Smell of the plant is amazing. Smells like red Berries. Buds got huge and medium dense. I only harvested the 3 main buds as they are developed the most. The rest of the plant can stay for one more week. I Also removed some dead leaves.

A good week, plants look healthy, environment is top notch, reaping the benefits of dialled in VPD

Rolling into week 7. Time to dial down the nutes and start my UVB regiment. I use Reptisun 10.0 bulbs due to LED UV's giving far less than optimal performance. Reptisun 5.0 bulbs work 2. I only run them from week 7 to flush and for only 3 hours a day within the current light cycle. Update day 45: After doing a trichome check, it finished EARLY!! Time to do a quick flush then harvest. I was going to add the nutes to the fresh water today 😂😂

We found some hermies on the Purple Purple. The breeder said that they’ve only found one stable pheno that didn’t hermie. They are considering doing feminized seeds but haven’t moved forward yet. I cut all the branches off that had hermies (about 1/4 of the plant). I dried it in the myherbsnow and pulled 75g of citrus 🍊 with a great energetic, not racey, euphoric head buzz. I have 3-4 side branches of one of the White Criticals that appear to have been pollinated. I put a white twist tie on all the suspect branches so I can keep them from going in my stash.

So first off—- you can see in one of the pics—- I got MOLD! Never happened before! The humidity in Chicago has been crazy! My airflow is good, but sometimes shit happens! The smoke on this is still pretty harsh because the lack of cure. It’s a spicy, earth, pine profile. Not picking up any Sherbert on this lady. More amnesia for sure on this pheno. Good yield, easy to grow, and I’m sure the smoke will mellow. 🌞Environment - 75/80℉ and 55% Humidity—- with major fluctuations 💧 Feeding - Floraflex full tilt with cal mag and powersi ⚗️Soil - Royal Gold Mendo Mix 🍃Training—-none just lolipopped 🕷️ IPM - Dr Zymes and lost coast

I loved growing this strain and I will do it again for sure ! I had a very good pheno and I’m sad cause I didn’t cut it.. smell was good plant alive and she’s strong during curing !

1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. Day 21 Veg today and all 4 ladies are looking mad for it !! All vibrant and green with plenty of strength in their stems. #1 has been trained this past week by pulling her 5th node over horizontal and keeping it held down by moving the peg along each day. Ideally it will need to be kept lower than the developing nodes from 2,3,and 4 which will be evened out as they progress to be the tops. This will avoid the topping and possible recovery time and also keeps the main intended stem. 7 healthy long thick colas is the intended aim using l.s.t and any other means necessary to get the best I can from this vigorous girl. #2 and # 3 are n on par with each other amd just about hitting their 5th nodes. I am going to try topping 1 and doing the same as #1 to the other. #4 has got more size to her now but looks a way behind her sisters. hopefully she will catch up when she sees the attention her l.s.t siblings are getting.lol So far an impressive few weeks for these genetics. So glad I have another few strains of the exotic auto range to play with too. Happy days. The #1 has been pulled further down and has a lot of willing competitors for main stems. #4 is still way too small to upset yet and may be left with no cuts and just some supercropping ( auto style). Be interesting to see the Fimming results when done too. F.i.m = Bro science term coined from missed attempts at a straight topping of the maiming stem. "Fuck . I .missed" became the term for this method that can produce some really huge tops of multiple heads if caught at the sweet spot of the node lets see what we get.

Getting pollinated sucks

Another week down and things just keep getting better and better with this one. Big fat buds laced in resin and the smell is soooo good and strong! Very strawberry-like with a ton of gas that my carbon filter is doing a poor job of covering up. Oh well, smells good. :) I will start flushing about mid way through its growing week and then chop shortly after. It’s getting so close to finished I’m just waiting for more amber. I’m mostly cloudy right now.

As you can see this baby decided to top herself, we were a little worried that she wouldn’t choose life but she had the will and has survived! The lower branches have taken over and she will provide us with her love. The ones that fight the hardest always seem to be special and we are very excited to see what secrets she has to share with us! I myself, am in love!

Vamooos familia, y es que nuestras gorillas girl de sweet seeds son increíbles, tienen un grosor de 7mm en el tallo a mitades, brutal, y eso que las tenemos en 5,5litros. Ph controlado en 6,5 tenemos humedad y temperatura dentro de los parámetros, pronto empezaremos aportar overdrive ya que es una cepa la cual sacaremos el máximo partido a las flores. Me a flipado mucho el crecimiento en si de esta sativa, tienen pocas hojas y son bastante grandes en comparación al resto.
