This week the time had come, the plants were chopped down. They were left to dry for almost exactly 7 days, a little too long as it turned out. One head bud had to be removed due to the risk of mold. All in all, the harvest turned out to be smaller, certainly also due to the fact that I could only grow three plants on 50x50cm in their vegetative stage to a limited size at the beginning.

Flowering day 34 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The buds have developed incredibly nicely this week. The smell is getting more and more extreme :-) . The growth has slowly stopped as the full energy goes into the production of the buds. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.2 l (nutrients see table above) They were individually inspected and checked for their health. Osmosis water for the coming week was refilled in a 100 l tank 👍. The budlets have fully developed and are now starting to fatten up. There hasn't been any deformed leafs or signs of nutes burn so the flush of distilled water from last week seemed to work so I'll b using 1/4 the the recommended dosage for there first feeding this week. Ap is really showing her purple color with the budlets and her sugar leafs. Blueberry is more potent smell so we will see what this week has in store.

I wanted to title this weeks grow "How Big Are Your Balls? (root balls that is, lol)". I've been wanting to post pictures and video of the root balls for a while now, so today's the day! The temperature has been dropping here, so the plants are getting much less heat stress. In a couple of weeks the temperature should be down into the 60's and 70's during the day and all will be good.

Gained allot of fan leaves again in the begin of the week so i trimd some away so al the budsite get as less shadow as possible. I also added some extra string since some branches where a bit higher then the rest so they are nice and even now again. The smell is also starting to build up its still subtle but when opening u can smell its nicely. Gonna add some more nutes on top of the soil since they last 10 -12 weeks and flowering is around 9weeks and i always take a week extra and maybe even 2 weeks if the trychonomes arent good.

~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/7- Here we go with the new addition to the FastBuds family, Papaya Sherbert fem photo. I placed one seed in a glass of lukewarm tap water (non-chlorinated well water). Within 24hrs there was a root beginning to show coming out of the seed. I then placed the seed between two moistened paper towels that I then put in a vented plastic container. I put the container in a dresser drawer where it would be warm and dark. 5/9- When I checked on the seed yesterday, there was a substantial root about 1/2" long coming from the seed. I then planted the seed, root first with just the seed head exposed, in a 2" starter pot filled with peat that I pre-moistened with 6.5ph well water. I placed the starter pot in the bottom of a Solo Cup that I had cut in half. I then placed a clear Solo Cup over it to act as a humidome and placed it under the lights in the grow room. Today the little Papaya Sherbert showed her pretty little self and so begins this journey together with her! 5/12- Two days ago the Papaya Sherbet sprouted her first true leaves and today she's really showing some vigor and some impressive growth! Today I went ahead and transplanted her for the first time into a 2qt pot filled with pre-amended coco/perlite. Before placing the Papaya Sherbet into her new home I coated the hole with Xtreme Gardening MYCOS, then placed the Papaya Sherbet and watered her in. 5/15- One week from breaking ground and the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet feminized photoperiod is looking fantastic and doing great with a second set of leaves now out! She's liking her bigger pot and is really beginning to take off now. I should be able to do her final transplant, which will move her outside, next week as our weather is rapidly improving... Que pasa familia, vamos con la séptima semana de floración de estas Gorilla Melon feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. Y ya superaron el shock provocado por el mismo trasplante. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Ya empiezan a formarse las flores y progresan a buen ritmo. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

These girls are on fire , super dense heavy nugs . Smells incredible and can’t wait . Harvest is expected before the end of the month . Btw this is actually my first grow … I’ve been studying a lot and have certs from thc university.

Did some defoliation at 20. april for more exposed light. Watering 3L every 2-3 day ish. A lot of new growth.. So excited for the next weeks!

Been curing for about a week. Some good flavors coming off the jars. Going to give it til Christmas to cure to do the true judging and then I’ll update. Results definitely has me excited about growing, and I think I’m stuck. I have learned a lot from this harvest. Think I will go for bigger pots for the next run and only have 3 plants. This was an incredible cultivar! She put in fat Buds in a timely manner and ripened pink and teal buds. The aroma is no compromise either. She has floral citrus top notes and skunky back tones. Out of the 4 testers I did this round this one seems to be the one for yields as well. It's a win win with this strain. Great creation from Fast Buds

added a massive amount of fish shit from my aquarium giving a massive amount of organic matter to the microbes and infusing the pots with a massive number of microbes from the fish tank. they are looking like the end of week 3 at week 2 so let's see if i can keep this momentum throughout the entire flower.
