Purple Alaskan has turned into a beast. She eats like a hog and puts size on all day every day I'm running the solution at 1.95 EC and still cannot properly feed her. I just mixed the res with a solution of a shade over 2 ec and pH to 5.5 to account for the pH drift I've been encountering, first pistil hairs are evident now and I have been deleafing to try to keep intra-canopy humidity in check. I added a new Viparspectra P1000 in the tent to give 220w of power to give her the photons she needs without keeping the one light right on top of the leaves. Here comes flower!

Nach dem Umtopfen ging es direkt weiter mit einem ordentlichen Wachstumsschub – richtig schön anzusehen! Die Pflanzen haben den Wechsel super weggesteckt und legen jetzt ordentlich zu. Alles verläuft bisher nach Plan, ohne nennenswerte Komplikationen. Die Symptome des Calciummangels sind komplett verschwunden – die neuen Blätter sehen gesund und kräftig aus. Offensichtlich zeigt die angepasste Düngung Wirkung. Auch die Thripse scheinen erfolgreich bekämpft worden zu sein. Ich konnte bisher keine neuen Spuren entdecken – hoffentlich bleibt das so. Heute stand noch ein wenig Entlaubung auf dem Programm, um Licht und Luft besser ins Innere der Pflanze zu bringen und die Schimmelgefahr weiter zu minimieren.

In Scrooge's 6th week of vegetation, some leaves drooped, showing signs of light burn. I reduced light intensity to 60%. Two weeks ago, there was overwatering, but it seems to have recovered. Watching and waiting.

Remove two big fan leaves blocking bud sites below it, added some LST clips to encourage branches to grow outwards a but more. Still can't get rid of the stupid downward curling leaf tips, had it since about week 2 veg I only water when soil is completely dry as you can see from time lapse videos. I have the lights exactly where they’re supposed to be and actually have them turned down a bit more than where they’re supposed to be according to my PAR meter. I guess I’ll just ride it out this way till the end and see how she goes, might increase light intensity another notch later on in the flowering stage, we’ll see. I'm averaging about 625-675 ppfd from top of the plant. I use filtered tap water through a Berkey gravity filter that removes all fluorides and other unwanted chemicals and with the Advanced Nutrients mix it balances out the PH to around 6.0-6.1 every single time, these next few waterings I'll only use plain filtered water PH to 6.0 and see if maybe its a Nitrogen toxicity which is what I suspect is causing the curling and deep dark green color.

Huge week in the tent. Lollipopping. Defoliation. Redid the LST ties. Added height to the plants to level the canopy. Added the blumats self watering setup. The tent got a total makeover. They look healthy otherwise.

Not stretching that much. Going great so far! Day 11 flower they are starting to smell a bit stronger. Heavy gelato smell. Day 13 flower first hairs have appeared!

Hey Growers. These girls are loving life and just cruising along. They’re stacking nicely and starting to fill out. This is so easy it’s dumb. Just Gaia green and cal mag water and a bit of monster bloom. The trichomes are starting to pour out!! Happy Growing 🌱

Now that I see how these girls turned out it was probably a blessing I had some herms to cut out because there would’ve been no room. Especially in the pc/ssh tent because Pcrit and Sundae Driver were looking to be the biggest plants before I found balls and cut them down. The humidity has been surprisingly high but we’ve had warmer, wet weather for this time of year. I’m not sure I would’ve been able to keep it down with a tent packed wall to wall. I’m just thankful for how everything has worked out. If I ever do two plants per earthbound again I’ll make sure to veg for less time. I’m hoping to give these girls another week but the weather once again is going to be warm and wet so I will probably need to cut them down

(Ignore the plant tag - I found out this week from the person who gave me the clone that I had heard completely wrong) She is growing so fast now. I topped and tied down the main stems that were out-growing the lower branches as an experiment but also defoliated the leaves covering any under canopy nodes that could be of potential to catch up. I also turned on the Autopot system this week. The airdomes have been running 18/6 since week 2.

FINAL WEEK OF VEG FINAL WEEK OF VEG! Ayyyye let’s gooooooo ! Got a second lollipop done on this girl about 2 or 3 days ago . I did a little damage to a branch that has taken longer than one day to recover . At the time of this update I have yet to check on it again after taping it up to see if it is still limp . I may lose that branch RIP. I decided to take the tape off my other branch I broke while stretching her down under the net a while back figuring it’s been enough weeks for that to scar over . She healed beautifully ! The last of the Mohicans are here ! My new untested ORGANIC base bloom nutrients have arrived via mail today . I have been holding off on positing this update until now 1. to get a good difference in growth 2. To avoid needing to repeat having to defoliate an ADDITIONAL time before flipping to flower . I’m going to do a defoliation light-moderate I don’t think a heavy one is needed but I am a little trigger happy when it comes to defoliation 😂. I plan to do one FINAL MAJOR DEFOLIATION AROUND WEEK 3 FLOWER to try and get an awesome HIGH bud to leaf ratio idk how I keep picking these strains with high leaf to bud ratios I’d like less maintenance as we all would right? Still haven’t figured out what I’ll do with these clones as I don’t want to flower them they’d be trash bud underneath this mother clucker. Don’t forget the new Timelapse I started 2 weeks ago to capture our 5x5 Cereal Milk by RQS Flower up! Lastly I decided against making more clones when I did this second lollipopping sinc so already don’t know what I’m gonna do with the few successful clowns I managed to make from the last experiment. I’m really hoping this resilient girl turns out to be a 🔥DANK PHENO THAT HAS SOME TASTY POTENT BUD bc having a few clones lying around already would be golden. I’ll leave it there. Ginger Nut cookies & Aussie music video's 5th March 2020 Flowering Begins ....................................... My little creation is officially Flowering folks!! After stretching upwards about 30cm all tips are developing little Budlets. I started to see minor signs of Nitrogen deficiency from a coupleof bottom leaves that suddenly began to yellow. This is fairly normal as the plant would have needed as much (nitrogen) as it could get doing all that stretching. I needed to feed half strength grow nutes ( professors nutrients) @1ml/L three times during the last 7 days. Now that the stretch seems to have slowed right down I will start to add some Dr Greenthumbs Bud n Bloom mix ( aprox qtr of a cup). 12/24/18 Decided to make bubble hash with the trim and small buds from all 4 plants. The bubble hash is now drying. This plant has been a dream to grow. No problems from her at all. I even found a couple keeper phenos as well. The black magic soil and fertilizer, along with the aerated nutrient teas that these ladies were feed worked to perfection. All organic living soil is the way to go! Im not finished yet. I will update this diary soon with dry weight and a smoke report once the ladies are done drying.00000

1. LABS - I suggest using distilled water for the entire process ( no chlorine or chloramine). I also suggest the type of rice product shown ( 1/2 cup), it has red, brown, white, and black rice blended together. You get the benefits of each type. 2. Take the rice that was used in making the rice rinse for labs and boil it in 3 cups of water for 30 mins. Strain the rice out. Add 1 TBSP molasses per 300 mls. Use 300 mls of the above mixture during your watering cycles. It contains starches, b vitamins, aminos, trace minerals, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, and some nitrogen. The ppm’s are not higher than 200 ( if using distilled water). This is ONLY used if your plants are healthy. If your plants are sick…this will NOT help them. It will make stuff worse!!! The Hulk-Berry got a new home. 1 tsp 7-3-1, 1/2 tsp 0-12-0, 1/2 tsp Langbeinite, 1 TBSP 2-2-2, 3 TBSP 4-3-3, worm castings, recharge (1/32 tsp) into the soil ( Mother Earth). The 3 RuntZ are coming back from slow growth at the outset. I added LABS, Lentil SST, Photosynthesis Plus to the media. I did a foliar spray with recharge. 24-36 hours later the leaves exploded with growth and height. I added ZERO nutrients!!! I only used natural inputs and bacteria to get the root zone back in order. 11-3. Things are all in check! The LABS, SST’s and Rice wash have gotten the 3 RuntZ back on track. The Hulkberry is in full swing. I think I can get to 3 feet by flower time with the Hulkberry 11-5 All is well today!!! Everyone is very happy after the cal-mag, Photosynthesis Plus, kelp bath

Hello. This week is start of my 4th year on this site!! 😃✨🎈🎁 , also this is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. Things are going well in here. I got in here on the weekend and did a big trim/prune and sucker branch removal too. In some of the pictures you can sort of see through the plants to the floor or wall. That is just right. Not too much taken off, but the light can still pernitrate to the lower buds. The plants are in shock because I took a lot of leaves off and will need a few days to get over that and start to grow again. At this point, I can tell when they are over the shock, by how soon the resin starts to appear. They should go right into resin production after coming out of shock. I don't know if I'll make seeds this summer with the Gorilla Face males. None of these males have much of a smell with the rub test. They all have 4 inches or more of distance between the leaf sets since being repotted. Even the one I thought was going to remain short, has 4 to 5 inches between leaf sets. I might put pollen on the 2 shortest females just to see what I get. It's hard to find a good male. I'll wait another week before deciding. I put a sercuirty door/gate on my greenhouse door. I've had an open door in the summer for years and have always been worried about getting ripped off by someone walking in from the street. Now I can leave the door open and not have to worry so much. This way they have to break something to get in now, better chance of catching them. Ok. See ya next week. Chuck.

Finallyin the first week of flowering! Branches are alternating which is a great sign. I feel like such an idiot, I tripped over the fans extension cord last night at lights out and the tower fan fell on D.D. #1 but the other two were untouched. I used vasoline to cover her wounds from infection. Hopefully it wasnt enough stress to turn her hermie!

I saw lots of development this week. I've top dressed with bat guano and alfalfa meal this grow to fortify the soil. They seem to like the advanced nutrients so far as well. It's getting a little smelly in the tent💪🏾
