They are coming along very nicely. I took my first cutting from the mother this week. I cut her back to the 4th node and began cloning the cutting. I trimmed the leaves and branches below the top and put her in a net pot with about an inch of her stem extending below the pot that was dipped in clonex gel. I put the net pot in my veg tank and hopefully I’ll get roots in the next week or two. Thanks again for looking!

This is my second run of Dutch Passion with my first being a monster Blueberry Auto. Massive plant, and her pungent odor overtook my entire home while trimming her today. While trimming her it smelled like I was in an earthy Pine Forest with a hint of berries, and it was one of the strongest smelling plants I've ever run. Very easy to grow, responded to all training methods with VIGOROUS growth. I topped her above the 7th node and removed the bottom one so I had 12 mains total. It took me almost 8 hours and I even had help for 4 hours.. Trimming is definitely my least favorite part of cultivating this species. I am super impressed with this strain and really everything Dutch Passion. They have not even sent me a single seed or even acknowledged me on here but this is my second run of their autos and I anticipate each will be a massive yielder. I will probably take a month off then start a run of a few photoperiod mainlines. Now we've reached day 25. We are in the transition phase, pre-flowering if you want, when the seedlings reveal their sex by showing the white fluff or the boyish balls. Here and in all F1 Hybrids you can be SURE, SURE as death that you will never see any balls. If you have underestimated this aspect of the F1 Hybrid, go back and think about how many times you found the balls on the paint, full of pollen that fertilized your ladies. Do you like having young ladies impregnate you? Absolutely not for me and this is a very valid reason why you can choose the F1 Hybrid. Really guys the seeds suck and the genetics of the various breeders if they don't do a job like this it means that they are super hybrid poles with genetic traces scattered here and there. Inglourious bastards. Here we don't want to be Aryan but to cultivate healthy plants with safe results. Our Wurlz F1 per mea culpa mea culèa mea grandissima culpa shows some signs of overfeeding, the famous yellow tips of the leaves. Let's be clear, this is minor and is due to the fact that these genetics are so good that they need very little or no fertilizer in the vegetative phase. Then if you already have fertilized soil, forget about growing guys, another pro! I gave the recommended doses even a little less to tell the truth of both Aptus and Plagron and the plants more or less all have these small signs of over. Alright going to compile all the results of the different harvests into this one report. Its easier to have all the pics in one place. They are all autoflowers, Best grown outdoors in my area as they finish on time and just before the rainy season where molds and WPM takes over anything. So there is a lot happening in the pics. Took a pick of the planter after I harvested and of the plants hanging up, Some of them are in the bags from the freezer. All the plants where trimmed wet and frozen fresh expect the Blue Dream, They will all be getting turned into Bubble Hash once the weather gets a bit colder in my area. Will do it on the desk when its aorund 0c so freeze point but nothing to crazy. Side notes, One plant grew a weird colourization thing and have dark and light leaves on one branch. looked kinda neat, and one of the plants I found a bunch of hatched eggs "maybe butterfly??" on one of the undersides leaves. Will not know harvest weights or anything till after I transform it all into the hash. Most of the plants weed and not weed grew roots outside of the planters and across the deck boards, kinda fun to see when moving the planters. Had a velcro like effect to them. Many of the plants did not even survive a week past germination or did not germinate at all. I did not included these into the report and most of them where from older seeds. One of them was not but it is a strain I have known to be a little bitch unless everything is perfect and easy. so not the best genetics overall. Out of the ones I did grow and that survived they are listed below. Fast Buds CBD 20:1 This plant grew small in both containers it was placed in and did not excel very much, it had an ok growth pattern but nothing to write home about, Likely best suited for an indoor growing environment. vs outdoors, Need to try this one again in a better pot or indoors. Curious about its flavours and potential when given more of a ideal environment. Exotic Seeds Strawberry Cola This plant did well in the small container it had, Made some nice looking buds for what it was dealing with, Did not have the best sun vs some of the other plants and showed a bit of WPM at the end of the harvest on one of its leaves. If it was grown is a large container like some of the other well performing plants im sure it would be a bit better but still a squat plant, perfect for my stealthy grows where you need things contained a bit more. Ganja Farmer Blue Dream Did well, had a few of them growing in smaller pots and one in a big pot. the smaller ones where not worth doing anything with, really needs its own pot not shared and good amount of medium. it will thrives. Plant had no real issues and grew well. Ganja Farmer Gorilla Cookies This was the best performing auto out of them, It had the bigger plant and took up the most room. It was in a planter with a smaller plant and it did not make it. The Gorilla Cookies overtook it and excelled heavily. Great buds and nice frost, if I had more I would grow this one again. TBH any of the Gorilla line up from Ganja Farmer has been very impressive outdoors for me. I have tried a few of their other strains and had some issues from smaller plants and pests but the Gorilla mixes and lineup is a winner for sure. Would recommend this to anyone who just wants to set it and forget it and feed every so often. Fast Buds Apricot This was the 2nd best performing plant, it was just a bit smaller then the Gaja Farmer plants and they where located beside each others planter boxes. The Apricot did share its space with another plant that grew to a descent size so it was share more of its resources then the cookies. another good option to have for an outdoor grow, just let it be and harvest end of it all. Great smells and looks, would grow it again for the smell alone its nice when you walk past it and bump it then waft the sweet nectar of the plant. Seedstockers Blackberry Gum Very tasty plant and excellent aroma off of it. It came out strong and grew very well. It was planted with another seedstockers plant that did similar and had a great overall success. Of the two plant that popped off one was more fruity then the other and the other was more sour. All of the plants I grew from SeedStockers this year where great growers and produces. Will do them again and again if I have the chance to. They don't seem to have duds in the seed like the others ones did, and they where just as old as the oldest ones. So they last for a while. Seedstockers CBD 1:1 Silver Lime Haze This was the plant growing inside the same container as the blackberry gum. It had a great hazy smell, sour and hints of cirtus. Like the other Seedstocker seeds it had two that popped up and one of them was more diesel. When trimming this one it was oliy as fuck. I have no doubt if I pressed this stuff for rosin it would be a heavy producer. Love the 1:1 ratio of CBD to THC and think more strains need to do this. I remever reading something saying when there is aorund 1-2% CBD in the weed it can make its effects even stronger. Fast Buds OG Kush + SeedStockers O.G. Kush these two where to be a grow off between each other and find out what one is best. They had similar growth to each other and one of them go so top heavy it bent over. I will know more about these ones once I crack the bags and give them a test once all the processing is done. OG Kush was one of the first ever strains I grew and did it very well under low wattage and blue light. It has a special spot in my heart even if I did not like the high or taste all that much as many others do. Well that is it for now. I may comeback and edit of this and add more bits. Well, it looks as if one of the 3 plants is a male. I live in denial for one more day and then I toss it. Not sure which plant it is, as I painted over the strain names when I painted the cups grey. Smooth. So I will find out soon. Otherwise, good weather and some good growth. Roots are balled up at the bottom of the dutch bucket reservoir, Im sure, because I let the drip go dry for a day or two and the plants were droopin (coco)

Very good smell so far, exact fragrance that the other 2 phenos plants Ak420, hoping the best for a good sativa happy energetic high with that sweetness in flavor and aroma, let's see how she perfoms! 👨‍🌾💚🧡

5/1 Trainwreck is starting to absorb it's leaves nutrients. I pluck them as I go. I'm thinking of flushing Amnesia here soon too. Edit: decided to take a chunk of Amnesia without flushing to see if I can get a flavor difference between flushing and not flushing. I'll be keeping the first clipping in a separate grow tent with fan set to 70F with a max of 60% humidity, I don't think I'll be able to get it to 60F in this tent, but I'll experiment with it and a second humidifier. It's currently 74F and 36% humidity. I wonder if putting a humidifier in there will lower the temperature to the correct level. I'll try. 5/2 Watered both with PH'd tap water. The tent is starting to smell distinct; probably of dead chlorophyll as the plants start absorbing their leaves. The clipping of Amnesia in the other tent is starting to smell a bit like hay. After a couple of weeks of drying, I'll trim and move it into Grove bags to let the terpenes come through during curing. 5/7 Trainwreck's leaves are turning more and more yellow. Gonna check the trichomes on both here soon. Giving them another plain PH'd watering today.

Just did another pruning of the plants. The stretch on these girls does not appear to be much. Also node spacing is nice and close. I have not done a full screen of these and im looking forward to this.

So, sad day friends. I got spider mites and had to throw all my plants out. This is what I think happened: About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed some freckling on the lower leaves. I looked at it and thought it might be a cal/mag issue so I added cal/mag that week and went about my business. I saw it about a week later and it wasn''t getting any better so I added more cal/mag. This continued for about 2-3 weeks until I finally took off a leaf and examined it under my microscope. I saw little bugs crawling everywhere and my stomach just dropped. My fiance did some quick research while I was panic ripping leaves off (see pictures) and she correctly diagnosed it as spider mites. I debated with myself and my close friend and ultimately I decided to throw all the plants in my tent away. I know that there are a lot of people who will say that there are things I could have done to make it to harvest but what it came down to is the people I take care of and personal pride. I consider myself a caregiver and I give away product for free that I am not going to use to my family and close friends. I thought to myself "Would you smoke this?" and when my answer was "ehhh, I don''t know", I thought about how it would feel giving it away and immediately made the decision to destroy them. I take an immense amount of pride in my product and this hobby and if I am not going to stand behind it I would rather just start over. I grow from my heart (shout out to the Grow From Your Heart Podcast!) to help people and make sure my family is not getting unsafe product from sketchy people. To spray pesticides in flower that may hurt people and have little bug carcasses in there just goes against that in every way and is just wrong in my opinion if you are giving it away to others. If you are the only one smoking it then it is one thing to take that risk but not with your patients. I want my medicine to help people, not create or exacerbate health issues. It is also important to note that the mites had moved from my flower tent into my veg space and took over my auto berry as well. Damn things are crafty and fast. So that is why I made the decision to destroy them all after 3 months of res changes, pruning, and manifolding on a slow vegging strain. Feel free to chime in with your opinion but I do not and will not regret my decision. I threw out my new clones, mother plant, and auto berry I had on my veg side as well. Shout out to all the other growers out there that do the right thing by their patients. Caregivers > Cash croppers. For anyone curious, I removed everything from my tent and scrubbed it all with a 20% bleach/water solution. All equipment has been wiped down and stored in the garage away from any organic materials. I will give them until tomorrow (2 days) to air out and dry and then I will wipe it down again with bleach and wait another 2 days. Hopefully that will make sure everything is dead and will not come back next grow. That next grow should start in about a week. It sucks but sometimes it happens and you gotta be ready for it. Lesson learned. Never bring outdoor plants into your indoor garden even if it is after just a day or two. A bunch of people on here and Reddit warned me and I did not listen. Now I have learned the hard way and it feels like when your parents "told you so" haha. Thanks to everyone who stopped by along the way. Stay tuned for a new grow coming soon.
