Week 6, 12-18 September 2025 12-18 Sept - Observed and let the plant grow. I would consider this the first true week of flower for this plant. My next nutrient schedule will reflect a slight change. I also increased the light power to 70%, DLI 40 canopy coverage at 18 hrs. The plant is maintaining a small size, which is what I wanted. But there are still several more weeks to go until finish. - 12 Sept changed nutrient solution - 12 Sept updated feeding schedule - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Adjusting PH to 6.1 daily using GH up/down - Nutrient solution EC 1.7 at 69 degrees F - Light power at 70%, DLI 40 canopy coverage at 18hrs - Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week. Day 77 I'm running out of vertical space for pinus contorta, this weekend i will open the box to move the leds higher and will try to do some decent photos. At this point i've added the Pinus purple matcha to the diary because she's huge and impossible to not notice, should be around 1,5m² almost 150cm tall. Had to do a very risky move and "soft crop" 2 apicals because of burn risk, too close to the leds. I wasn't expeting a freakin' tree like that! Day 79 Jeez plz stop growing in height!! After this shaky video i raised the leds 10 cm, now i'm for real out of space.. I'm adding 10 to 12 liters every day, alternating ro with only silica one day and the other with nutrients. Day 81 Way too much leaves in the lower part of the plants but i really don't want to stress them more than the temperature is already doing (29.3C measured in the upper canopy at 5 cm from the leds). Luckily i've got a lot of airflow, 3 filtered exhaust and 1 huge intake to remove almost the humidity. Despite it all they are pretty healty, no visible burning signs.

V15, riego con pH 6.1 y EC 1.2, las plantas ya se han recuperado del stress de hace unos días atrás, desde el próximo riego el agua tendrá sus nutrientes completos. Se ajustó el LST en algunas plantas. V17, definitivamente ya se recuperaron del stress por sobre fertilización, están creciendo al ritmo esperado, con bien color y hojas "felices". V18, y bueno, de nuevo surge un imprevisto, intentando hacer LST a un tallo acabo de romperlo, le hice una especie de entablillado esperando que se recupere. Hoy toco riego con pH 6.2 y EC 1.5, las plantas crecen bien.

Laid out the Srog nets with intention to change the light setting next week. Added pre-flower nutes as well as a 1" top dress - with some added nutrient mix. Thoroughly watered and ready to start training.

Will be Low stress training and topping in another week or so.

So I chopped the plant today on day 48, so now it’s drying time. I’ll be back in one week to see the results.

This girl is just huge, buds everywhere, fat tops and lots of them. She is really starting to fill out and is super top heavy. I don't even try to take her out the tent now. Her aroma is insane, that typical haze smell, with a gas undertone. Super sticky and developing lovely sugar. Over half way now. Can't wait to get to the finish line!

Still trying to get them back to where they were 2 weeks ago. Did a flush to raise ph as it was sitting really, only feeding water at the moment. One girl is definitely not doing well. But the others seem to be trying to turn around.

The plant feels good, the flowers have begun to enlarge🌻

Day 15 - The new week meant a change of water, nutrients and an adjustment of lights. Chong is looking like a short, but sturdy little seedling with broad fan leaves and big roots. Max is 10cm vs. Chong at 7cm and her leaves are perky and the stem is thick. They both look good for their own individual reasons. Looking at the roots specifically, Chong seems to be facing similar problems as Cheech in the Cookies Gelato grow - the aeration in the bucket appears to have “dead zones” because of the colour the roots and the manner in which they are sticking together. I’ve adjusted the air stone to be more central in the bucket and cleaned the air tubes because the nutrients stick on the tubes. Other than that, I’ve controlled the PH back down to 6.0 after the addition of the nutrients using the Milwaukee PH controller and decided not to adjust the height of the lights because there was only about 2cm growth this week. Also added the first wire to give Chong a bit of a better bend in her stem, gently starting off the process of LST. Day 20 and the ladies are getting closer to topping. Both are showing clear third nodes with the fourth node opening up. I am sure we will be topping during this next week of veg.

Engorde weenooo engoorde real jajajajaja Bueno, pues buenas noticias dado que la población tan bestia de araña roja ha descendido a minimos! Por lo general ni veo ya, pero se que aún queda alguna, por ello, les meteré una limpieza mas con aceite de neem y jabón potásico, pero una sola mas, quizá esta noche o ya mañana. A partir de esta aplicación ya se acabo el uso de estos productos, y el siguiente lavado foliar que le haré será un té de canela, haré un concentrado hirviendo agua y con canela en polvo, filtrándolo para wue no quede residuo. Esto lo haré con intenciones antifungicas y de controlar un poco mas la humedad para mantener los bichos controlados.
