the plant's energy, developing those to hopefully redirect it into the larger flowers. Orion F1 organic, dry amendments. The plant is really developing the flowers while they look really dense, and like they will be some very top shelf buds! The buds are beginning to stack on weight now, and hopefully, we'll just see the colas become larger and larger as we go on from here! I'm really impressed with this plant so far, and the organic dry amendments are really working wonders, and that's been really eye-opening for me during this experiment! I'm very pleased that Royal Queen Seeds were kind. Enough to allow me to try this experiment with some of the F1 hybrid strains. It has been, and continues to be an extremely exciting experiment, and I am again learning more and more with each plant. I cannot wait for harvest and to see what these buds look like after I've dried and trimmed them! 3.8.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2 with; 💜 1ml Trace PH: 6.2 PPM: 371 I've just been keeping the medium, not bone dry, but there were some fungus gnats. Well here she is and she has been loving it in here for the last three weeks .. prior to that is was very up and down from a while because of heat and cold issues but I've moved the whole set up to a new location and the environmental issues have been solved with their new home I'm excited to start this next run and may run this lady again she smells so dam different ...

Will continue PK for one more day as time for the last push here now as upped nuets about 200ppm. PK ends Friday, nuets will drop back 200ppm at the same time. Stopped the PK booster and reduced nuets to get ready for flush next week. Day 44, 30th of October 2020: Here we go I am back from holiday this girl grew a lot. The first 6 pictures before LST and the rest is after picture. I switches the light to 12/12 from tomorrow and leave her in darkness for one day from now. She has got already some smell also... ;) I have ordered and extraction fan kit so with filter it will be used soon. Although these plants might look small for 7 weeks old, it's because of the way I've been training them, to grow horizontally & all the H.S.T I've performed to get a really strong, thick structure & also as I've had to manage the height as they will be in veg until the plants in flower are finished & I can transfer them & start flowering. Continue tying branches down as they grow & separate growth tips. Also defoliate leaving only top growth as this will be removed later anyway. Very hardy plants that have handled all the H.S.T & my accidental abuse with no worries. Very thick strong branching. Finished training & now letting them grow upwards to get a bit of size before they get put to flower. Great harvest but I believe I can do a lot better with what I learned. See the next round coming soon, one last seed on the tube. The last pictures I'll be able to post from Sweet seeds hahahaa the harvest just vanish. As a rule of thumb, I saved the top buds for last and manage to do these pictures for their contest. Enjoy.
