Been two weeks since last update. Reoccurring back strain has made it challenging keep up with grow and diary. Just the basics. That said, I switched nutrient line from Fox Farm to GHE's trio. So much simpler that FF. Let's see how results are giving transition took place at bucket change. Figure one maybe two more changes before harvest.

Wk 4 was where I started to notice things weren't as they seemed. Continuous growth and some LST started towards the end of Wk3 and throughout 4 as different plants developed. The 3 girls in the Coco were looking wonderful, with nothing really done to them. - Towards the end of the week I noticed my leaves on the girls In the aero were now dramatically wilting and discolouration continued. - I flushed the tank and proceeded with just water.. 12 hours later after some research I realised I most likely have root rot!! - The following morning I took a look at the roots in more detail and what I thought was a bit of nute burn from the gunky root juice was in-fact slime. - I again drained the tank and rinsed the roots with tap water. Fortunately I have an adaptable tap and managed to hose them with an actual hose sprinkler! (it was better than a shower head). To my surprise most of the slime and damaged root matter rinsed away. I literally just scrubbed the whole tank with Flash bleach and rinsed the absolute crap out of it. - Again more research educated me that organic fertilisers are generally not great for hydro - I also realised that amazons system is terribly designed. The red sprinkler covers which are there purely for inspection let an immense amount of light penetrate through. This was another noob mistake I learned the hard way! Moving on I bought some Regen -e- root and pursued my crusade!

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend, it was a good week for the ladies in the 5X5, they are all starting to stack flowers and really starting to distinguish their own smells. The Bubble Runtz has the most indica dominant looking colas and smells absolutely amazing. The Sundae Driver is looking like she is gonna have the fattest colas and be the biggest producer. I am really hoping I get the red phenotype of the Red Hot Cookies, and both the Green Crack and Durban Nights are showing the most Sativa characteristics and looking great. I now have the Medic Grow Light cranked up to 100% in F1 mode and am also using the UV/IR for 30 minutes per day prior to lights out. I am running a 12/12 cycle and feeding the same mix of GH nutrients which include Silica, CalMag, MaxiBloom, and Bloom Booster, with additional food grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the reservoir to keep algea growth to a minimum. I mix one 5 gallon bucket of nutes per day and clean my reservoir once per week. My pump is set to auto feed the plants every 5 hours after lights on, and I have a gravity self draining runoff setup I built. Not much to do from here on out, just keep the reservoir clean and full, a little defoliation, and 5 minutes per day to mix a bucket of nutes.I hope they get fat in the next few weeks and then I have about 7 people lined up to help me trim, I will throw everyone two zips for the help. hoping to do the wet trim in a day. B2 is stacking on some serious weight and continues to grow.. it wild. B1 is forming buds similar to my last run which turned out nice. Excited to try these buds out already. About another month or so until harvest.

420Fastbuds FBT2301/Week11 What up GrowFam. Weekly update for these two stunning girls. Getting close for the chop after checking the trichs, I'm starting to see amber so will keep a close eye until we get to about 10%. I did to a major defoliation this week taking off most of the fan leafs to allow some of the lower buds to mature before getting chopped. Over all super happy with the way they've grown up to this point. Happy Growing

Thursday the 8th of June day 43 of 12/12 just plain ph water from now until harvest

Last week of flower amd flushed for the week. Buds are all cloudy and trady to go. Put them in darkness and will leave them there for five days. I have another plant drying and trying to stagger trimming. First plant dryed for 14 days and was about right. Trimmed it up and it is now and curing. Been in the jar for two days and humidity is 57%, good for me. Waiting for the cure now. It was kinda nice to do a stagged harvest so all the trimming did not have to be done at once. I think I will try to do it this way again. The final weight for the first plant was 102.78. The quality of the buds is the best so far. Not sure if that is attributed to luck, strain or growing is getting better. Time will tell. Next post the harvest. Cheers

Slight defoliation this week. These plants are absolutely breathtaking. However, these will be low yield plants. I normally yield an average of a qp on my auto flowers, I look for these to be around 2 ounces per plant. Maybe. I normally grow in coco loco by Bush doctor. This grow is in FFOF. But i also went to 5 gallon pots this time, usually i run 3 gallon. This leads me to believe for sure. That this is genetic. Looking forward to the finished product here however, as this looks amazing, and smells like candy.
