On day 1 I adjusted the PH from 6.6 to 6.2. The tallest cola is 13.75" away from light. On day 2 I adjusted the PH from 6.4 to 6.2. The tallest cola is 12.5" away from light. On day 3 the PH is 6.2. The tallest cola is 11.5" from the light. On day 4 I didn't take data points long day... On day 5 the rez PH is 6.2. the tallest cola is 10" from the light. On day 6 the rez PH is 6.0. The tallest cola is 9.5" from the light. I defoliated heavily to bring in more light and airflow. On day 7 The tallest cola is 9" from the light. I mixed up a new rez.

Buds are really coming on now. Stretch is slowing. Very happy with the new lights and fan. Not sure I'll do scrog next time as its hard to keep up with all the grow and pruning/defoliation required. Adjusted my lights to get everyone even coverage. Light meter would be nice at some point!

Welcome to week 1 of my CBD Medi Kush Diary! I have 2 - CBD Medi Kush by Spliff Seeds going in the same tent with 14 other plants (full details on all of the other plants can be found on my "Dude's New Diary to Rule Them All" diary, check it out). But with the CBD Medi Kush I'm also growing 3 - DinaMed CBD+ by DinaFem, 1 - Critical+ by DinaFem, 3 - Cream & Cheese CBD by Seedsman and 7 - Cherry Blossom CBD Hemp by Elevator Supply Co. The 2 CBD Medi Kush plants and 2 of the DinaMed CBD+'s were all started from seed at the same time (all other plants are clones). Once all surviving clones/seedlings were healthy enough I transplanted from dixie cups to small pots (I guess around 1 litre). They were transplanted into soil I had been composting and turning for 3-4 weeks. They really responded well to the transplanting and the new soil. Noticeable growth in 48 hours. The pictures in week 1 were taken right after transplanting (check week 2 and you will see a very noticeable change all around). My plan this grow is to go organic (or as organic as possible). While the soil was composting I added old fan leaves to the mix as well as Recharge, Mr B's Green Trees 'Growth', and Jobe's Organic granular fertilizer. I know, I know, everyone says don't use time release nutes with cannabis. BUT, The Rev said it was fine in his "True Living Organics" book. He actually recommends putting spikes in the flowering pots prior to transplant (I'm planning on trying that too). Recharge and Mr B's Green Trees don't claim to be organic specifically for whatever reason, but the ingredients include pretty much everything The Rev recommends adding to composting soil. Plus I love Recharge, that stuff is great! Organic or not I'll be using Recharge along the way. Here's the setup... First of all, I'll let you know my grow area is in my attic. The previous owners finished the attic with walls lights and even carpeting, but for some reason kept the folding attic stairs. Its pretty a pretty good space, we divide the attic in half. One side for my plants, they other for attic type storage. I have 2 2x4 tents and a larger flowering area (10x12'ish). One of the tents I use for drying only, the other is where I have these babies growing. The babies are currently under a single Viparspectra V300 300W LED. I'm having really good results with Viparspectra LED's. Bang for the buck, Viparspectra is hard to beat. I have a 2nd 300W Viparspectra which is a R300 (more reds) which is better for flowering. I may stick the R300 in the tent as well at some point, but for now the single V300 is doing a great job. In the flowering area I'm running 1000W HPS. The HPS has been kicking ass with the plants in flower now and I'm expecting more of the same with these girls when they are ready for the big time. Side note: I'm running a separate diary for all of these girls. In this diary I'm just going to focus on the CBD Medi Kush specifically. But I did start the CBD Medi Kush and DinaMed CBD+ seeds at exactly the same time. So, in the other diary I will do some comparisons and contrasts between the 2 strains as they grow. So far the DinaMed is taller, but the CBD Medi Kush has beautifully stacked node structure. This looks like its going to be a win-win. Please follow and comment away!!! 08/30/2021 - Noticing more gnats than usual. Could be overwatering, anaerobic soil conditions, or both. - Going to set up fly traps, starve both the plant and the gnats of water for about a week. - Will observe any stress responses due to an extended dry period.

Cómo cada cultivo es hermoso ver crecer estás plantas, aunq las variedades son las mismas son muy diferentes q, como los hermanos o los dedos de la mano... Me pone contento y al mismo tiempo triste terminar con ellas, pero para eso están... Espero q les halla gustado el proceso de mi humilde crecimiento, espero sacar buen gramaje y llegar a un buen número, el próximo diario ya será de cosecha... Buenos humos para todos... This is a grow of fate… My friend talked me into buying this strain, and I almost bought the sticker with the drop… For a while I’ve been wanting to start my seeds on the full moon, cause my grandpa told me that was the trick to growing… I’m at my bar the other day, waitress calls for a blue moon, and this old man(who looks a lot like my grandpa) says “u know what a blue moon is?” I do, we chat about lunar shit for a minute, he mentions he grandparents always told him to plant seeds on a full moon… I get my seeds delivered, with no sticker, my wife comes home from vacation and gives me a souvenir, a beer cozy that looks a lot like the Pink Panama sticker… My seeds I started on 4/1 have been slacking, 2/3 died, had to restart them. So I said fuck it, gonna start a Pink Panama seed on the full moon 4/16, so I check to see the exact time of the full moon, and the name of it: 2:55pm peak, the Pink Moon… Then this one kinda mystical grower I love, tells me to start seeds in your mouth for 10 minutes before you sow them. So today after soaking the seed in my mouth for 11 minutes(reminds me of my grandpa), I sowed my 1st Pink Panama seed at 2:55pm, at the peak of the Pink Moon…

- Fifth week Did a few trimming of some fan leaves at bottom PH around 5.5, still have to maintain with PH up daily Changed reservoir with a dosage of Base A- Base B- Vege- using 1.0 ML per Liter Went back to Silica as specified in feeding schedule by Kawsay Peroxide in order to help oxygen in water, the water is kinda dark tinted, roots have tinted as well, yet they don't seem slimy. Leaves and plants have shown small deficiency in nutrients, but overall they seem to look fine. I dont believe it's root rot but will have to raise Peroxide intake, hopefully I can diagnose the root within this week. Sexing seems to be female, its hard to tell if they're pistils or bud sites, but have not seen pollen sacs develop yet. Update: Final topping done (3 tops in total) prospecting 12 bud sites. Recover mode 3 days and onto last vegetative week. Will consider switching to flower depending on how she recovers.

At the end of week 4 the northern lights feminised is going steady with no signs of deficiency but fading of the leaves have begun. The growth has ceased with most of her energy is being used for bud formation. Most of the internodes have been filled at her stem. As the plants aromas increase the sweat floral scent has now got a touch of spice. The super skunk feminised will be fed as required keeping a close eye on the moisture levels.
