4/1/21 - Both plants were transplanted into 5 gallon fabric pots with Ocean Forest soil by Fox Farm Nutrients. I will be using plain water for the next two weeks to allow the plants to get acclimated. (See video) 4/2/21 - Watered both plants with water (ph 6) noticed the grow room is a little humid throughout parts of the day but I will be installing the fan today. Both plants seem to be adjusting well. 4/3/21 - Plants are doing good. Watered them with ph 6 water. Noticing some yellow on the bottom leaves. 4/4/21 - The ends of the leaves are turning a light yellow from nutrient burn as a result of the ocean forest soil. Started low stress training today, added two clips per plant (see photo) 4/5/21 - The soil is still moist from yesterday, I’m not going to water today. They are still in the low stress training clips. You can really see the nutrient burn today. (See video) 4/6/21 - I watered the plants today with water (ph 6). Not much change in appearance from yesterday. 4/7/21 - Plants are looking great, the nutrient burn is starting to fade a little. I will be starting a new week tomorrow. (Continuing with water, and low stress training)

Started having some runaway humidity issues this week. So I picked up a decent room humidifier from the local hardware store. It did the job but produced way to much heat. Now I have it running outside my tent leaving the tent open 24/7. Definitely starting to smell up the house but that probably my fault for putting my grow room in the same room as the furnace. Time for a bigger tent?

Week 3 By week three, the plant begins to show a clearer structure, though some irregularity remains. Internodal spacing is slightly inconsistent, giving the plant a somewhat uneven appearance. Leaf edges are mostly clean, but a few leaves show mild shape variation. The plant is clearly alive and developing, just without the balance and symmetry seen in stronger examples. I stressed her at begining and she goes into flower ,thats bad for me :/

Girls are doing great! Tent is very stinky inside. Started watering with 6 gallons now. So 1 gallon per plant with full strength nutes. They seem to want water about every other day. Temps have gone up a little. I had to install a dehumidifier. Also added a large metal 20" fan to counteract the heat from dehumidifier. Averaging around 88 f and 50%RH. About the best I can do without getting an A/C unit. I'm pulling out dead leaves under the bottoms. Still tucking in fan leaves daily to expose buds to maximum light. The buds are getting very sticky and frosty. Had to break out the box of rubber gloves. Or else have sticky fingers with a lingering odor of fantastic. This grow has been fun and looks like a decent possible yield for a noobie. These pics are day 28 and 29 of flowering.

This is about half way through the bloom cycle. The top leaves are burning and it is not from nutrients. The plants are too tall and the light is too close. I am going to practice some HST to make room for the lamp. I snapped the 2 or 3 tallest colas on each plant. They grew back stronger than before and loved it.

Hey, Growmies checking in with my weekly update on my Green Crack girls. Since my last update I've started giving them their flowering nutrients and cut down on the others,also completely cleaned up the bottom and defoliated a lot of the fan leaves. The smell is already getting a lot stronger in the Tent and they are in full blown flowering stage and working hard to start making them buds.

2/24/25 - Gave them 1 liter each from the top with fermented plant extract at 1tbsp per gallon of water and then fill the res with a little under 2.5 gallons all PH'd at 6.0, added a small heater outside the tent to raise the temp inside a bit. The girls are starting to take off in growth over the last couple days after transplant. I leave for vacation in 4 days so lets hope the homemade earthbox works. 2/27/25 - Leaving for vacation first thing in the morning so i will be doing a top water tonight at about 1 gallon per plant and they will also get the fermented plant extract at 1tbsp per gallon. then i will be filling the res with water until full, plants tops have been tied down for some LST and branches have been tucked but ill just have to let them grown for the next week. No one will be taking care of the plants so hopefully the SIP last for the week, if not they will get a nice dry back and get watered once i return.

Just guidance. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Feeding — Why We Changed Nothing This week, deliberately, we changed nothing. • Day temp: ~28 °C • RH: ~65% • EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 • Height: ~40–80 cm • LED lighting (multi-layer + under-canopy support) Some growers see 28 °C in flower and panic. But context matters. Under LED lighting: • Leaf surface temp runs ~2–4 °C cooler than ambient • There is no heavy infrared load like under HPS • Transpiration behaves differently So if: • Room = 28 °C • Leaf ≈ 24–26 °C • RH = 65% Leaf-level VPD sits in a comfortable early-flower range. We do not calculate room VPD in isolation. We observe plant behavior. And the plants confirm stability: • Upright posture • No tacoing • No clawing • Strong internode spacing • Healthy green without tip burn We are not chasing numbers. We are paying attention to them. That’s different. ⸻ 🌿 Feeding Strategy — Why EC 2.4 Is Intentional These GMO Cookies are evolving fast. Before defoliation, we observed: • Mid-canopy density • Lower airflow restriction • Interior shading • Competing secondary growth The intervention focused on: • Removing obstructive fan leaves • Cleaning lower interior branches (lollipopping) • Improving air channels • Increasing light penetration • Prioritizing top flower sites No stripping. No shock. Just structure correction. ⸻ 🔥 Under-Canopy Light Marks — Addressed Transparently Minor leaf surface damage was observed on some lower leaves. Important distinction: This is not nutrient burn. This is not systemic stress. She is bulking like holy Whaaaa ⚠️🤯⚠️ absolutely blown away by the complexity of these genetics as well as the ease of growing such intricate strains/Meds.

Day 28. Trim them 3 times last week. Trying to figure out how much stretch I'll get with led lights. Haven't used led forever. Grew this last grow under hps got 571 grams with 600 hps.

3/28/23 Keep finding pm in different places and having to spray it down. Added a few more fans just in case and it’s just everywhere. I think I’ll need to do a full tent clean before the next run to get everything clean. I trellised the ackbar twins. They’re huge and putting out so much bud. Took awhile to get it all right and ended up bending a few branches but I have a feeling it’s gonna be great when it’s finally done. Blueberry got topped and is starting to grow exponentially. Hoping it will have some stretch to it when it gets its chance to be the canopy but I don’t think it’s gonna be the plant that ackbar is because it hasn’t gotten proper light. White widow is flowering as well but it’s so minimal because the plant is also getting no light. Going to let it run its course but it’s just not getting what it needs at the bottom of the canopy. I should’ve known better but putting too many plants in one box but I didn’t know they would get this big.

2020-07-27 Waited all week to post. Haven't changed nutrient levels at all. The plants are drinking at a normal rate and sit around 700 ppm and 6.0 pH on the regular. They've actually become more much stable, they are starting to get so sticky and smelly already. I can't remove them from the tent anymore to change water so I just put a water pump in there, drain it as much as I can, then flush with tap water, drain that, refill. I think the UC Roots and Great White will keep it healthy. The roots did not get out of hand at all on this grow but the upper plant absolutely did. It's right up to the top of the tent, I keep having to smack it down and bend it down... I have noticed there are pure white tipped buds forming on plant 1. Supposedly this is a good sign: https://www.leafly.com/news/growing/white-tips-on-cannabis-buds I feel like the buds aren't as fat as other people by week 5 of flower but I accidentally have so many growth tips, I think some of the growth is misguided right now. They are thickening up but not as fast as I expected. Looking forward to harvesting in 4-6 weeks!
