Buds are ripening and trichomes are starting to get cloudier. I expect two more weeks

10 weeks from seed to harvest. The nutrient line I was using didn’t give me optimal growth, for this strain and my level of experience. Had some great growth and veg time, about 4 weeks, but when flower kicked in they got beastly. I would say I had two different phenos of this strain, and the one pheno that is unique, had slightly looser buds than the other two. This could be because of the LST/super cropping of the main cola. The other two had nice rock hard frosty buds and have similar smells and profile. The other one has more citrus, and was a bit lanky, more sativa in looks. Overall, easy enough to grow, no major surprises, and decent enough yield for 10 weeks. This is a strain that could have been better had I not had some issues with either lockout/deficiencies.

After a week of growth, the Blackberry is out of the dome. It was overgrowing it, so I just transplanted it into its final autowatering pot for simplicity. I normally go seedling pot to 1.5g pot to 3-5 gallon pot, but this very tall 2.5 gallon airpot will be a first for me. I think the benefits it will receive outweigh the cons. I am now running a humidifier at 60 percent RH, and will be watching the plants carefully throughout the week as I dial up the nutrients and ensure a good VPD for the plants. The Blackberry is a bit more vigorous and healthy than the Blackberry Kush by Dutch Passion growing with it. I hope the Kush catches up, but I am very pleased with the Fastbuds at this early state. In case anyone is wondering if there is any perlite, there is! It's just chilling under layer of pure coco. Right now there is 3l of perlite per pot, with the highest concentration lowest in the pot. The Blackberry is growing very well at this point, and definitely does not mind the earlier transplant! Day 12: I lowered the light height by 8in, down to my more usual vegitative height, to ensure maximum light exposure for this vigorous plant. The Blackberry is doing well, and will definitely get topped after it gets another node or so of growth. Day 13: I am running low on calimagic as a cal mag source, so I switched out to Greenleaf nutrients cal-mag pro that I have a bag of (that will last forever!) It has a bit more nitrogen, which is good for the current plant stage, so I can save the calimagic for flowering if the plants don't mind the switch. I mix about .5-.6 EC worth of Cal mag, which is about .625tsp per 5 gallons of the Cal mag pro. I will have this reflected on tomorrow's diary entry.

She was stunted but has produced some nice solid nugs.

This was a sad little plant, if only the fucking birds did not eat the original plant. They are so bloody annoying. Over all plant did ok, just the runt size is a massive let down. Will just dry this and give it to a friend to smoke. Oct 3rd, - start of week 9 in flower; Panama Red, Honduras x Panama get a visit and a feeding tomorrow - (ford) Pink Kush (Bahia black head) get a visit and phood tonight as well. (Bahia Black Head is being Flushed this week, no food) - Alaskan Purple is simply putting on a Huge display after being so quiet all year long. Pictured bottom branch is over 9’ long… 4th - applied the Milk treatment as planned. White Powdery Mildew has been knocked out on this plant; Alaskan Purple. Its also completely stalled Mildew on two other grows. (2-part Milk / 3-part Water. 3.25% fat content is what the Gardener references used for hard vegetables: 7-10 days as req’d 5th - fed Panama Red and Honduras x Panama. (Black Tuna gets Chopped Sunday) 6th *** its a great story, and I’ll keep it short here. - LEGACYMARKETFARM gave me an opportunity earlier this year, and I want to give a shout out to them so people can see the High-Level that they are working-on. Andrew bought some seeds at auction that were created and bred by a Famous and Notorious grower; Charles Scott. aka the original Reeferman. Andrew provided me with a wonderful palette of seeds to work with, as I adopted many of his growing targets and patterns into my own efforts this year. Pre98 Bubba , oh how I’ve missed you for so many years! These ones came out absolutely gorgeous! Loving the the purple phenos 😍 ! These ladies liked to stretch quite a bit so you’re gonna want to use some LST on em but I also recommend topping at least 6 times to get a better bang on your yield ! Expect nice tight purple buds with a tremendous amount of frost covering, some of the frostiest Bubba I’ve ever had! Over all I give it 10 stars an would definitely over an over run this strain!

Day 71 - Starting week 11 and she’s really starting to fill in quite nicely. Did a little bit more of leaf tucking and will be giving her a feed of nutes in the next day or two. She’s got a really sweet smell to her right now. Day 72 - All looking good and not much new today. I did give her a feeding of nutes today and checked the runoff again and a tiny bit higher than I’d like, sitting at 7.1. Other than that, just removed a few leaves and tucked the rest. Day 73 - Noticed a couple leaves that have a couple “rust” spots on them so gonna try and get that fixed. Other than that she’s progressing nicely and will probably end op giving her some more water in 2 days. Day 74 - Nothing new happening right now. I’m just letting her do her thing and feeding her when she calls for it. I did rearrange her in the tent a little bit but that’s about it for today. Day 75 - The girl is still fattening up nicely but other than that, there’s not much else happening today. She’ll be ready for some water tomorrow. Day 76 - Gave the girl a heavy watering of plain water today and the PPM is at 223 right now so next watering will definitely be a feeding of nutes. She’s has quite some time left before harvest so not wanting to cut the nutrients yet.

day 22: the plants are beautiful, they are all starting to produce trichromes.. no sign of deficiencies! I did one of the last defoliations. the smells are starting to appear for some, the ones that struck me are: - code red #1 and #2: strawberry and cream terps.. a bit like strawberry milk! it's crazy - B45: citrus and bug terps.. on a background of exotic fruit and gas! it's incredible - LA vanilla cake: vanilla ice cream terps - Cherry gar see ya #4 clone: a puree of exotic fruits, especially mango and pineapple.. I'm a fan my two papayas have herm, I found some bananas.. I really don't understand, they are in the perfect ecosystem!!
