Fed and defoliated to start week 7. The plant looks good for being in a small pot, the buds are on point and look as expected at this stage.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 4/8/22 👋🐱 It's been a great week! Low stress training was a good choice with these, we planted the 6gal Amnisa closer to the edge to allow us to grow her horizontal across the entire pot.. we also topped her this week, we've been doing this a lot lately with plants we train this way, it makes a forked end with 2 large buds 🤘🐱..the bottom growth has caught up with the rest and she's starting to fill out.. we cut nutrients this week, everyone in the tent has been on the same schedule but were starting to get a little too dark, we'll go back to our normal routine next week if color improves. We'll probably veg this plant longer than the other "Fast" strains so she can make use of that large container..we should have all other plants moved in 2 week giving her some room to grow 💪🐱🌱... thanks for reading if you made it this far, we'll update again midweek if anything noteworthy happens..happy harvests Growmies! ❤️💡🌱😽💨 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 4/12/22 Everyone is growing really fast 👊🐱 ..we decided to fire up the 2nd light today (315watt CMH), its probably a bit much for veg but it's better than having to rotate them all the time..if we had it to do again we'd go with a Mars LED or at the very least got vertical hoods for our CMH.. I think we're going to make the 6 gallon Amnisa the focus of this diary..we have 3 plants and they all look identical..node spacing, leaf shape, size etc..we're going to veg the 6gal Amnisa for several more weeks but we're flowering the rest ASAP! 🤘🐱 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
18 Sep 2021 Today starts week 11 of the grow, and week 3 of flowering. I gave the plants what was left of the feeding solution from the previous feeding yesterday, but didn’t do an entry for it 🤷‍♂️. The plants needed to be fed, so I gave them what I had ready. It was about gallon split between the three of them, so just a snack really. Today I’m moving along in the feed chart and upping the level to the Mid-Bloom, step 6 on my feeding chart. As with the previous weeks, I plan to start using only 50% of the nutrient level because all 3 of my Ladies are doing exceptionally well with what I’ve been giving them so far, so I’m going to keep doing it. So far there has been zero nutrient burn, and I’d love to keep it that way! Ok; so not everything is going to be right at 50%, but close enough. I’m going to start feeding them CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 2ml, FloraGro 2ml, FloraBloom 2.2ml, Floralicious Plus 2ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml. Each plant will be given the above nutrients mixed into a gallon of water. The initial pH for each is as follows: C1 & C2 - 6.3, and C3 - 6.2. I added 1.5ml of pH UP to adjust them up a bit. C1 was adjusted to 6.6, and C2 & C3 were both adjusted to 6.7. The runoff pH still isn’t where I want it to be, but the plants are doing wonderful, so I’ll just keep an eye on it. If everything continues to go well, then nothing need be done. If problems develop, then I’ll address them as they arise. The runoff pH was: C1 - 5.7, C2 - 6.0, and C3 - 5.6. The temp was 82F in the tent at around 2:00pm when I fed them, and humidity was at 69%. I’ve noticed that the humidity in the tent is higher now than it ever has been in previous grows, but still doing great! My plants are looking stellar! I’m extremely happy with where they are now, and with how they’re maturing. I guess I’ll just keep on keeping on. Happy growing everyone!! 20 Sep 2021 Hello everyone! Hopefully you all have been growing some great weed out there on the big blue marble called Earth! It’s feeding time again in The_Good_Twin grow room! Today I gave C1 and C2 what was left of their gallons the other day, but C3 was looking a little parched; so I decided to feed them all all over again. Just a little different. Instead of giving each of them their own gallon; especially since C1 and C2 had already had a bit, I decided to make 2 gallons and split one between those two, and one for C3 by herself. I kept with the same feed levels as the other day, so each gallon received: CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 2ml, FloraGro 2ml, FloraBloom 2.2ml, Floralicious Plus 2ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml. The initial pH for both gallons was 6.3. I added 1.8ml’s of pH UP to each gallon which adjusted the pH of both gallons to 6.8. The runoff pH differed a little. C1 was 5.8, C2 was 6.1 (from the same solution), and C3 was 5.7. It seems no matter how I adjust the pH going in, it always seems to be much lower in the runoff water. The plants are doing great, so I’m not going to worry until it seems to be a real issue. It may be nothing. The temperature was moderate outside today, and the tent temperature was commensurate with the outside at 77F. The humidity was at 56% today when I fed them, but was about 65% about 2 hours earlier when I checked in on them. Like I said; my plants are doing great so I’m not worried about anything right now. I’m thinking about upping the nutrients to full strength next time to see how they react. If I get some nutrient burn then I’ll lower them back down. If not 🤷‍♂️, I’ll keep feeding them the full strength. We’ll just have to see how it goes. May all of your ladies give you big, fat, sticky buds!! Happy growing everyone! 22 Sep 2021 So today is the day! My lovely ladies are going to start receiving full strength nutrients for the first time in this grow. I’ve been keeping it at half strength till now, but their bud formation looks to be in full swing. I want to give them plenty of help right now, so their buds can get fat and sticky!! Today all three of my ladies took the full gallon of solution, and had a sufficient amount of runoff. Today they received: CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 3.8ml, FloraGro 3.8ml, FloraBloom 4.2ml, Floralicious Plus 2ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml. The initial pH for all 3 was 6.1. I added 2ml of pH UP to each gallon which adjusted the pH of C1/C3 - 6.6, and C2 - 6.7. Runoff pH for C1 was 5.7, C2 was 5.9, and C3 was 5.6. I’m not really happy with the runoff pH, but I haven’t been this whole time. All three of my plants are doing awesome, so I’m not going to worry about it until I see cause too. Tent temperature was 81F, with humidity at 66%. My plants look amazing! I believe (so far) that they are the best plants I’ve grown yet. Sadly, none of the clippings I took from them for clones made it. So my Blueberry Muffin run will end with two diaries, and 4 plants. Each of my Trio has long, white haired buds forming in clusters around every node on their branches. All three of them are looking strong and healthy. I’m super happy with their progress to date. Hopefully they respond well to the full nutrients and burst with improved growth. Time will tell. Happy growing everyone!
Jo, wird! aber schon wieder Blattläuse. Damn. Die Galato? Überall wo sie gebrochen war ist das jetzt n baum. Ach und 1.10 m hoch. Und voll... Yes! Die Sensi. Und, gut oder? Füe 12 h Licht. Auf jedenfall! Ja, der geneigte aufmerksame Beobachter wird es gesehen haben. ICH HABE SIE ANGENAGT! (ok schnell trocknen, dann mit tabak.. Knallt. Musste weil hier wiedermal im eh nicht gur sortierten FACHHANDEL,nix war, alles doof). SENSI SEEDS macht sich selbst alle Ehre. Hat trotz 12 h Licht angefangen Amber trichome zu zeigen. Ach ja, sheppert scheppert knallt, wummst. Explodiert, potent..POTENT. habe ne Knospe getrocknet (langsam). Genießbar. Und... Boah ich bin lemon. LEMON! nice one. Musik voll geil!. Und das ungecured. Yes. YES! YEAHH!
Im doing a bit of defoliation, moreover the leaves that covering the buds, i cut some small branches on the bot of the plants, to keep energy for the distal parts of the branches. Every 2 day approximately, to no stress a lot the plants, I pinch the apex of MD1, MD2 and BB1, that my secondary branches go up, until the height of the apex central. Nutriments : 2,0 mL/L of rhizotonic, 2,5 mL/L of cannazym every watering. 2,0 mL/L of terra vega every 2 or 3 watering in case of they need (N) until the final of the strecht (first 2 weeks of bloom). I will put 5L every watering (pots of 18L) and I will analysed the drain of every plants to check pH and the fertilizer amount. Im really proud of theses plants, they are strong, resistant (the trunks are huuuge, moreover the Moby dick from Dinafem) and so healthy !! The MD 3 has reacted really really good with the topping ! Im impressed and quite sure do topping next time ;) I hope they will give me the best of themselves !!!! Lets wait the final of the strecht 😉
Day 28: Halfway to the 8 week flowering point now and it is all going well. Gorilla Girl #1 is stacking her fluffy but chunky buds up very nicely. Plenty of growth this week and loving life it seems. Gorilla Girl #2 is forgingnahead of the game with her bud tightness and creating some very nice clumps of buds that look solid and some very nice colours appearing all over her. love how she looks this way her node stackingnis tighter than the other 3 so far and a definate pheno difference to #1 and#3 Gorilla Girl #3 is going for it with the amount of flowers she is pushing now but won't be as big as any of the other plants. I think she looks a little hungry too which is possibly why she has struggled in the pot. I am adding some megacrop to the feed for the two smaller pots in case rhe amount of medium is exhausted as in previous grows with it. The pot size with los seems to be very important on this on score . Lets see if she colours back up for the final push. Gorilla Girl #4 onbher archiver style has put out some beautiful examples of the strains bud. Her node spacing is between the #1!and #2 for comparison which gives her clumps with gaps on the stem and really highlights the flowersets. Any Bee would be made to pass this beautiful girl by without a visit!. .I am so far very impressed with the Gorilla girls from Sweet seeds. They have been easy to work with and grow too. The plants are looking top notch now too. Good work in the genetics dept guys. Sweet cheese a.k.a Norma Natural is forming a classic centre spiked cola with decent supporting nodes gaining height and weight too. interesting to see it grow thisnway but ... I also see how training is essential for a more even distribution of energies and food. All in all a good progression this week. fingers crossed for the upcoming half to go. be well Growmies.
7 weeks! from what sweet seeds says now I should just wait another week or two and then I could cut it easily, but I don't know. If anyone can advise me on automatic plants I would be grateful! in summary the question is: with automatics only 5/6 weeks of flowering are needed? 🌱
Room setup rundown, examples of bud, et al in pictures... Seedlings/Clones lights - Viparspectra XS1500. Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. Use the pressure compensating type. https://growdiaries.com/diaries/232811-strawberry-cookies-og-r1-cherry-diesel-bbgs-ego-epg-ebg-grow-journal-by-001100010010011110/week/1366923 -- use something similar to those. They come in different shapes, too. Basic process The little light takes care of seedlings in 2.5" wide seedling pots until first up-pot. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.
8/17/19 I took 6 more clones prior to spraying her with silver. She has been outside for 1 week. I can already smell the tangerine. 😁 Time will tell. The clones are growing like crazy. My original date to start flowering the first 8 maybe more was 9/7/19.... but its going to get too crowded really soon. 30 plants in a 2 foot × 3 foot area gets tight quickly. And watering is a f××king nightmare daily... I actually lift each plant every day to see if it needs water. It never lies, you can always feel it. It's the best way to know. My light is wonderful...I could not be happier. It's an HLG 100 V2 4000k Quantum board. I still have two 19w lights on the side but I will move them to the second level. To use all my space. I got 6 more babies coming.
Habe zum Ende der 13ten Woche nochmal die Trichome unter dem Mikroskop begutachtet und die Pflanze für soweit befunden. Konnte mir hier viel Beratung verschaffen und bin nun guter Dinge dass alles gut wird. Das Licht ist aus und wird ausgebaut, das Zelt auf die Trocknungsphase vorbereitet. Die Pflanzen lasse ich nun noch für 2 oder 3 Tage im Dunkeln bevor ich mit dem Ernten beginne. Die Pflanzen zeigen Mängel da ich bereits seit einer woche am Flushen bin. Ich bin bisher mit den Ergebnissen zufrieden und muss ehrlich sagen: White Label hat mich kein Stück enttäuscht. Jeder Samen keimte. Jede Pflanze war stark und hat mir auch mal den einen oder anderen Fehler verziehen ohne gleich kaputt zu gehen. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit der Wahl meiner Samen und hoffe nun die Ernte in ein Paar Tagen gut abschliessen zu können.
