Bud sites are getting ready now. I did a bit more LST and removed a few side shoots which never gonna make it due to lack of light. I replaced the light, under the TS 1000 she was praying all day long. On the previous run I had problems with the FC3000, it was turning itself off at random times. Mars Hydro was kindly sent me a replacement controller, so far it seems like this problem has been solved. However, I tried to use the app again and it’s still shite. 💩😂 So I just use the light in manual mode. Such a shame for the extra features I cannot use. We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation. Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well. 100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots. ----- Our Jet Fuel stat very very good, we have to say no problem, seed oper 24 h in water then 24 h in soil and sprout. Super love this strain, the genetic line is amazing. Here we have Diesel Family so mostly sativa and Gas taste more sativa. WARNING: Placenta Problems ---- ALWAYS look very carefully at the seedlings, if the seed or the placenta prevent the opening of the cotyledon leaves the plant dies after a while. Had bend her main cola over again!! She was growing into the light. She just keeps spreading out too! Wish I had a bigger tent for her. The buds are starting to fatten a bit. I defoliated her again. Trying to get some better light penetration and air flow.

Week3! moving out of early veg and into big boi weeks. Probably within the next week or so we will be doing our first topping. 6+ growth terminals will be my metric and I will be taking the best 4 and running 4 mains per plant. I also decided to edge up the nutrients, they look like they responded to the boost last week so Ill see if I can run them off of the Vanilla chart from TPS 10+ week extended chart. I usually run the nutrients at 70% strength A/B so we will see if we can push more in the late veg area. Also To deal with the possibility of future Root Gnat issues before I Transplanted the seedlings into 7 gal containers, I made sure i ran boiling water through my premade soil mix before hand. that way if there was any larvae in the soil it killed them off beforehand. I did replace soil microbes that I ended up killing off as well by adding in recharge after the fact when the soil cooled down a bit, even if the micro-bio stuff in the soil was not compromised I made sure to have a backup plan. I will also be spraying the ladies with Crop Defender 3 soon for mildew and spider mite prevention. CD3 is compleately organic pesticide/fungicide which is OMRI listed.
