Week 9! Day 65: 2L (pH6.8) + mild organic fertiliser from kitchen scraps. Remember the potato water I spoke of earlier? I blended it up with some ruined sweet peppers from the garden and some applecider vinegar & eggshell to give her one last, very diluted nutrient solution. This feed was aimed more at the soil than the plant. Bud bulking has come to a halt, she's fading. Nonetheless, I discovered some purple leaf edges on one of the buds in particular, I wonder if this might be related to nutrition or temperature. Day 67: 2L (pH6.6) + 5ml/l home-made fertiliser. I noticed I accidentally had turned off the timer on the LED, as well as left it on 20% power the entire night. I was expecting to have to disturb her lights off period to look at her, but there she was just chilling in low light conditions. Also, she seems to have no problems running on the very diluted home-made fertiliser so I'm repeating the previous feed - this time being a bit more precise on the dosage: 5ml/l. As I stated, this is more of a fertiliser for the soil microbes than herself. Day 68: Damp, no water Trichomes are still mostly clear, nothing unexpected. Patience is not my strongest virtue.

Flower time is here. Transition Feeding as above 3/7/19 I will still irrigate during the week with PH 6.0 water with 1 mil CAL MAG and 1 mil SILLICA /gal I'll be using DJ Short's 11 on 13 off light shedule as I was using a 6/2 x 3 veg schedule I might a well keep it exotic. I have been reading that it will help bring out the flavor, smell and appearance of the buds at the cost of a small sacrifice in yield. Because this is my medicine I will have plenty off the 6 plants, and I'm looking for quality over quantity. As far as I can tell I have not seen any detrimental effects of the 6/2 light shedule it is the same amount of light as 18/6 I just broke it up in 3 parts. It did help keep the heat down. I found I did not have to water as often as well. Would the plants have been bigger had they had and 18/6 I don't have the data to confirm or deny that. All I know is that the plants are doing their thing and they look healthy to me so maybe for the home grower in a hot area this method might work for you. Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Due to the proximity of winter, humidity and temperature dropped, which will facilitate the flowering period. The plant is starting to give off a little smell and is also needing more water. However, I am concerned with development, we think the buds aren't getting fat enough. Maybe we expected the flowers to be bigger at this point. As this is my first grow, I do not have a reference of how the plant should be. Overall we're optimistic, and we'll expect in the coming weeks that she will gain weight.

Day 35 Flowering: A great week for the ladies this week with their hunger outweighing the living soils capacity.!! I noticed the leaves were starting to fade out a little over the last week or so . I have experience of this from the last 2 crops with the living organic soil. It does seem that even 60L of soil with amendments is not enough to power through the whole cycle when I grow them bigger. This has now meant I can use the amazing MegaCrop again but as a support to the L.O.S . The herd and rootzone will happily work with MC and have no negative affect on the life there. I plan to push them on the feeds to give them a boost for the last couple of weeks growth to come. The FFT#9 and #10 are both pumping power into bud production nownwithbsome beautiful looking colas on the pair of them. FFT#9 Has spread her budstacks out quite well but did need a little supercropping on the side under the sp250 to stop her hitting the light and get her length some full spectrum too. She has a fuel , sweet smell in effect now and stinks my loft space out too. The shape and size of her buds is excellent. Each one is a chunky ,solid and packed stack of tightly squeezed in pistils and she is not stopping yet it seems. A beauty to work with so far. FFT#10 Her week has been bustly with the amount of effort she has packed into her tight hairy bud stacks. She is a wide lady too. Her dark colour is a warning of her potency I hope.... She has some very long , leafy colas compared to the FFT#9 but her trich production will see them put to good use in hash from the trimmed harvest. She smells really strong of sherbet when agitated or hungry so I wonder what her genetics were from amd cannotnwsit to find out all of these FTT mystery strains. not a bad one among them so far and I don't think there will any dissatisfaction from these girls either. 🏆Eternity Grow Cup 2025 Plagron and Zamnesia🏆 Runtz Zamnesia Seeds - 37 days in, and our girl has spread wide, reaching 60 cm in width with plenty of branches. We gave her a little trim, and now we're considering cutting some branches, but I can't decide yet if it's the right move. Feel free to comment below on whether I should or shouldn't, and what benefits it might bring. Other than that, she's doing great, happily feeding on Plagron nutrients. Finally done, one of the girls could have probably gone for another week or so, but she was not getting much fatter in the last few days. I think this might turn out to be very nice buds, but probably lower on the overall yield. Have to give them 1-2 weeks to dry and hopefully end of July I can smoke them

Started their 48 hour of darkness today, am going to chop Wed. I think they did a great job finishing up over the last week, super excited to see how they turned out. Keeping this week's update short and sweet, the next update will be much more detailed. Will post the final update after I finish drying and trimming.

It's always a good thing when there is nothing really to report. It's been smooth sailing this week! They are growing so fast and healthy!!! The light is still only at 660w of the 880w available. I can't wait to see some flowers start forming!! Should be this week. My previous tent record is 782g I believe and I would like to shatter that this harvest with this new light!!
