I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns. Ive been busy buying toilet paper and making anti virus masks. But in between I got some nice Dimonds from my fresh frozen Fire OG / Tangerine Skunk blast a few weeks / months ago And I broke out a double Dominion Skunk blast.. its produced my largest Dimonds so far. D65 Just a few days until the harvest, I'm checking the evolution of the trichomes and buds, we'll see what happens, I spent a lot of energy and hours I hope it will be worth it, meanwhile in my house there is the scent of ripe oranges and strawberries I hope to find the same aroma in the smoke. A week on and I have transplanted the girls from the nursery to the 15l pots. My main girl is doing well with leaf development and is coming to the second node of growth. One of the mutations is looking a lot better now and has a better shape to it. The third is still on the wild side but again I’ll stick with it and see what I get.

Looking wonderful. Very close to harvesting. 90% of hairs are orange and the trichomes are 80% cloudy 20% clear I did notice some amber here and there but she's got a wee bit longer.

2/4/24 - Day 90 - Hello and happy water change day! For sure on the back half of the grow. She's getting bigger everyday! The buds as growing and getting more dense. 2/6/24 - Day 92 - GTFOut of here. She's not showing any signs of distress yet, she's still hulking! Those apples are getting bigger by the day! 2/9/24 - Day 95 - Hello all! Everything is going so good. The buds are getting bigger and the smell is honestly CRAZY. The box does a great job of keeping the smell low. But as soon as you open the box get ready. The whole block is smelling this for sure. I posted a video of me swapping out the D nutrient. It's such an easy process it takes more time to unbox the nutrients than it takes to install them. It's about 5 maybe 5.5 seconds to install. Watch the video to see the process! 2/10/24 - Day 96 - The trichomes are starting to get much more cloudy. Still not a lot of amber. She still is not showing any signs of going dead. Her leafs still look really green/purple.

🌸 Flowering Week 8 — Mid Bloom Madness! 🔥❄️ Week 8 and she’s officially in her prime. Buds are swelling harder every day — stacking tight, pistils turning color, and the frost level just exploded this week. Trichomes are covering everything like sugar dust ❄️✨ Aroma also jumped to a new level… sweet, fruity and loud as soon as the tent unzips. Energy is still strong, leaves healthy, and she’s cruising through mid-bloom like a champ. counting down to the final push — next weeks should be all about density + resin 👑🌿

Hey guys! I chopped all the top half of the plant on 6/4 21:30 and the bottom half on 7/4 23:00. It’s now the 9/4 at 11:30 all of it sits in jars. Dried quicker than I wanted it to but all the buds were very dry too touch so I jarred them. I figured it was easier to remove moisture from the jars than it is to put moisture back into them so hopefully this plan works out🤞 she has a hay smell to her and I’m hoping this goes while curing her. All the nugs look great and some are mega dense and others are very airy. The more airy ones being from lower down I just didn’t have time to keep her going. She weighed in at 110+ grams wet, But I didn’t weigh any of the lower nugs. Dry weight all combined is 35.8 grams. 9.2g from the bottom half and 26.6g from the top half. I’ll re weigh it once I’m done curing. Very happy with this first grow I wasn’t expecting to have this good of a finish even if it isn’t the best💪 both jars are around 21c, the jar with smaller nugs has been sat at 55%-65% and the bigger nugs are getting up to %70 so I’ve been opening the big ones letting the humidity go back down again. I don’t expect to get the drying and curing done %100 but that’s what the first grow is all about. Roll on to my next 3 plants harvest day😎 I smoked all the material that went through the sieve while trimming and damnnn.. tasted like something out of Amsterdam. If the flowers end up like that I’ll be very happy😁 I’ll be adding a smoke report once she’s ready, really looking forward to it🤣 Id like to give a huge thanks to everyone who has helped and advised me on this journey! We are getting close! I’m chopping the deep purple one tomorrow! The colors these are displaying are truly beautiful! Different phenos but really close to one another! Everything rock hard and smelling righteous! FastBuds indeed always delivers!

Two of the seedlings were showing some really marked chlorosis. A little odd, because all 4 buckets should be the same mix, but... I checked the EC of all the buckets and they were consistent. pH was a smidge high on those two, so I dropped it from about 5.8 to closer to 5.4/5.5. After a couple of days, I decided to just remix those two buckets. I didn't want to spend a lot of time trying to fiddle with a nutrient deficiency with autos. After a couple of days the meristem areas were coming in green again, so hopefully it's fixed! The other two plants looked fine. Edit: Immediately after writing this entry, I was like "Oooh, it's nute burn." so I dumped 1/2 of the reservoirs and replaced with filtered water to get the ppm down. pHed it to 5.5 again, and we'll see!

Skunk apple runtz a random cross made by me. It's starting to root well. I can see it's roots coming out the bottom the pot already and there thick roots. The leaves on this plant have took a little stress the past week from the rh being off. It seems to like being topped it's pushing out new growth quite strong. This past week all the plants did great dealing with getting repotted and topped in the same week. I definitely took a Rick doing that seeing i only left each plant with 4 leaves. This past week was also a struggle to keep the vpd in a decent range. The Temps outside have been below 32 for a few days with Temps dipping down to almost 0 at night. With the space heater running it's pulling the humidity down. I think I have figured out the solution to that problem so I won't run into that next time it gets cold again. All the plants have really started to grow their new branches sense being topped. A few of the plants are a little smaller than I'd like but I'm gonna keep em alive for now.

She's a mess! Her buds are sooo heavy, they are falling over. She suffered from nute lockout and ph issues, but I see her leaves greening up again, so maybe she's getting better. I don't know what it means, but her stems are purple. She also has some foxtailing that I think the environment contributed to. It gets very hot in my make shift tent. These are her last weeks. No more nutes, just water from now on. I will be harvesting her on Sunday due to personal time constraints. I hope she's good! Thanks for stopping by and stay tuned.
