A diary dedicated to the rest of my special girls. Check out my profile to see the Gorilla Glue up close (she will still appear here from time to time). Germinated them directly in the soil with natural sunlight, achieving a 100% success rate. All came out the soil with remarkably thick stems already, excited to see how these old school genetics will behave. Lots of growth during their first week of life, reaching the end of it with 2 pairs of leaves each. We surely got some sturdy girls here. Sunset Sherbet had some damage from struggling to hatch and is now slowly recovering, I’m sure she’ll catch up with time. Nothing good nutrition and proper lighting won’t fix. Bruce Banner turned out to be incredibly big for her age, never grown a seedling like her! You can tell she’s already finding her germination vase too small. Making a statement with her presence. Biscotti Mintz also looking big and very healthy. Let’s watch them grow and see what they’ve got 🌱💪

So happy with the result of these gals. Harvested at around 15-20% amber on the tops of the colas, will be pressing the lower buds and trim with less amber into rosin :) They really grew into massive hulking monsters with colas the size of my forearm :0 I am so impressed and proud to call this my first ever grow. I learned so much and I am so hyped to put all this knowledge into the next grow.

Hello and Welcome back 🌱 It‘s now 7 days ago since I put them in Water to Germinate and now it‘s their 5th day of growing. Yesterday, they got their first 4 hours of darkness and now i‘m slowly going down to 18/6 light schedule. I admit, the environment was sometimes very off due to experiments with VPD and leaf temperatur but I think I can dile it in correctly for this growing stage and beyond (hopefully). I was trying to see what happens if I stress them a little and hoped they would grow faster but they 100% didn‘t like it. They heat up pretty fast when the Air is too hot and dry because the roots are not developed and the plant is not established enough. An established plant can stay outside in the heat of the sun and still have cool leaves. So my environment for this stage is as above (27°C,70%RH). Light at 15000 Lux (≈370 ppfd) a little high but I‘ve noticed some stretching and I asumed they wanted more light and I really don’t want any more stretching. My media comes without nutriens so i feed little amounts of it every time they dry out enough. This is a Indica dominant strain so I asume they will stay fairly smal. Btw. If anybody wonders if CO2 bags work, check out the Video I uploaded. They are still seedlings (not really in Veg yet) and so i‘m treating them as such for the rest of the week. Root developement is now the top priority wich, if you didn‘t know, is better in a smal pot first because they are more likely to develope secondary roots but we’ll see. I heard It‘s like topping just underneath the plant. When they are ready to be transplanted I most likely will take the first three. Update: I did all the preperations for Transplant bc I was worried about root bound. I took Nr. 4 out and washed it as carefully as I could to expose the roots. Some of them got stuck on harder peaces of dirt and got ripped off. But it looks like alot of secondary roots developed instead of just one long taproot, wich is nice. I assume i can transplant them in the next few days. I rearanged the plants according to the Lux reading, wich is highest in the middle so the bigger plants (Nr.1 and Nr. 3) went to the sides. Maybe Nr.1 got the „smal“ genetics and it’s not anything environmental. thanks for following along this far and happy growing! Update: hey guys so yesterday I noticed, that the roots are coming out of the bottom. They were trying to get to the bottom of the three pots 😭 i had to do an emergency Transplant wich went very bad because they were stuck in the little pots. I don‘t think i‘m going to use these kind of pots anymore because they were not easy to get out. I even dropped Nr. 3 but luckily nothing bad happened. After the transplant both Nr. 1 and 2 were already ready to get more light. But Nr.3 was turning away from the light and the leaves were hanging down. So to lower the stress and encourage root groth I redusced the amount of light to a minimum and lowered the Temperature and highten the RH. This seemed to work well because the leaves were purking up again. The next day after 6-7 hours of darkness they are doing fine again but i‘m going to give them a little longer to establish themselves in the new pot. I changed the light schedule to 18/6 since I had to give them more darkness yesterday. I hope everything goes smothly from now on.

Well growmies ive been looking forward to the Strawberry Pie, the more she went into flower the more the frost would build up , and that's when the terps came out and they came out strong , there no stealth for this girl 👉 Stinky 👈 Buds are tight and full of frost 👈 Couldn't of asked for better Genetics 😉 The smell coming from this girl during the entire grow was just dreamy 👈.... 2018-11-19 Flowering in full swing. Pulling slows down. In the morning, on the day of the compote replacement, my PPM-meter broke down. Therefore, the new solution was kneaded by eye. Tomorrow a new device will arrive and I will clarify what I have mixed there. 2018-11-24 Buds swell, there is time to figure out how to do time lapse video.

The end is in sight, the trichomes are getting milky. Gave them a good shot of Cannazym and Canna boost last watering to help the ripening process. Kind of a first flush to help enzyms digest the build up in the soil. Next 2 Waterings gonna be just RO water followed by a flush with Canna flush:)

She's super, she's just bursting with energy :) although it's a bit chilly in my grow tent right now, it doesn't cause her any problems :)!!!

So we had a long hard battle with spidermites over the last few posts and im under the impression they are gone and i won the war with them as of recently tried a bunch of things commercial organic nothing worked so i made a concotion of tea tree and Eucalyptus essential oild and a small amount of soap and that seems to have worked . They are showing small buds. They have been through a tough two weeks thats why i havent posted. As of today they are recovering greatly and should be back to full health in a week or so then they can focus solely on budding. Ive also tooken quite a few clones and topped them as im going to be attempting a sea of green next and will be starting a grow cycle for those.

Day 21. I post one day earlier, but its a huge week for them. Cleared space, install chicken wire fence. Added worm castings, epsom salt, mono potassium, calcium nitrate , Great White, Biosys and hope they will be ok. Next visit in two weeks. Root system was good, couple girls had mini root bound on the bottom, so timing was perfect ! Sherbet was strongest, purple haze weakest, both Apples were ok too. Happy Growing !!!

48 hrs. of dark are up and its time to chop. pots have dried from the last flush. These did not stretch as much as I would have liked I will have to adjust my light better next time and there was a lot of lower development near the media, hence not enough air flow. when I flushed the pots the water level went up to the lower growth on the Think different and the bottom was wet and rotted the bottom half. I did a mild lollypop on them I'm early flower it just was not enough, LESSON LEARNED. Chopped on 2/8/20 whole plant drying low and slow 54% RH 68F for 10-14 days then will trim and jar. 981 grams wet with the lumber. lets see how they dry. I got a rosin press coming today I will squeeze all the trim and larffy buds into dabs yummy! All in all I recommend these genetics I will try the think different again I'm sure I just got a recessive dwarf gene. I have seen other grows of this same strain same breeder that are huge and stacked. thanks again to Fast Buds 420 and Green Buzz Nutrients for suppling the goods for the grow. Not long left for her now I don't think. Buds are fattening up nicely the main cola is rock hard almost. Ridiculously strong pepper smell to her haha if you give a bud a rub a lovely fruity smell comes through though. Gonna do a week of dragon force next week then possibly start flush depending on trichomes. I have even checked them at all yet but will get it done over the weekend.

Semana 9 de floración: Los valores en el drenaje del riego, siguen altos la EC midió 1450 ppm y el ph me dio 6.8,(solo bajo muy poco el valor de las ppm.y del ph ha subido 1 punto mas), asique en la semana siguiente solo bajare mas las proporciones de nutrientes. Los cogollos se siguen cargando de resina y aumentando en tamaño , el aroma sigue siendo importante. Para la medición del drenaje se regó con un agua con un ph de 6.1 y unas ppm de 400, en el drenaje se midió un ph de 6.8 y unas ppm de 1500. (Valores altos y aun quedas 7 semanas más aproximadamente)
