Week 9: Blueberry Auto's Packing on the Thiccness! Yo growmies! Just swung by the garden, and let me tell you, my jaw hit the floor faster than a dropped joint! The Blueberry Auto said "sayonara" to stretching and is now channeling all her energy into thicc bud formation! YES! Look at that main cola - it's practically bursting with juicy flowers! I also snagged a trippy video to show you this frosty lady in all her glory. And the smell, oh man, the smell! It's getting intense like a skunk who just discovered high-end perfume. Hahaha! We're getting closer to harvest. I can feel (and smell) it. How long will she keep on packin' the weight? Stay tuned, growmies. High fives all around!

She’s been flowering for 4 maybe 5 weeks now initially I thought she was taking long because my 12/12 was a couple mins off giving it more light but corrected that n it just looks like it’ll be a long finish her but it’ll be worth it 😎

Taking it slow with the veg state to develop larger, stronger plants and it seems to be paying off. I've trimmed the lower leaves at least 3 times this week. I think I'm going to extend it out at least one more week before switching to flower state. Early in the week I switched from blue to purple to allow the branches to push through the screen more. Then mid-week blue, to rebuild the fan leaves, then back to purple once I rearranged everyone into their optimal positions for capturing light. I see a lot of potential for multiple colas. Each time I switched to purple, I raised the light up a few inches to help them stretch. As noted last week, lamp distance is being measured from top of net (not top of plant). I continue to add compost tea every Tuesday, which they love :-)

D71. Week five of flower and the girls are simply doing their thing. I scouted the plants today and found thrips on the second girl. I was hoping the lacewings would have gotten them all by now, but no such luck. I'll give them a week before ordering another batch. For some reason, the thrips avoid the first girl. Visually, there's also a clear difference between the two girls, with the first girl being darker and having more buds. ------------------------------ D73. I brewed a short (6 hours) compost tea today consisting of worm castings, kelp meal, neem meal, humic and fulvic acid, rock dust, biochar, and molasses. After the brew, I added homemade Bokashi juice, which lowered the pH of the tea to 6.6. Each girl got 2.5 liters of tea (5% of pot volume.) I also did another light round of defoliation, down low on the plants. ------------------------------ D75. Each girl got 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.5, with 5 ml of FFJ. The plants stretched SO MUCH after flipping them into flower that it's challenging for the light to penetrate the canopy, and it's pretty dark further down. I bought some LED grow light strips and installed them in the tent to provide additional side lighting. It's only 36 W of extra lighting, but I hope it will help to develop the numerous buds down low. I put the lights on the left side of the tent, around the first girl, since she has a lot more buds, but now that it looks like the concept works, I might get another set of lights for the right side of the tent. ------------------------------ D77. We've reached the end of the fifth week of flower, and all is well in the tent. Ahem, almost all since I still have the thrips to contend with, BUT I just put a bunch of Cucumeris predatory mites in the tent, so the war rages on. A friend suggested adding white cloth below the plants to reflect more light toward the lower buds. Sounds plausible, but I didn't have any fabric, so I went all ghetto by simply putting strips of kitchen paper on top of the scrog net. Not the most fantastic reflector material ever, but it's what I had at hand. Plus, it's easy to work with and costs next to nothing. I doubt it will make a big difference, but even a slight increase is still an increase, and I could see a visible difference in the amount of light hitting the lower canopy. Finally, each plant got 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.3, with FFJ and Bokashi Juice. ------------------------------

Three are coming along 1 is stunted will see if it recovers. Still to early to sex, maybe another week or two. I got my fingers crossed I will get at least one female. This is there 1st liquid feeding this week. the three are pretty dark green might have too much N in the coco amendments. I started out low with the feeding as I feel there are still dry amendments in the coco I do not want to over feed. I went 1/2 strength and added a little CAL MAG with the Enzymes and Mammoth P and the Fulife and Cargo Boost. I will keep a close eye in any signs of nuite burn this week. I hope to see some sex indicators in the next week or 2. stay safe all.

Hi all another week done strawberry banana still hanging on ill chop her tomorrow though and hang to dry for 5 to 10 days but other plant well thats a different stroy i chopped that bitch down and dried it all lasted 6 days drying between 16 &21 degress a few warm days but nothing to mad and 55 to 62% humidity now its curing in cvault containers no smell of hay at all jst pure sticky and opened container to weight it and wife screams down stairs about the smell of house I wouldn't say it was out of container and on counter top for more than 3 mins and she roaring over smell so hopefully that a good sign 🤣🤣66 grams dried. Now to my one criticism to myself the buds are a bit airey compared to what I was aiming and hoping for did I do anything wrong or will they dense up in curing process or do they come out same way they went in either way tho im well happy with my first run at this plus strawberry banana a much bigger plant buds look much denser and frostyer so dying to see what grams she gives out when all done Thanks again all Keep grow and blazing.

Been an ok week just counting down the days till flip. This update is a bit late and should have another soon enough. Found one leaf that was giving me some camo print. Kinda cool. Would be neat if the entire plant did that, would look amazing on the deck. makeshift bamboo. My butterwort plant is starting to thrive again in the shade of the bigger plants and the peppers are also doing the same, the light was just to much for them. the butterwort is also eating lots and lots of the gnats in the tent and doing its job, I'm going to try and propagate it and give some to my grow shop guys and see if they want to sell them. They told me to make a bunch of clones of it and bring them some so we will see. I let my pots get nice and dry before the next water and saw some of the leaves on the underside of the canopy were wilting so the gnats might have been knocked back by a week or so from it being to dry on the soil level. Plant is also fully showing its sex on two of them, waiting on the middle one to pop some pistils. Fed them all the same with an addition of some seaweed extract from GaiaGreen. They are really liking the fulvic acid powder I'm using. this is 100% a new thing going into all the grows moving forward. I also went out and purchase some bubble has bags for cheep and decided to try and make some bubble hash out of a bunch of outdoor plants I had, comprised also of trim/shake from all the other diaries I did. One weird thing was the 25u size was the bigger yielding and that not so normal from what I have been told by my friends. I have a strong feeling it was from me shaking and hitting the bag like it owed me some money. I wanted to see how much keif/crystals would fall off of it in the freezer and my orginal plan was to make keif hash with it and that's part of its processing. vs bubble hash you don't want to do that. The results where ok. I did 3 washes and honestly I should have done more but it was late and I was just going to throw it out anyway if I did not make hash from it, so win win. 1st wash about 15min 2nd wash was about 15-20 min 3rd wash was closer to 30 min. used a 220u work bag and then went into a 160u and 73u down to a 25u as final, I don't know its yeild yet but I will soon find out as its still drying. used 213.4g of trim and shake and some buds. My ideal outcome is 10% of that weight in hash so 21.3g 220u160u73u25u u=micron I feel like im forgetting something but IDK what it is, till next week, and that should be in a few days. Friday if I get my shit together. Week 8 flower| Buds swelling and ripening up

Тупанул с удобрениями. Первую неделю растиха еще чего-то жрала, но под конец вижу, что чего-то не так: ну медленно растет, не должно быть так. Потом понял, что кокос промывал двое суток, а растиху поливал через раз чистой водой, хотя по сути нужно постоянно проливать слабым компотом. Чуток словил хлороз. На второй день после хорошей промывки растишка очухалась и начала развиваться. Хлороз остановился. PH понизил с 6.5 до 5.6. В целом неделя закончилась положительно. Растишки оклемались после жестокой голодухи, снова позеленели и начали расти дальше. Отставание от графика примерно на 4 дня из-за стресса. В следующий раз надо не забыть заправить кокос под 1500-2000 PPM и потом неделю поливать чистой водой.

The two surviving Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants develop well after they were planted in soil. The first pot is very small (0,25 l) and only a little watering is necessary now. As you can see in the pics the roots grow VERY WELL with the Voodoo Juice from Advanced Nutrients.

We will see, we hope... littlest two different ladies in same strain.
