I decided to just germinate 1 of the 3 seeds for the fastbud outdoor cup, wish me good luck people 👐🌅👌 The 26th of april i put the seed in water with some peroxide 27th of april she showed a tiny root already so I've placed the seed in a jiffy 2 days later, the 29th of april i already saw her head appearing 🌱 so i placed her in a small pot, and after that i assumed that i did wrong and should have placed her in the final pot (that happens too auto noobs as i always grow fem.) Next week i will place her in a 7 liter pot

With this thick headbud, there is a risk of getting wet and bad weather and we dont want any budrod so we cut the headbud after 66 days from seed to harvest we took away some fan leafs and hung it up to dry. the lower buds may need a few more days. Its really unbelieveble how much resin she produces. smoking report is following

Week 4’s in the box and these plants are lightning quick outta veg. We’ve confirmed the presence of at least 3 males and 1 guaranteed female so far. They’ve all started to hit vegetative maturity in full stride so it won’t be long until we look to flip. A couple have been topped once more for the sake of additional colas and if we get lucky, the remaining females may be suitable for a scrog. Either way, can’t be much happier about how well they’re growing at this stage. Here’s hoping it remains so through flower🤞. ***Notes: strongest plant to this week is first confirmed female. Prob a prime candidate for cuts and back pollination with the F1 pollen dump.***

The ladies are really putting on some height this week! Starting to smell good too. At the end of my video you can see the little plant that could - was originally going to trash it but it started coming back so I gave it a little spot in the corner to fill in. Getting her repotted this week. My AC Infinity self-watering fabric pot bases came in as well, really excited to get that going tomorrow.

This Gorilla, has went ape. All I need to do now, is nurse it to harvest, to get bigger buds,I want dense nuggets. But more than having nuggets, I need it’s potency to be on deadly level, I want smokers to crash after smoking. Or I would only get that if I was growing Gorilla Glue.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Buds are really setting up nicely. French Macaron smells right on brand... and the Chem Brulee... my god! It smells like a Tropical Rocket Fuel. Amazong. The Pineapple Meatball has a really unique odor, but it is still fairly faint. Hoping that the neem/nute burn didn't somehow affect its resin/terp/bud production. It certainly hasn't seemed to affect the French Macaron and the Chem Brulee! This week, I sprayed 3 times with Dr Zymes, and it completely knocked out the small number of fungus gnats I was dealing with. Also released 4,500 ladybugs, and it's been fun watching them spread and work. Will probably stick with the once-per-week Zymes treatment for the next few weeks.

The buds are swelling nicely 🌱💨 and developing super well the terps are turning out amazing! 😍✨

Hey welcome to the start of week 6. Week 5 is now complete with daily updates so check it out! Misty is still my least popular diary. I do not know why because she is awesome! Perhaps because she is a mystery strain? Day 38: stretching fast now, wish I had space to LST this girl but after latest LST on Nesia there is NO room at all except upwards. Let's hope she stays under 1.5m. 😏 Day 39: Okay I moved all but the big pots and fan out. I still don't have space to LST Misty. I will have to wait until Bertha or Karen are finished. Hopefully it wont be too late. 🙏🏼 Day 40: She's putting in around 2cm a day right now. Fertigated 4l. Height: 35cm Day 41: Misty continues to stretch. I have adjusted the timer such that the main tent is now getting 20/4 upped from 18/6. After monitoring DLI at 18/6 for a week I am unhappy with the overall level but because of the varying heights of the plants I am limited in what I can do in adjusting the light height. Some areas were only getting 20 DLI. So I have rearranged to have the taller plants on the edges and the lowest in the middle and doing it this way all plants are getting between 35 and 50 DLI at 20/4 - although one or two cola tips here and there are getting 55. Will monitor for a week. Day 42: Alright I finally managed to find a way to organise the tent to get a bit more space for Misty so I'm going to do her first major defoliation and adjust the LST. I will update again when done. Done. Photo's added. Fertigated 8l. This was a brutal training session. I was very hard on her removing a lot of foilage and performing both extreme LST and some HST. Don't worry too much Misty will rebound from this. I will need to reapply further LST in a day or two when the nodes all straighten up. I did the same thing to Nesia on day 42... however she had been continually LST'd so I was less hard on her. Let's see what happens. Last but by no means least... I am starting to wonder if Misty is actually another Amnesia Haze Auto... she's very very similar to Nesia.
