Seen some good progress over the last week. Have been tinkering with water cycles. Got it up to 3 x 15min cycles in a 24 hour period, but i think I'm going to go back to two 15min cycles in 24hrs because she seems to wilt a bit in the morning. I'm wondering if the cycle an hour before lights out is too much. I've reset the cycles to 15min an hour after lights on and again 8 hours later for 15 min. I'll see if that improves things. I'm also going to change the reservoir for a fresh batch of water, nutrients and ph balance today or tomorrow. I've also got a sister plant on the go, but she's about a week behind in growth as she germinated later. She's also doing well, but obviously smaller than her big sister.

No estoy muy satisfecho con el cultivo. Aun habiendo realizado varias podas y defoliaciones todavía quedaban muchas ramas bajas y cogollos pequeños que han influido en el resultado final. En el próximo cultivo cambiaré la estrategia.

Fifth week of flowering. Too many pistils forming. As it was my first time I made a mistake and let the plant branch too much, so I have a lot of branches with small flowers competing for space on the screen with the big flowers. In my next cultivation I already know which branches to prune at the beginning. Finally, I am waiting to see these buds gain weight. Thank you all and see you next week

Hi Growmies, I feel I had a root issue, may have even been root rod. So as I saw a few of the very deeply submerged roots turning brownish and decay, I decided to generously cut away the affected areas and cleaned everything with hydrogen peroxide as good as I could and then properly rinsed the whole system. It seems, however, like she has started a whole new set of roots that started to submerge after I started feeding the orca from plant success (can be seen in the video below). Can highly recommend this product! She has also not show any signs of stress due the suspected root issues. Other than that she is a super pretty indica lady :) almost crazy how symmetrical she is. I have trained all main colas horizontally until the canopy had evenly opened up. Now I will let her grow towards the scrog and depending on her stretch, I will flip her at some point towards the middle or end of next week. Auch für die Pfadfinder eröffnet sich die nächste Woche. Beide Ladys machen einen Hervorragenden Fortschritt sowohl die Abstände der "Nioden?" als auch das Wachstum und die Farbe der Ladys gefällt mir sehr gut. Bei einer Lady habe ich etwas nach geholfen die zukünftigen Triebe durch die Fächerblätter zu fummeln damit diese schon frühzeitig licht bekommen und ggf. auch auf einer höhe weiter wachsen so wie sie es bisher tun. Bei der anderen Lady experimentieren ich etwas herum wie es sich auf die Ernte auslegt wenn ich einige Triebe nach unten "Binde" um einen Größeren Lichteinfluss zu generieren was aber bei der Lady nicht so einfach ist da sie ein verdammt wildes Wachstum hat was für mich als Newbie nicht klar erkennbar ist dank ihrer Mutation. 📆 Week 4, 12-18 May 2024 12 May - Upgraded light to ViparSpectra XS1500Pro. 13-14 May - Observed the plant. 15 May - Plant shows first pistils. 16-18 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 It was time to upgrade my light and it was an easy choice to stay with ViparSpectra. In my opinion, for small tents and the home grower they are the brightest lights available on the market. The only problem with the *2024 new versions are the dimmer switches. They limit how you can adjust the power: 5, 25, 50, 75 and 100% are the only settings, nothing in between. If you are trying to “dial” in your DLI/PPFD it makes it impossible without adjusting light height, which is quite cumbersome comparatively. Your forced to work around an issue which should have never been one! The plant is showing its first pistils this week. This doesn’t mean its in flower. There is no bud formation yet, she is just letting you know she is female. It could be another 2-3 weeks or longer before buds start developing. Hey folks. Into week 12. Just watering plants when needed and also did some preventive maint and sprayed neem oil at 2tbps per 2L of water. Other than that we still on cruise control for now.

Ya faltan pocas semanas y la verdad q lo las veo nada mal, absorben muy bien los nutrientes, aumentado el riego a 1lt x planta, no tienen ningún signo malo de nada, todo perfecto, eh tenido que hacer un poco de defoliación ya q habia muchísimas hojas grandes, se nota la buena circulación de aire, la penetración de luz en las partes bajas ( que aunque algunos no les den importancia o digan que esas zonas le quitan fuerzas a la planta, a mí me gusta dejar que crezca todo tal cual, sin problema.) son cogollos pequeños, pero los aceptamos igual, claro q sí... Harvested at day 76, after 72h of darkness. Very good yield! 3.3 pounds of dry buds + 1 pound of trim The 2 keepers yielded 366 and 342g of premium quality smoke. Very uplifting and energizing high :) Love it!
