UPDATE: Day 1 of week 14- Thursday 19th Nov!!!! Woop woop! We’re getting close, my magnifying lense arrived and I’ve got my first real good look at the trichomes.. All looking fairly cloudy with about 10-15% ambers coming through. So as we’re super close now I’ve now started flushing. Not doing a run off as have been using Biobizz soil & Nutes. First flush is done and girls are looking happy. One lady seems to have really heavy colas as she’s struggling to stand up straight. So I’ve staked her to keep her more upright. Think she may bring the best yield of all four girls as it stands so far. Final couple of weeks now, I can’t believe I’ve made it this far and really can’t wait to try my first home grown bud🍃 UPDATE: Day 2 of week 14 - Friday 20th Nov: Had to water them early as the girls were very dry after their first flush.. I on average water them every 48 hrs, but they were ready after 36. Already noticing some slight discolouration on the leaves 🍁... Glad I didn’t jump the gun and chop them this week after seeing some amber trichomes.. A bit more LST as they had stretched a little. I’m short on lamp to plant distance but noticed what looked like a little leaf burn on one of the tallest nugs. So did what I could to bring the height of them down just a little 👌 UPDATE: Day 4 of week 14 - Sun 22nd Nov: As soon as the lights went on today, more water seemed required at around 36hrs since the last flush. The girls seem to be loving it! Buds do seem to be fattening up a little more each day and I think one girl is slight more ahead than the others as she has mostly orange pistils compared to the other three.. Still need to see more amber trichomes on all four ladies before they’re ready! UPDATE: Day 5 of week 14 - Monday 23rd Nov: Small amount of LST to keep the girls as even as poss.. Defo seeing some discolouration in the fan leaves now.. All but one of the four girls have nearly completely orange pistils now which are folding back in to the buds. But Trichomes need to be a little more amber before they’re ready.. The fourth lady however is slightly behind with less orange pistils, some white ones still to turn orange and trichomes are still a mix of milky and clear on the lower buds. When I topped this one it didn’t work as well as the others so she has one really massive cola and all the others are much smaller in comparison to the other three plants.. I think we’ve got a week to 10 days left roughly till harvest. UPDATE: Day 6 of week 14 - Tuesday 24th Nov: Another water flush again today.. All seems well, lower small buds still need a few more amber trichomes I think.. But gonna post a question on here to make sure.. Don’t wanna get this wrong. Sooooooo close now and I’ll be seeing 🤩🤩🤩

Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. It's always exciting to see the fruits of our labor fully realized. A huge thanks to everyone who's been following along on this journey. Your interest and support mean the world. Sorry for the absence guys from the sixth week the plants began to mature a little prematurely and in advance and I was engaged in two weeks of harvesting and tight hassle because in practice they were all or almost all seeds. With most I still managed to stop at the first ones that form on low flowers, with others like Fullgas I managed to seem not to have even one. Growing FUllgas was an honor for a truly fantastic and voracious plant to grow. It has bloomed well, quickly and is truly fragrant. I'm not very familiar with terpenes yet but this one has the predominance of my favorite. Wow what a smell. I did a toppin g at 16 buds and they all grew together, some barely kept standing at the end but here we are, the young lady is beautiful, clean and dry in the room. Start of week 4, roots coming out of pot so have transplanted on day 22 into final pot. Plant is pushing out node five at the moment. Update week 4 day 2: A couple of days ago I dropped the PH to 5.8 from 6.3 and have added in Acti-Vera, a different Seaweed Extract fortified with Iron, and starting today Rhino Skin silica. Just look at the difference in the colouration of this plant in under 48 hours... wow. Update week 4 day 2: I think I've managed to overwater. Not going to water today. Update week 4 day 4. She is showing the same pattern as KKA 2 days ahead. After repot she is stretching out her main fan leaves, stem is thickening, and new growth appears everywhere. Day 25.5 flushed with 30l of PH lowered water then fertigated with 5l. Day 26: Height: 9cm Width: 18cm Nodes: 6 I have named her Bertha Day 27: H9.5 W19.5 N7 Day 28: Fertigated 2.5l @ 15:00 . Day 28: Photo and Measure 00:40 H13cm W21cm N7 Weekly growth data: From 6cm Height to 13cm +117% From 9cm Width to 21cm +133% From 4 primary nodes to 7 +75% Summary: Really good week for Bertha, she hasn't grown at quite the same rate as Karen, but she's not a million miles behind, I think she will have a big week 5. Day 28.5: I have changed my mind about training and done a little gentle LST. Why? Well I realised I would have trouble with light levels and the younger plants... so I've decided to try and keep the older two from stretching too tall. I realise this will mess up height measurements but it'll even out.

Plant is going slowly, the buds are airy and not really dense, if this goes on this will be a 100d+ plant which I don't want to do. Smell is nice sweet and fresh. No Light readings from now on since I don't change anything and the plants aren't gaining size anymore, it stays the same. Values are average of the day. * ********* Week 11 - June 20 to 26, 2020 - Days 71 to 77 from germination *********** * It is the end of flush week and she went into darkness on Wednesday night, day 75, for two days. Saturday will be harvest day and start and the dry process👍 This week she continued to fill in and she also pushed out more frosty tricombs!! The fade happened this week more and she fed off of more of the nutrients within the plant.....perfect😃......would like a little more even but she was ready based on tricombs. Would like to have seen the lower leaves a little more yellow but its good. I am feeling very strongly that the big part of the pH issues this run was a change in feed water. I have always used bottled RO water for all my grows, except outdoors, but this grow I switched to tap water. Dechlorinated the water with air stone and gave it 24 hours min before using. Wanted to save some money and tired of lugging bottles downstairs a couple of times a week☹️ This is worked out nicely and a lot more convenient. However, the city must be putting some crap in the water that is causing issues in my media and raises the pH after the watering. Out of the tap it is 8.4pH and 275ppm. Since ppm were not too bad in my opinion I moved forward without filtering the water.......oops🤬🤬🤬 Out of options on what is causing the issue, I switched back to RO water late last week........all the girls are happier!!!! F......missed the cause for weeks. Always learning from this plant and my own mistakes to get better every run😉👍 Also wanted to add a little more stress to girl to help push out some increased resin. I drilled a 5/16” hole into the main stem to cause her stress. I did this rather than trying to break a branch and will see it goes this run. Sterilized a new bit in Alcohol and went for it. They went into darkness about a couple of hours later. Excited to see what happens when she comes out to get chopped😃😃 Not really a lot more to add this week as it was mainly looking at the tricombs and her buds. The pH will impact the harvest but she has been fun to grow and very resilient to pest and bug issues as well as grower curve balls. As always.......nice job Sweet Seeds....... SWS56 is very solid and I look forward to running her again one day. Beautiful little girl and makes me smile😃😃😃 Little more detail...... June 20/20 - Day 71 - Rezin and Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 285ppm and 4.0pH - 8L given to get a good flush....pH still running around 7.4 - Runoff in pots already were 7.9pH and 685ppm. - after 8L water runoff was 7.4pH and 360ppm. - she is 20” tall and 24” wide. - a number of clear tricombs but more becoming cloudy. June 21/20 - Day 72 - dry out day. - buds are firming up......squeezed a couple🧐 June 22/20 - Day 73 - Rezin @ 1ml/L = 120ppm and pH the water to 2.7!!!!!!!!! - Given 2L watering. - No runoff water and I am good with that as I want the low pH water to stay in the medium. - her frost levels are really coming out now.....was able to lower tent temps to 75 degrees and 51% humidity......its been raining a bit so damn humidity has been high. June 23/20 - Day 74 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 2.4!!!!!! - not excited about these crazy low pH numbers but doing what we can - her tops are getting more pointy now and ripening nicely - leaves continue to fade......she is close - checking tricombs, I think we are done and tomorrow will be her last day so that I can take down on Saturday. June 24/20 - Day 75 - 2L plain water feed - 80ppm and pH to 3.0 - Going into darkness tonight so this was her last bit of moisture. - drilled a hole into the stem.....was going to do a couple of holes but not trying this method before I decided to leave it with one hole. - into darkness tonight So we finish up the week with her in the dark. Fo' Twenny here back with another update! I will be updating and uploading more photos through out the week. I hope you'll ride along and give me a follow! The deets: Feeding with .2 ml/gal of RapidStart and .2 ml/gal of SuperThrive, Adjusted pH to 6.5 and then add .25 tsp of recharge. 8/16 - 8 days post sow. All but 2 seeds have sprouted. I was especially concerned for the Melon Gum because I only had a 2 pack and both beans were quite pale. I gently dug around in the peat pellets and found the bean with a fresh, healthy tap root! I expect she should be popping up by tomorrow evening. The other bean yet to pop is the Jenny Kush. I was gifted 5 Jenny Kush seeds, and I will wait until tomorrow to see if she sprouts a tap root before popping another one. Hopefully, I will have more luck with the next one. Successful germination in 16 of 17 photoperiod seeds. With a total of 19 of 20 if you include the 3 autoflowering cultivars running along side. They're being documented in separate diaries and will stay in the veg tent when the photoperiods are moved into the bloom room. Go check 'em out! 8/20 Update: Melon Gum has sprouted. If you're not following my Zkittlez Auto diary, you missed that I almost killed this girl on accident. Graceful me, knocked over her solo cup and she got stuck to a sticky trap. Her stem split in half and I put a piece fabric medical tape to mend her and she is actually growing and doing well regardless of her injuries. All the girls, except Jenny have sprouted and are developing. I planted a new Jenny seed 8/18 and left the original in too, just in case. PAR 450 PPFD LST is really the best way to spread your plants horizontally without stressing them. Within 2 to 3 days they bounce back and start to make new branches from the now horizontal nodes. I also looked into VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) and recommend you should do too if you want your plants to be happy all the time. What a fun experience! This was my first time trying a mixed grow style of synthetics and organic. I think I may have found my new go-to strategy. This definitely wasn't a perfect run by any means - as a matter of fact, I botched the feedings earlier in her life. However this grow definitely taught me a lot more about how to treat this strain properly. Now I'm running her clones in the 3x3x6. So the legacy will continue! Let's see how this strain does during the summer months! Cheers everyone! This has been an awesome grow. What I'm lacking in yield, I yet again make up for in quality. And I don't think yield will be an issue with the clones, they're week 6 veg - and quite massive! - RWI out!! 😁 😶‍🌫️🤑

Go buy yourself a carbon filter if you will grow this strain because the smell is SO STRONG that when I was harvesting a took a 5 minute break because of the smell..

Dropped the light down but will bring it back up if theres any burn. Temps are averaging 75F and haven't seen any issues. Day 52 lowered the light to 10 inches above canopy and will see if it impacts negatively. I feel like she's getting too crowded. Day 53 I feel like the buds are starting to thicken up. Some tops are frosting up but most aren't showing. Day 54 Added more ph water to the reservoir.

Liking this pheno so far she's producing some serious budsites already @ Day 8 of flower
