OK, we’re getting pretty damn close. I definitely toasted a couple of the taller spears with a new lightbulb. The damage seems to be to the fan leaves and some of the sugar leaves, the buds seem to be spared of any damage. I reduce the nutrients to zero to flush yesterday. I’m hoping they’ll be ready to harvest in a couple three days. The tricombs are still Mostly white and clear, very little if any brown yet. I figure I’ll wack them at 50-50 brown Here is a question for some more experienced growers that might read this. I have read that when buds are light stressed they will make a bud on a bud. I’ll put a couple pictures of this here. Is this what they are talking about? Peace,Take care of each other, and give me the patience to last another week.

Week 5 bloom

77 Days have passed. Heatwave in my country, so im just relaxing and enjoying life. - I hope you do too! Did a heavy defoliation, gonna be making some nutritious fruit smoothies with that. - 2 week ish before i switch to flower. ---1st time growing with FLO - Florian Living Organics.--- They claim that there is no need to pH when watering and that their living fertilizer is the only thing that i will need throughout the whole grow so i only need to mix with soil and just water with plain water. If this stuff works then it can simplify my future grows ALOT! Happy growing. 😎

Week 9 in the books and still waiting on ripening. The hardest part about this project is having to do the testing in such small batches due to my space restrictions. Still no issues with the grow and we’re getting some great pheno variation amongst them all. The consistent quality of them all is the slight pink hue in the buds which is characteristic of the Skywalker parent. The scent is unmistakably sweet like the strawberry parent. All told - we’ve got a good hybrid here that still needs refinement before we try to breed out S1s. P1 - still staying green, resilient, lower yield but best genetic specimen of the lot. P2 - winner pheno but needs to be grown out under perfect hydro conditions to be sure we didn’t have any deficiencies baked into the strain genetics. Best combo of the 2 parents and some awesome deep purpling of the fans. P4 - another winner pheno with prominent strawberry characteristics and heavy yield. A little bit of the purple has bled through to this pheno and it remains a more resilient specimen than P2. Again, worth testing in a better hydro medium like dwc or dutchies. Well chop and freeze the whole lot for bubble and pressing once the run is complete and trichs have fully matured.

Well, this was a interesting first journey.... the buds finished drying today, 5 days drying, added pics and vids. Just curing to go.... ah nice buds :) Edit: i forgot to mention i went over the buds when i harvested them, and checked / removed any impurities, like gnats caught in the sticky bud.... picked em clean with tweezers... 👍 Edit: needed to air/dry out the buds abit more, and get some Boveda Humidipak for curing.... it's looking good... i'll update with some pics of trimmed, cured buds 😎 The buds turned out beautiful, pungent, pine, berry, citrusy, daytime, medical..... this has theoretical 1:1 - 21% THC, 19% CBD, so it's not going to give u a knockout high.... its medical grade 1:1 ....... side effects - happy, relaxed. haha :) I weighed it dry and came up with about 123.32g (4.35oz) ... i used abit of guesswork in the weight, not to concerned with weight, as to quality.... (that weight is with the test buds added in, +-15g.) .... you can guess the weight from the pics and vids, haha I really enjoyed growing this.... i found the website by looking up the seeds, decided to start a grow diary, it's my first grow, i made alot of mistakes and growdiaries really helped alot, joined a chat group with some other really good growers. Edit - Day 111 - added vid/pic, Been curing for a week, burp and roll em abit twice a day....... smell and taste nicer each day, 👍 Edit - Day 112 - added good vid of trimmed up test bud, beautiful ...... Day 40 ( 3 in flower) : I think it is safe to say that the flowering has kicked into full gear now and her stretch is on. Been a few issues sorting the dosage of the Mega crop with the Los soul in particular. Balancing the NPK with additional silica and calmag had me worries I had been hitting them too strong but in fact the power of the 900w Led lights being too close and intense had been clawing the bigger plants at the edges and not the mc. # 1 is going for gold and looking very healthy and happy. she is spreading g out nicely and will be a nice yield I think. #2 looks like she's hating something in her soil/coco and has some obvious damage from it. she is still growing skyward but is a lot smaller than the rest in the room. #3 Growing nicely and getting ready for a good defol this week. They are good to train and now big enough to be held to the pot edges with wire. This next week will see an increase in their Mc dosage by .5g. Her flowers are coming along nicely too all over the stems, roll on bud building. Green days all

Purple Punch am 26.12.2024 Tag 49 / 14.02.2025 Meine Purple Punch steht schon in der 7 Woche, ein großer Erfolg für mich. Habe mit Bio Bloom und Bio Grow in der letzte Woche sie gedüngt, das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Heute, wird Acti Vera, Alg A Mic und Bio Heaven in das Gießwasser hinzu gegeben. Feedback: Ich bin überaus voll zufrieden wie meine Pflanze sich entwickelt hat, ich denke die gute Erde und der Dünger von Biobizz hat ein großen Teil beigetragen. Ich werde mal schauen wie die Pflanze in der 8 Woche aussieht. Ich nehme gerne Ratschläge von der Community an.

Всем привет. Я назвал этот дневник "Old tree" и это не просто так, этому кусту 13 месяцев! Также интересный факт это растение уже дало урожай после чего я решил оставить 30% от растения, обрезать ему корни и пересадить в горшок поменьше после чего отправил его на вегетацию 18/6 и оно начало вегетировать. Также с этого растения мне получилось взять много хороших клонов, но теперь старушке пора на пенсию ее работа выполнена! Надеюсь это будет интересно.

Buds really got phat this week. I been following the fox farm recommendations on the feed. Im impressed by the flowering sunlike leds I'm using on this grow it really made the difference. And comparing this plant to a plant i did nothing to I gotta say LSTing is the way to go.

What a week. First off these girls are way to damn small to be 8 f'n weeks in. But I've delt with about 2 weeks of very hot weather eary on. The water temp got up to 85 that I know of. So it fried the roots. I discovered hydrogen peroxide little to late but it has helped. I really thought I was gonna lose a couple this week but they are doing much better. I got my new grow tent lights in. Using them on the main grow room until I get the other new light built but thatbwont be for some time. The other light is almost done. I've got the new pvc pipe frame made. Yaya I know cheap. But hey that's why I did it. I just ordered to more light setups. That puts me at $300 for this light alone. But damn it is so Brite. Right now with just 6 lights on high its at 283watts. I'm adding 2 more that should put me around 376 Watts for a 5x5. These are the large cog legs. I have 3500 wave length ones. I also built a cloner. Shout out to @icanthc for one of his videos that gave me the inspiration to build my own with improvements. I've had bad luck with clones so far so I hope this will help. I'm going to cut down CDG#2. She so damn far behind. I will get 3 cloned out of her. Fingers crossed.

Week 2 of flower, she seems to be stretching pretty quickly. Trichomes are starting to appear on the leafs. Been watering every other day for now. I bought a brita jug(large capacity) so I dont have to evaporate water every day, the filter just gets the chlorine out right from the tap. Also works nicely because it has a faucet, and I can put my watering can right under it, and fill it up without any spillage. More photos to come as the week progresses.

Smell is insane. Last week before chop

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.
