Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! The next phase will depend on how fast they continue to spread, and adjustments will be made accordingly. Closing Thoughts & What’s Next? Planted 4 seeds of AK48 Auto directly in the soil. I used toilet paper rolls as cups. The first seed sprouted on Day 6.

This week the weather is better. The buds are getting fat and she is developing well. Terpes are amazing, sweet fruits and fresh mint.

One more heavy defoliation to close out the end of week 3. shes really starting to bud up now, and the tent gets filled with that sweet, sweet smell. Shes looking healthy and showing speedy progress. Watering stays 6L, around 6PH, 5ml/L Bloom and 1ml/L Green sensation started with the last watering.

Feb 1st Plants are stretching out with about 2” growth last week. The root structure is awesome. I will be transplanting to individual pots soon. I am going to try out an autopot system which is still considered hydroponic although I will be using coco/per light medium Started them on 75% strength nutes Feb 3rd Moved the plants over to my new autopot system Feb 4th Plants moved to the new medium coco/perlite with very little shock. With in 18 hrs all 3 were perky again

These guys and gals at fastbuds have some great strains and so far my favourite has been this strain .. second time growing her and she is bigger then my first with lots of purple stinky buds ...the over whelming smell you get is this plant the purple buds smell the strongest right now . .cheers

This is by far the largest indoor plant I have ever had!! I'm super excited. And because I am so convinced of Hydro, I bought an RDWC system. This will be used in the next grow The PH always rises to 6.2, I bring it down to 5.8 every 48 hours Otherwise it really just keeps growing. It takes significantly longer than Dutch Passion stated. It also doesn't get 20H light but "only" 12H. I think these are the last days of the flowering phase. I slowly shut down the EC. It will also sometimes be below 16 degrees. I am very excited to harvest this plant!

Well the end has come to this beautiful strain What can I say it was fun to grow even considering the early problems I had with the yellowing it turned out amazing The smell and taste are out of this world. Tastes very citrucy and sweet. With a super heavy high. Looking forward to curing this one. Onto the next and big up the followers

Week 8 summary - another busy first few days of LST and some light pruning. Continuing to spread her out as much as we can, trimming fans where needed to get as much light to as many growth tips as possible. It's been a process lately but it should pay off. Shout out to my man @TOTEM about the light distance comment👊. That totally explains the tight internodal spacing I have - next grow will be testing the stretch in veg. using light distance to control plant heights. #stonerobsessions! Thanks bro! Tried to get the best pics I could of the extreme bend in the main stem as per the video, The two lowest side branches are actually buried in the medium and we've been doing everything we can to keep the canopy even with the neighbour kush. Here's hoping @stinkfox has never seen an NL strain stretch as much as this 😉. If my man is right, we're gonna end up with a height issue but whatever 😎. At this point I've got two healthy plants that are primed to blow the F$&%K up! Now about the flip, I'm gonna run another week of veg. I think just for the hell of it. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. That said, she’s a former cup winner so we’re hopeful for supreme quality this time around. 👍 Gonna jack up the nute shed. and supplements heavy throughout the grow in the hopes of really testing the limits of my grow space (approx. 2sq/ft). Day 89 30/07/24 Tuesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today but I'm adding in Plagron Power Buds AND Plagron PK13-14 only 5ml each to 5ml water. It says to use on every irrigation from early flower so here we go. If I start getting burns I'll cut out a few advanced nutrients extras and go again from there.
