The girls started to pre-flower on the 6th of June. They all have a slight smell when you rub the leaves. Kosher cake, Strawberry banana and the Forbidden runtz have a sweet smell to them. The Forbidden runtz reminds me of the smell of skywalker OG which is totally LUSH..!! The blackberry has more of an deep earthy smell with a slight bit of fruitiness. Super excited for the next few weeks with these ladies. Happy toking my peeps 😁

Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 10:45 AM D 62 -Ooof! Not really sure what happened but a couple of my plants got rocked pretty hard. I must’ve overwatered them. I bought a soil meter so I can check what’s going on. I’ll put some pictures up. Hopefully it’s still going to be some fire. The strawberry crinkle is kicking ass one of the blood oranges is looking good and smelling great but the other blood orange and the forum Stomper got hit pretty hard. The blood oranges leaves have started to yellow and the smell It had disappeared. The forum Stomper still smells good but its leaves got hit the hardest. -this is my first indoor soil grow. Before this I grew everything hydroponically and if I dealt with soil, it was all outdoors. I’ve also grown using cocoa so I had that as a reference. That was a mistake. Growing in cocoa is really hard to drown your plants. Drenching a plant that’s growing in soil is not a good idea. -It might sound dumb to some of you growers out there, but having a digital meter for your soil is awesome. I stick that thing in there and I stop watering when it tells me that it’s good, highly recommended.

Everyone says the plants smell amazing but I can't smell them! fml. They're supposed to smell like guava candy. Just gotta rest up more till my smell is back, honestly the worst thing about covid. Started flush this week, going to flush for 10 days including a 48 hour darkness period. The darkness period is when the buds can reproduce the trichome coating. It's normally used as sunscreen for light protection but much is burned off during intense day times. This is why it's best to harvest after a period of darkness.

Not a lot to report this week. The leaf curl has diminished, and all the girls are looking pretty good! This tent is going to fill up quick, using the SoG. Let's see what happens next week!

The girls are thirsty this week even if the climate hasn't change that much. 13L/Day is the same amount of water needed during the stretch phase. Nice colorations has started to shows up on phenos 3 and 5. To be continued... 😎

For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. starting week 10. flushing week i will flush twice ., with 15 liter of water each time. - 3 liter×3 with flawless finish, and 2×3 liter only water with 6.2 ph. day 67, a few days left, leaves turning colors, 1 more flushing left and harvest in 5 days.

Day 35 is here. We are a week into flower and most the plants are just starting to hit that flowering stretch. I have been bending them down a little every couple days, but I need to focus on cleaning up some of the bottom branches so we can keep good air flow through the plants. Will work on that through this next week. I haven't done a water change, just been topping off the reservoir with fresh nutrients as they drink it up. Feeding half and half maxigro and maxibloom. Will cut out the maxigro in a couple weeks when I notice their stretch slowing down. I had a plant overflow this week because the drain line is getting full of roots. I noticed a couple roots have made their way into the reservoir already. I set a pump timer to 1 minute on and 20 minutes off so they can drain properly. I would like to make it through the grow without having to mess with the drains, but we will see what happens. I will make some modifications if needed. Other than that everything is running smooth and I hope we have some little pistils to show by next week. Thanks for stopping by ✌️

Growing strong cut 13clones today and transplanted the two biguns loving how they are turning out

Finaly she is looking and getting better. Becaue of my low humidity I had to spray her with water each time 15 min before the light when out. As you can see it helped allot. She is a tough lady and this genetics with the Plagron line is golden. I am almost ready the flip it to 12/12. I will do it this saturday. She only had water this week because the bat mix soil has enough nutes for her as you can see.😃 Also I dimmed my 250 watts to 175 watts and hang the light higher and what a change. After I flip it to 12/12 I will go back to 250 watts and after 3 weeks of flower i will 10% more. And I wil lower the light too. Lets hope she gets some nice colas.😅

Stretching a lot at the moment, strong smell for only 2 weeks in flower. Pistils are now visible. As buds start to form. I moved the centre plant out as it was shorter than the others so looks a little more roomy now.

She is getting fat and colas are heavy. I started to use ripen, will continue for 5 days and then the remaining week just water.

So this week the plants streched like crazy, the NL started to flower too and has actually become taller then the other 2 plants, even though its technically 2 weeks behind. the strange thing is its way more spacious then the packed Diesel.... it'll be fun seeing how they match up in the end! My new fan and dehumidifier solved the RH issue I had and I crushed it down to under 50% now! Things are looking like they're on the right track.....fingers crossed! I wonder if there is anything else I can add , nutrient wise... i know I shouldn't overdo it but I'll play around a bit and see. Got rid of most bigger and medium fan leaves that i felt were blocking the bud-sites from getting light...again, not sure about if I'm going about this the right way, seems counter-intuitive to get rid of so much green but hey ...it helps greatly with lowering humidity and keeps the bottom of the girls nice and ventilated. I actually took off a bit more because it keeps growing shut. Update: got some big bud and overdrive from my local grow shop... I'll give it a try...

In the middle of week 5 and things are still running well. I will try and get more pictures as the plant really starts the flowering push.I haven't done any thing new other then add some supports to certain stems that might need it later in the flowering stage.
