Howdy fellas it's day 54 of flower. Yesterday I had a defolliation going. Most of the bigger leafs had to go. Im feeding water only since 8 days. I guess 10 more days and they should be ready. The smell of especially 3G and Wedding Gelato is crazy. Both North Thunderfuck have also nice smell and are very high yield plants. Hulkberry is also looking really good but will take a Lil bit longer than the other ones. I wish everyone a nice day 😊

She's doing OK, certainly not jumping up in height though.

The cherry bomb has done well in expanding her growth after topping. I am having a ph problem again, and had to move the tent due to really cold weather. She is starting to show signs of nute burn. I have cleaned out the DWC bucket, and I am flusing her for a few days. I have put this plant through a lot of stress, and she continues to bounce back. I am very pleased with this plants Resilience.

This week the plant grew another 4 inches. Added more water because these guys were getting thirsty

Some old autos I’ve been working on crossing for awhile. Making the switch back to coco so just doing a small LST test run and a cheap drip emitter system. Did the old paper towel method in a Tupperware container placed onto a heating pad with 100% sprouted. Started on a very diluted feed. Letting them get anchored and will switch to bottom feeding for my first few feeds to get the roots chasing the moisture to build a solid root system early, then back to the top drip system. Going to be playing with some of my leftover nutes so won’t be following any set charts. 1.5ml micro,grow,bloom and a drop of cal mag

The Plants recovered from topping last week and are now more or less on one level. I increased the light strength every day. Now at 40%.

This lady is growing well. Nice thick leafs and stems. Strong bud smells already. I'll scrog and cut her back a bit next week. She likes all the nutrients I can give and few more weeks of veg I thing she'll get large quickly.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend and happy father's day to all the dads. The Strawberry Banana is almost done stacking and almost heading to the ripening phase. I did raise her up on a 10 inch milk crate last week to ensure all plants have an even canopy. She is really starting to smell very strong, I definitely smell both strawberry and banana's on my fingers after working with her. currently have the Spectrum X running at 100% power and have upped the time on the UV/IR bars to 90 minutes just prior to lights off. I am super happy with this light so far, she puts out impressive PAR, and runs fairly cool. The only thing I would change is to have individual timers for the different spectrums. I did hear they sell a timer that does this but it does cost 0. Not much to do this week other than keep the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old. She’s finally down 😸 I finished harvesting the lower buds this morning. Most of the buds appeared to have matured. Filled another one and a half hangers, I can’t get over how much this plant has produced. All the buds feel solid to the touch and the trichome coverage is phenomenal. She’s got a really sweet gassy aroma, with a funky backend. I’ve done a final trim on all the top/mid buds, they’re just having a few more days to finish up. Sorry for the lack of pictures, I 100% plan on doing a final smoke report update with an overall yield and plenty of pictures. Made a small test batch of rosin from the final trim, came out fantastic, it’s retained all the smell, it’s ridiculously strong and smokes extremely smooth 😻. I’ve finally got round to trimming the last of the Slurricane and I was amazed with how well she yielded. I got 9 ounces of solid buds that are covered in a ridiculous amount of trichomes! I don’t have any way of testing her but she looks like a 30%+ THC content, absolutely phenomenal buds. I also got 2 ounces of smaller leafier buds that were round the bottom of the plant and a stupid amount of premium quality trim. All this has been frozen to make into Rosin at a later date. The Buds themselves have a unique smell and taste, it’s gassy, but has a strange sweet taste that lingers In the mouth. I’ve never really had anything like it before. She packs an absolute punch! Immediate flushing to the face whether it be Rosin or Flower, I’d say she leans more to the indica side of things, but that could just be me 🤷‍♂️ All the top buds have had a weeks cure and are smoking unbelievably smooth even at this stage 😸 I’m storing some of it in a jar and I’ve posted a pic of the bottom of it, it’s almost completely white from the loose trichomes that have shaken off 😻. The Rosin I’ve made so far has been fantastic and I’ve only used trim, I’ve yet to press any flower, but I reckon she should give some decent returns! Overall she’s ticked a lot of the boxes for things I look for in a decent keeper plant. I’ve got a mother clone vegging so I’ll be running groups in the future. Great plant, great smoke 😻🌱💚

3/25/2023 Week 6- Day 1 of Veg (Day 52 overall) Added my first between changes SILICA Top offs. Was worried that when you add it to pre mixed Nutes that it can make the whole thing turn into a gummy looking substance. I was ready to drain the system and start it over for the week if needed, but no issues adding it to the tank. the Silica going into the Res didn't gummy the system up, it did drop my PH by quit a bit causing me to have to bring it back in balance. 36 Gallons in the Tank Silica Add .5mil/Gal = 18Mil I topped some that needed to be topped, I defoliated some that needs to be defoliated. Since I have moved into Week 6 I have increased the light intensity up to just over 500 maxing it out for Veg Cycle. Next increase will be Week 1 of Flower. 3/26/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Veg (Day 53 overall) All conditions looked great. Other than me not putting one of the humidifiers back right which means it didn't work last night so Humidity was lower than I like. But got the Humidifier back on it's stand correctly and it is now pumping away. With that I decided to give the plants a day off from any stresses, no topping, no FIMing, no Defoliation for today. Just some good old soaking up the light rays and the ability to get all the Nutes they would like.. 3/27/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Veg (Day 54 overall) Looking kind of Bushy today, so I defoliated some, and topped some. 3/28/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Veg (Day 55 overall) PH was a little lower than I like 5.74 so I added a few Mil of PH UP and brought it back up to 5.94. Not much else at this stage, just I topped a little and I defoliated a little. 3/29/2023 Week 6- Day 5 of Veg (Day 56 overall) Topped a little, Defoliated a little Watched them grow!! 3/30/2023 Week 6- Day 6 of Veg (Day 57 Overall) Main action today was breaking down my old tent and setting up a new tent and getting my second RDWC system setup and ready for clones. I Topped a little, I Defoliated some and started taking a good look at what I would like to take for clones in the coming days. I have a few bottom branches that look every promising for my clone material on each. 3/31/2023 Week 6- Day 7 of Veg (Day 58 overall) #3 is at 16" Tall #2 is at 13" Tall

May 31st Everything is looking good after the LST from last week, I said I was going to swap them into flower and I realized that I should wait another week or so as they will be going into a new home so to speak. Updates coming next week for that. Doesn't look like to many PH issues anymore or whatever was happening but the plants seem a bit happier now June 1st I Figured today would be a good day to do a bit of defoliation on these girls in order to get some more light down to the newer growth. I didn't take a ton off as you can see, but for the size of the plant I suppose it was a decent amount. I read somewhere that a general rule of thumb is only defoliate roughly 30% of the plant at most. I'm not to sure if it is true but I tried to stay within that general rule. June 2nd, I decided since I would have them in veg for at least a little while long I would top them again. After topping I gave them some water and nutrients. I know I said I would do straight water for the next one but I went for it anyways as it seems the flowering mixture may be giving it some deficiency's. So I gave them the recommended feeding for heavy veg growth. I gave about 3L to the bigger plant and around 2L to the smaller plant (as it was still a bit moist but it wasn't damp). My crappy soil tester was saying my soil was at around 8PH so I figured I would aim to feed around 6ph. With the small amount of runoff from the smaller plant I did A PH test and the PH seemed to be around the 4.5-5ph area. My liquid ph meter arrived broken so I am waiting for the new one, therefore I am using the general hydroponics liquid test kit. I presume my soil ph is lower then the water I have given seeing as it went from 6ph water to around 4.5. Next feeding I will aim to feed at 7PH. With the defoliation I just made sure that the tie downs were decently tight still and moved what I thought needed to be moved. June 3rd,4th Not a ton to update on. I didn't get any pictures for these 2 days. June 5th Some obvious problems going on with the bigger plant. I am guessing it is the PH issue but I am still unsure. The one browned leaf I accidentally squished in the tie down while I was low stress training it so it got a bit damaged. Other then that the plants are growing decent. Im not sure why I didn't have more pictures for today but I mainly took problems of the problem areas. June 6th Not much going on still. They are still just hanging out not doing to much. It was a busy work week so pictures in general were a bit lazy. I will try to get more for the upcoming weeks. Big news for next week!
