Bud sites are producing black/purple spot in leaves. Bud growth is producing as the days go by. Really excited with this being my first grow Nitrogen boost really helped with the deficiencies. Plants are starting to look really heathy... Prunes lower colas that weren't stretching past the canopy and receiving energy so more energy can be used towards the top buds

*Week 5 of flowering* Mimosa 1 & 2 are progressing accordingly, 0 signs of deficiencies. Though both plants are coming along fine Mimosa 1 is lagging a little behind but not a cause for concern. Water/Nute feeds have increased and the light cycle remains the same. Mimosa (2) appears to have shrunk in size but that is incorrect, Main colas were tied down to trellis.

at this week u can compare the stems and bush in the videos, keep in mind this is my first hydro grow and i messed the PPM and PH a few times.. also snapped a whole branch of the hydro plant around week 4. still the hydro plant looks bigger and fatter stem. lol

My Permanent Marker plants are looking good. The short and stocky one has turned a crazy shade of purple. It's really wild looking. The other plant is still putting on new growth, so it'll probably be ready in about two weeks. I can't wait to see how the purple one smokes – should be interesting. The past week has been awesome for drying my plants. The weather's been perfect – nice and dry, with just enough breeze to keep things moving. I finally got around to chopping down those two big plants I've been meaning to trim. They're almost ready, just need a little more time to dry out completely. I can't wait to see how they turned out.

EC: 0.8 PH: 6.0 I fully installed the AutoPots and their base aswell, wich get connected to a water reservoir.

Well the older (28 day) gal is doing great, bent the main stem quite a bit along with a few side budsites, excited to see how much is stretches out in the new tent. The younger (21 day) gal is doing her thing - power veg mode, interesting to see even though she's a week younger, she's just doing her own thang ;) I may need to trim a few leaves off her to get light to the bud-sites underneath. happy growing y'all! 😎

To the false scrog I added a grid. The pre-bloom stage. Good acceleration in growth. That's what I was talking about, super stretching out in the first few weeks of flowering. This plant is not for low boxes, and I have 160 cm, 80 of which is taken up by the pot and ventilation with lighting. I fed a little molasses to wake up the bacteria :) I continue to cut off the lower leaves and growth point ovaries little by little.

Plants that are too far from an adequate light source will respond by accelerating stem growth in order to get closer to the lamp themselves. Especially when there are many other plants. A lack of lighting can easily cause overcrowding in a growing chamber, reducing the steady progression of your crop and the distance ratio between your bulbs and your plants. To address this problem, be sure to provide enough light to your plants to prevent stem growth. At the same time, you should not position your lights too close to your plants either since this would also result in an over-stretching of the stems and in some cases, the loss of your crop. In addition to the distance between the light source and the plant, the type of light you will use also affects the size of the stretching of your crop. The orange and red lights encourage stretching and result in thinner, larger stems. And conversely, blue light stimulates a growth of thicker stems and a smaller size. When a species is ready to enter the vegetative phase and undergo its most drastic stretching period, metal halide lamps can be used to deter far too long stems. THE HEAT Heat is another essential element that can determine the stretch size of your plants during vegetation. OTHER CAUSES OF STRETCHING There are multiple variables that can lead to the stretching of plants beyond what could normally be expected of the plant. Environmental stressors resulting from transplantation (when a plant passes from one pot to another) can cause the plant to return to shock. This will eventually trigger a reaction causing a stretch. Cannabis plants that are not grown in decent conditions or do not receive enough nutrients will respond in a variety of ways and this includes stretching. Crops that are not spaced far enough apart are likely to stretch to sting the light to other plants. Due to extreme proximity, the plants will fight among themselves to reach the light, forcing them to expand as much as possible throughout the crop. HOW TO CONTROL STRETCHING DURING FLOWERING Stretching during flowering, you guessed it, takes place when you move your plants from the vegetation stage to the flowering stage. This is a completely normal reaction, as your plants are preparing to bear the weight of their heads. Stretching of a plant at the beginning of flowering varies widely; some plants can double in height while others grow only a few centimetres. There are, however, two main variables that can give you at least an idea of how your plants are stretching during flowering, and how much. Here are these two variables: Variety: Genetics has the greatest impact on the size of your plant. In general, sativa varieties stretch more than indicas and tend to develop long, slender stems. Light: Some lights, such as HPS, are more likely to encourage stretching. In addition, great distances between your canopy and your lights will cause the plants to stretch as they try to get closer to the light source. Stretching during flowering usually lasts the first two weeks of the phase. To minimize stretching, keep your lights between 10 (for CFL) and 30 centimetres (for HID) of your canopy. Finally, choose indica varieties if you have a smaller growing space. HOW TO AVOID STRETCHING In many cases, you can expect your cannabis plants to stretch during the flowering phase. Keeping that in mind helps to make a plan in case your species ends up growing much more than you could have imagined. If the information is available, get information on the standard size of your species and compare it to the size of your growing space taking into account the necessary distances between the bulbs and the plants. TRAFFIC While outdoor crop operations benefit from natural air to naturally limit stretching, indoor crops must assume the maintenance of air circulation within a confined space. Basic ventilation is enough to help the cannabis stems strengthen and become thicker rather than too high. In this way, the plants continue to grow vigorously without reaching heights and at the same time, your tolerance ceiling. MANUAL INTERVENTION For growers who want to get their hands dirty, there are physical procedures that can be done to reduce stretching. Similar to the natural effect that the wind has on cannabis plants, manually bending the leaves and stems will cause tiny cracks in the plant's tissues that will cause the plant to focus on regenerating its wounds instead of its vertical growth. THE TOPPING Topping is a form of manual intervention on cannabis to influence its performance, shape or size. In essence, topping is a process in which a new node is cut, growing from the plant to reduce its size and create a "v"-shaped notch that will eventually form two heads. Topping may be an effective measure to combat stretching, but it is important not to do so when the flowering phase begins. In most cases, an abnormal stretch of cannabis plants will not completely destroy your crop. In fact, stretching can indeed help increase your performance. For growers with a growing operation large enough to contain tall plants, stretching can increase the total yield of a species with more vertical space for head formation. In both cases, stretching can easily be planned in advance and there are multiple solutions to help you with this problem which is all too common. May the force be with you 💪

Day 61 - 24/11/19 Stopped adding nutes a few days ago and decided to flush. only feeding pure phed water now for roughly the next 5 days or so and then harvest time! Smell is insane! buds look a bit small but full of green/purple colours. so excited to be at the finish line for this one :) all the gear i need for harvesting, drying and curing is on its way so all i have to do now is keep watering and waiting :) Night 61 - Update pruning shears arrived! I decided to snip one of the side colas to dry and cure. the smaller bits of buds came off the stem while trimming so i cant hang them up to dry like the bud in the video i added. ive stored all the trim from the Dwarf diary and the side cola for making edibles this week. got a nice collection going now. and i added pictures and a video to show harvest and my temporary drying solution. By far I think this strain was a very good one !! I would definitely regrow this one ! Beautiful bag appeal and the terps are good too ! Very smooth when inhaling and sneaks up on you !

4ta semana de floracion,con un crecimiento notorio en los cogollos,( ya la planta ha dejado de crecer en "altura" para empezar a dedicarse a inflar los cogollos). El deterioro de las puntas de las hojas no avanzo, gracias a que baje el ph del agua de 6.5..a 6.1,en la semana siguiente le bajare la base de Grow de 3ml a 1ml ,para quitarle el posible exceso de nitrógeno, veremos que sucede con estos cambios,faltan muchas semanas por delante pero creo que va por buen camino.

Esa familia, actualizamos las northern light xL, hay una de las 3 que destaca del resto por tamaño y flores, pintan muy bien, se ve buen color y bastante vigorosas, tutelamos 1. Bajamos humedad y temperatura, a estas alturas estamos pensando en el siguiente proyecto con varias geneticas de zambezaseeds.

June 15: lots of rain ended this morning. 64 mm or 2.5 inches over 48 hours. No watering need for a while. She looks pretty good and I’m currently waiting for the two stems to grow a bit more. A day or two before another round of topping to make the 8 (or 16?) cola manifold. June 18: still more rain. Wow, really pouring at the moment. About 80 mm in last few days and heavy rain forecast for all day today. Oh well. Plants are up against house to minimize soaking. Took two fan leaves that were growing back across the main stem to allow more light in. So far so good. June 20: second round of topping to get to 8 colas and tied down to have all growth tips at same elevation. Waited until fourth node was forming and then topped to third node and removed growth tips at the second node. Sounds a bit hard but totally easy once you try. 👍called mainlining on Growdiaries but should be called manifolding. Still quite cool and rainy which is great for the forest fires, but a bit cool for cannabis. Oh well. June 21: Happy Solstice. Our monsoon season seems to be done and next two weeks look like great cannabis weather - sunny with low to mid 20s C.

Esta planta fue facil de cultivar, no tuve ningun problema con ella. Se encuentra muy resinosa, es la primera vez que tengo unos resultados muy buenos. En humedo pesa 195g, ahora estan en etapa de secado, en unos dias subire mas imagenes de como viene. Podes seguirme en Instagram como @bruweed_arg

10.11.2022 130 giorni dal seme al raccolto 70 giorni tondi di fioritura 1590 grammi il peso a umido delle 2 piante, sicuramente un buon risultato in un box con all'interno altre 8 piante. La struttura della pianta si presenta con rami allungati tipicamente sativa, facilmente addestrabili sia con Scrog, sia con LST. Ho dovuto puntellare con aste reggi rami le infiorescenze che nelle ultime settimane piegavano i rami verso il basso. il profumo che emanano questi fiori è qualcosa di straordinario, vanno dal dolce e agrumano, mandarino limone e caramello, si intercettano note floreali di lavanda ed erbe aromatiche. Sicuramente aggiornerò il profumo e sopratutto il sapore ad asciugatura ultimata
