22-01 Already in week 5 and the topping is taking off its results. *I ended the grow of nr: 3, just bad genes. but more light for the other 3 plants. 24-01: Applied another round of LST today. This time to create 4 main coala's and a wide and full deck of leafs. When the plants start to get more busy i will add an scrogg technique and do a little defoliation at the bottom of them to take even more profit of the LST. 26-01 I added Mega worm from plagron to the soil to give the plants a big boost so that they are ready for a strong flowering phase.

week 4 I apologize for the confusion this diary has gotten. week 5 here in reality was the third week of flowering. this beauty is in the middle of flowering, week4, according to RoyalQueenSeeds. Fast flowering 7-8 weeks. I'm starting to get a little more relaxed with this little one. I see progress, it's about time !!! the buds are starting to fatten. I don't expect large quantities but a lot of quality. At this point I can't have a very accurate guess because it's still halfway through but if it's to guess, maybe I can get a yield of 130 grams. 130 smokeable grams !! it's not like most diaries that have the final weight with branches 'n no trimming 😝🤣what do you think? stay tuned and tell me somethin' 😏🤞

On day 1 I changed out my reservoir. I lowered my nutes to 650 ppm(25% reduction). I adjusted the PH down to 6.1. My left plant has some burnt tips from either PH shift or over fertilization. My hope is that the lower ppm will help to resolve the issue before it spreads. On day 2 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.3 to 5.9. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.0. I installed my new 200 watt HLG Rspec. I adjusted PPFD readings to 700-1300 PPFD on all tops. On day 4 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.2. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.4 to 6.0. I diluted my nutrients in my reservoir by removing one gallon of nutrients from the rez and and adding 2 gallons of straight tap water to the rez. This brought the nute concentration from 770 ppm to 540 ppm as the plants will be entering the ripening stage in a few days and they have too much nitrogen judging by the extremely dark green leaves and burnt leaf tips on some branches of the left side plant. The buds seem slightly smaller then my last run which may be due to an excess of nitrogen and maybe not enough light as some of my tops are taller then the others making proper PPFD challenging. All in all the girls are coming along nice and I look forward to the final weeks of flowering 😀 On day 6 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.9 to 6.2. I think I have halted the nute burn as I haven't seen it progressing any more on the leaves. I will continue to monitor closely during these final weeks. The trichome production is increasing with some trichs on top of colas starting to go cloudy. The pistils are turning brown with roughly 40-50% are turning brown all signs I'm getting closer to the harvest window 😆. I dimmed my light to give 600-1000 PPFD to tops. On day 7 I reduced my temps to 75 during the day and 68 at night. I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.6 to 6.1. My reservoirs ppm was too high so I diluted the rez with 2 gal of tap water. This brought it down to 480ppm. The average ppfd to all 14 tops is 604 with no top receiving more than 1000 ppfd

She is much prettier than she was a week ago :) I remembered that I have my first grow light, which is more compact and it will give me more space, so I changed my light, now the girl's side branches get light too:) I add a lot of video memes, because I really want to win Iphone16 pro ;) and those who don't take risks don't drink champagne:) good luck to everyone.

Finally was able to get my humidity down! I had to leave the door open to the room since it wasn’t exhausting outside. Cracking the window wasn’t enough. Also added a small dehumidifier inside the tent. Plants seem to be doing well with the nutes right in the AC Infinity watering bases. I manually fed Big Bloom since it’s full of sediment and I was worried it wouldn’t work with the wicks. They’re pretty handy so far, but I’m worried I’ll have to clean them out before the grow finishes. Had to move my oscillating fan to where my camera was, so my timelapse is going to be screwed up. Oops. One plant is super close to my light, hoping she will stop stretching soon… Excited to see those frosty sugar leaves coming in!

📆 Week 9, 7-13 December 2023 7-13 December - Continued with simple adjustment of branches to receive maximum light. There was no defoliation of any leaf this week. Her growth rate has slowed and I believe she is heading in to the bulking stage. I’m satisfied with her size at this point. 8 December - Turned light power from 50% up to 75%, and raised lights from 18” to 21” from top of plant to facilitate the bulking phase of flowering. 📑 Let’s briefly discuss light and umol/m2/s or PPFD. First of all its all about numbers. Is there an agreeable starting point on these figures - the cannabis plant requires between 100-300 PPFD in seedling, 400-700 PPFD in vegetation, and 800-1000 PPFD in flower. It can go up to 1500 PPFD with certain C02 concentrations. I believe this may be generally accepted. Never being much of a numbers person, in ways I avoid it. I’ve grown indoor weed for a long time without a fancy device to tell me what this number was, the plant did that. A quality light and the plant itself will talk to each other in a matter of hours sometimes, days in others, I just need observe. But what I have come to realize the past few years is that these numbers, found in simple instruments (apps for smart phones) give us a very specific area of where she is within all these spectrums. It allows us more precision and insight to what would otherwise be a possible weak or vulnerable spot within our grow. I’ll use mine on a new strain, and to verify any questions. They are easily accessible tools for the common gardner. When we adjust our lights we can measure what will be optimal for our plant. Using my case in point; from: 50% power or 890 PPFD at 18” to: 75% power or 1080 PPFD at 21” **if not raised 3” - that number would have been 1320 PPFD - likely damage the plant - or raised any higher there would be no real benefit in what I’m attempting to achieve - likely waste of power** The 2023 ViperSpectra XS2000 lights (the ones I use) come with a new switch now that go from 25, 50, 75, 100% power and no option in between. So that kind of put a kink in a week or two during my grows I have to work around. Going from 50-75% power is a big shift in light intensity, and these lights are bright. Knowing what that number is and being able to adjust the height precisely to avoid damage is reassuring. I appreciate advancements that make growing a little easier. In most personal grows during flower I’ll go well over 1000 PPFD depending on the strain tolerance, without C02. Here are my experiences why: 1) my set-up allows it, 2) that number only reflects the greatest reading at the highest point on the plant - my reports, 3) when the plant is budding it is absorbing much more photons than when in the leafy only stage - everything is accelerated - this is a totally different discussion, 4) the additional light provided will proportionally increase a higher yield, and finally, 5) some of todays theories on light will change in 5 years, as it has from 10 years before, we still have a lot to research. LEDs are definately cream of the crop, but there is something new to learn I’m sure. Until then I can only tweak what I have in search for a tighter bud, higher in THC. I said I would briefly discuss this subject. Everything is possible with lights. It is science that says the cannabis plant does not have to produce secondary metabolites (trichomes and cannabinoids), in some cases it may not. It produces them based on its environment. She returns to you what you dedicate toward her. So beautiful looks its going vey well apart of thats its too hot the heat from the lights if there is no air circulation it gtes very humid and i have to leave the tent open

Day 29: + PPFD 550 * 20h = DLI 39.6 + Flaschenwasser mit Canna-Boost 1.5Liter Die war komplett Trocken ... kaum zu glauben lol Day 30: Sie alles recht normal aus . Es entfaltet sich noch . Day 31: + Flaschenwasse 2L EC 0.26 PH 7.3 + + mit Dünger EC 0.7 PH 5.7 + Drain 0.25L mit EC 0.9 PH 6.8 Fazit : ich übe noch mit dem Dünger und dem "zuviel" an Urgesteinsmehl :)) Day 32: Das Wetter ist eine Katastrophe . Draussen ist es 21°C mit 90%rH . Hier drinnen sind es im Zelt 26°C und 67%. Im GrowRoom ,also praktisch meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung mit 2x2m Niesche hat so 25.5°C und 60%rH. Luftentfeuchter läuft , sonst geht hier gar nichts, aber der produziert Abwärme . Will ich nun kalte Luft von draussen wirds hier mit 77%rH geantwortet aber die Temperaturen gehen runter :)) Lass ich es bleiben und entfeuchte , ich habe eine undichte Hütte was die Luftfeuchtigkeit betrifft , dann steigt die Wärme wieder . ES IST EIN TEUFELSKREIS :)) Aber wie gut das ich weiss das auch die ganzen CSC's und auch die Profis ihre liebe mühe haben die Temp und Luftfeuchtigkeit zu regeln . Und nein , ich werde mir keine Klimanalage einauen die beides regeln kann. Ich wollte nicht ewig viel Geld für das Gras ausgeben :)) Also liebe Brüder und Schwester des gepflegten Ganja komsumes und Produzenten , wir sitzen alle im selben Boot . Und jeder versucht der beste Kaptain zu werden :)) P.S. ich weiss, ein neues Bott wäre gut :) Aber dadurch ändert sich nicht das Meer :)) Day 33 : Das Spiderfarmer Zelt 70x70x140x200cm ist fertig und Einsatzbereit . Meine kleinen Zwerge ziehen um . Im großen Zelt läßt sich die Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur besser regeln. Klingt komisch , ist es auch :)) Aber Ihr müsst auch nicht in denkbar schlechtester Bausubstanz leben und gärtnern :)) Day 34 : + Flaschenwasse 2L EC 0.26 PH 7.3 + + mit Dünger (Terra Vega 3.8ml/l , Rhizotonic 2.0ml/l , Boost 2.0ml/l , CannaZym 2.5ml/l ) = EC 0.7 PH 6.5 + + Final PH 6.1 Nach einigen Problemen mit der Abluft und der Umluft und die Luftfeuchtigkeit , versuchen die Zwerge sich jetzt im neuem Zelt zu aklimatisieren . Ich drück die Daumen . Day 35: Die Düngung war genau richtig . Meine Luftfeuchtigkeit geht auch . Temperaturen sind etwas hoch . Aber Sie entfaltet sich . Videos gibts heute Nacht. P.S. Da ich mal wieder zu schusselig bin eine Zeitschaltuhr und das Sanlight DIM System richtig zu nutzen , haben wir ein paar Lichtaussetzer gehabt , somit sind nicht an allen Tagen 20h Licht . In der nächsten Woche kommen 18h * PPFD 750 + 1h sonnenaufgang und + sonnenuntergang wird zu DLI 46.29 was etwas über das Limit von 45.00 geht . Schauen wir was passieren wird :))

We are going to continue on with tying and tucking and spreading. I cannot wait to see what suprises this strain has, as I get the feeling her true colors will be wild. This week I also show the HydroHalo system I have installed to better assist with watering these girls under the net. There is a 5 gallon bucket with lid as resivior, tubing, T fittings x2, valves x2, a small submersible water pump, air pump with hose and air stone in the resivior to keep it aerated.

Ya visteis , cultivo fácil, de principio a fin, pocos errores una pérdida tan solo de 4 ejemplares y por dejadez. Pero enserio si todo se hace correctamente vais a flipar lo rápido que van y después lo buenas que están. Humedad en el secado por debajo de 45% y temperatura media de 23 grados. Hasta aquí es todo fumetillas, que paséis un final de año de lujo entre buenos humos.

Everything was fine until the bottom leaves started to yellow and fell off. I checked the res and it didn't drink as much as it used to. Then i flushed the res and added plain ph-ed water and left it for 24 hours. Then i flushed again, added new water with 1/2 strength nutes but ph rised up from 5.7 to 6.3 after 24 hours. Corrected the ph by adding ph down directly into the res and added great white directly as well. After those two application, the leaves started to droop and i immediately changed the res with new water with 1/2 strength nutes. Now my plant looks like this. How can i fix this?
