Week 6 of flower. Buds are filling out more now. Still occasional rainy days but weather is improving.

The second week wasn't too problematic for Super Skunk #1. The seedling is steadily growing and I went forward with only feeding it distilled water. I recently came across some growing information and heard about the magic of bokashi so I figured I would incorporate it into my grow this time around to see the effects. I also decided that based on my experience last grow, I would switch over to a more kelp based nutrient during flower. What I came to realize (amongst other things) was that I had most likely underfed my plants during flower, and although my "no bottled nutrients" challenge got me through veg. without a problem, it appeared that my plants could have used a bit of a boost during flower. This time around I plan on sticking to: -rice water -coconut water -banana peel water -onion/garlic peel water during veg. and once I decide to flip to flower I will go back to using my trusty Green Plant "Medi-one" bottled organic nutrients. *the second plant that I replanted is looking pretty strange so I'm thinking I might need to germinate another seed*😑

Day 71 - she is a monster a. the buds continue to swell larger b. the smells inside the box are of baked cakes and fruit, really amazing smell c. will be increasing the bloom nutrients very hard this week with more FloraBloom. d. I am hoping to have purple buds when we are finished! Day 72 - growing strong a. the buds are growing every day b. the smell is unreal, the oil production is very high, the buds are covered in oil c. added 5L to the DWC of stronger flowering blend, we are at 1240ppm in the DWC d. applied light LST to 2 of the front colas to allow light to hit the smaller buds a bit Day 73 - growth explosion a. exponential growth everywhere, buds are getting very fat. b. not a single hair is turning orange!!!! we are so excited for the long life of this auto, the longer the life the longer the effects. c. the plant is starting to eat the nitrogen out of some of the leaves. Day 74 - buds just keep growing a. added 5L of heavy flowering blend to the DWC b. smells like berry cake Day 75 - exploding a. lightly tied the massive buds back a little to get the little spots more light b. the oil and resin production are very high Day 76 - exploding again a. the buds are just growing huge, the main is insanely large b. we are starting to get our first signs of minor nitrogen deficiency!!!! YES! Day 77 - let the ripening begin! a. switching over to Ripen+Pro Bloom next week, these buds will explode!

Welcome to the week 6 Day 37 Did some LST, a bit, and normal level defoliation, tho I removed lots of leaves. I think I will defoliate it once more in a week or so. I will check on her in couple hours and post "after after" photo. Day 41 I can smell her sweet smell already. It's unbelievably sweet. But I really got the issue with carbon filter and smell right now. I need to stock up some more Ona Gel, carbon filter is expired, replacing it now will be very difficult if not impossible without damaging the plant...

There is a lot of smell this week. I plucked one of the buds and quickly dried it and smoked it. I couldn't stand it anymore, you can see his picture too. ====My QUESTION==== My plants had a lot of stress from the beginning because it was my first cultivation. The most important I think was for fertilizer. Instead of fertilizing them, I gave them empty water, which in week 8 I saw all the leaves turn yellow. And that's where I started fertilizing. Now in week 10 the plants have green leaves. But they do not grow tall and do not drink much water. It takes 4 to 5 days to dry. The buds no longer grow. Little by little, some of the pistils are turning orange. I also took pictures of trichometers with my phone, I don't know if they are transparent or milky. Now is the first day of the 11th week. Do you think I should fertilize them again and they will continue to grow? Or should I give them water and flush them? Someone can explain to me what he thinks. I have added a new light and am going to try a super soil grow for the first time. I have a Mephisto Genetics Double Grape between paper towels and waiting to sprout. The space is about 18 inches by 24 inches. The ceiling slopes down, so I don't have much room at the rear of the space. For medium I am using Fox Farms Happy Frog augmented with perlite. The bottom third contains 0.5 pounds autoflower blend of a "super soil" additive from Nature's Living Soil. (https://amzn.to/2PUHc6k) I am using three-gallon cloth pots. The light is a Horticulture Lighting Group 135W QB V2 R-Spec LED kit. NUTRIENTS Tap water pH’d to 6.5. pH lowered using 1.5 TBS unsulfured blackstrap molasses and apple cider vinegar. One-half TBS of vinegar lowered pH about 0.5 points. The medium was very dry. Slowly watered to allow the moisture to be equal throughout the soil ISSUES My while I have yet to put the seed in the dirt, I am concerned about temperatures. They are currently running at about 86F. I would like to get it down to about 80F. DAILY LOG DAY -2: STARTED SEED * Started seed in my traditional manner. Between paper towels soaked in 5% bleach solution, 0.25 tsp/0.5 Cup water. Temp 82F. DAY -1: ACTION *The smallest of tip has appeared. Will put in soil in a few hours. Day 0: SEED PLANTED. * Refrigerator filtered water. pH 6.5. 1 cup (250ml) added very carefully. * Covered with humidity dome. * Light from Soil: 32.5” * Temperature: 82F DAY 1: SPROUT The sprouted seed has shown itself above the soil. A nice Christmas morning surprise. Now I can start counting the days. * Watered with about 200ml of water at pH 6.5. Used apple cider vinegar to lower the tap water pH. * I was pleased to find that my tap water does not contain chloramine. I was reading bad things about chloramine and "living soil." It can kill beneficial microorganisms. All I did was ask my water company and they replied saying "we found no mention of chloramine use in the system:" Just what I wanted to hear. * After looking at other diaries using 250W LEDs, I moved my light down to 25 inches. DAY 2: NO WATER FOR YOU * No watering today. There is plenty of water in the soil and I want the roots to stretch and work. * Working on increasing the humidity and getting more control over the temperature. DAY 3: WATER PLANT, NOT POT. ADDED MYCORRHIZAE. * Following the GrowWeedEasy watering suggestions for Kind Soil * 500ml water at 6.5 pH, around the plant and not across the full 3-gallon bag. * The fan gently moves the seedling to keep it strong. * Had minor unexpected run-off. I hope to avoid that in the future. * Added 1/8 tsp Great White Mycorrhizae dissolved in 100 ml of 50 ml water/50 ml molasses mix. Did not pH as it is such a small amount of solution compares to the watering earlier today. DAY 4: NO WATER, NO PICTURE * Nothing really new. So no reason for a picture. * The soil is dry on top, but the bottom of the pot is still damp. So I will watch it, but I don't expect to water today. * Adding a small intake fan has dropped the temps to about 82F, I think they can live with that. * A humidifier arrives tomorrow and I think that will be my last step to improve the environment. DAY 5: 500ml WATER, LOOKING GOOD * The plant is looking good. The second set of true leaves has a bend, but nothing to worry about. DAY 6: 500ml WATER. NEW HUMIDIFIER * It wasn't really necessary to water today, but I did simply to stay on the schedule I am using. * Given the lightness of the soil and the moving air, I don't anticipate any problems. * Added a humidifier yesterday evening. It's bringing the humidity up, but I need to keep the space closed and I'm a bit concerned about having to provide it with distilled water frequently. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WEEK ONE IN REVIEW ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ * Watered with 750 ml pH's tap water. Watered slowly to avoid any runoff. * The plant is looking very healthy. It looks as if the roots are really starting to work as the plant is darker green. * Balancing temperature and humidity is tricky, but I think I will be able to get it stabilized with a bit more work. * Target Relative Humidity: Seedlings - 65-70; Vegging - 40-70; Flowering - 40-50 ==> Beginning Next Week I Will Only Post Twice A Week, Mid-week And End Of The Week. <==

Remember, when I said I was having a little fun, I was not kidding don’t do you see that nice looking Pringles can it took a lot of work, but I’m not gonna leave her in there with her entire life. She’s most likely going to get transplanted when it’s time to put her to flower other than that you see the others. They look good as well. Even the one my friend gave me I brought it back to life and man I thought I was doing something wrong because she has a major purple stem and her genetics I guess.

Transplanted to a 5 gallon pot half way through the week and heavily watered/fed for the next 2 days, then topped for the first time at the end of the week. She's doing really well. Now it's about keeping the plants trained and the same height. 2 timelapses this week. Enjoy!

Day 68 and as you can see she's finally getting some decent trichome production and she is starting to smell in a good way.. this autoflower must have a decent amount of ruderalis in it as the site says we're looking at 14% THC which is on the low end but as we know it's not always about the numbers ..
