This week was officially the start of the grow season. 6 fem seeds were popped using the paper towel and ziplock method. Stepdad said to hang them on the wall and the tap roots would grow straight down, and they did. Planted after 72 hours germ, 100% popped. Blackhack had a 1" root. Seeds were planted into soiless mix in solo cups with drainage holes. Lights arrived this week from CHYYYYYNA. Two 240w lm301h quantum boards will light up these 6 girls. Im hoping to steal a bit of extra light from the 4x8 beside me Just waiting now

Day 80, harvested 1 plant, she didn't really look good, the buds are very smelly and dense though. Some trichomes were brown so decided to chop her (the smallest buds only had milky trichomes, even not even milky for some). It wasn't one of the biggest so I hope for bigger yields for the other plants ! Now drying, got 145g after the wet manucure. The rest of the plants are still in the grow box, they're healthier and they'll be ready in few days, I thought I would harvest before but mother nature is the boss.. will keep you guys updated !

26.12.24: These are my 2 best plants P1 and P2 Purple Punch, they are looking great! Not sure what happened to P3. They are in early flower/ pre-flower with the pistils clearly seen on P2. I am also hoping to tie some of the branches down to help light penetration on the lower canopies. I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I really love this strain. It's very powerful and growing is quite simple. These are seeds that I've won on GD from Dinafem and I've to say thanks to both. Dinafem for the perfect seeds and GD where I've learned a lot about growing this lovely plant!

Coming into true week 7. The girls are really impressing me. The buds are stacking nicely. The bloody skunk still hasn't flowered yet she look ready thou. The dark devil is really really showing off she's starting to get that purple color coming in. The leaves are starting to get crystals. The critical mass and ak is showing off and the quarter pounder is getting feathery. Started to feed sugar water to the girls in between feedings.

Plant starts off slower than others. But once she’s in flower and starts packing on resin and changing colors, everything changes. The plant reeks of funky terps and citrus and just stinky goodness. The colors are crazy ranging from pink to blue and purple. Highly recommend this strain and she produces super fat sticky buds. She’s a keeper.

Day 43, 22.05.2024 - Gave a round of drinks to the ladies - they were thirsty! - installed a De-Humidifier: I've had some trouble to bring down humidity during night time. It was stuck at around 68% and I do not want to give mold a chance - especially in the later flower which is about to come - the buds are getting darker - also found a fan leave which shows a yellow color. I understood that this is quite normal at this stage as the plant begins to suck the Energy of the lower leaves which it does not really need anymore. I guess tomorrow I will remove the leave in question and be done with it. Day 44, 23.05.2024 - Hacked the De-Humidifier to connect it to my already installed VPD Controller: When the humidity rises above a special threshold (depending on the temperature) from now on the Tube Vent, the Intake Fan and the De-Humidifier will lower the humidity. Bye bye never ending Tube Vent running an hello snappy reaction to rising moisture! Day 45, 24.05.2024 - Realized: This 30€ De-Humidifier is useless :). Deinstalled it and will send it back where it came from - although it would be time for a drink the soil is not dry enough yet. So I decided to postpone until this evening or even tomorrow - Decided to give water with nutrients today - right after watering I recognized brown tips on two leaves. According to my research it could be a) nutrient burn b) light burn or c) Zinc deficiency or of course d) nothing at all and to be ignored :). I will wait for 1-2 more days and see how it evolves. "No panic" I guess... Day 46, 25.05.2024 No action today. Day 47, 26.05.2024 - time for another round of drinks! I will cut down the ration to 50% (1.5ml/L BioGrow, 1.5ml /LBioBloom, 0.5ml/L Top Max) though to hopefully counter the slight burn on the tips of some leaves. If it recovers well I will possibly continue giving full bloom fertilizer, but only half grow fertilizer. Each gets 600ml (15% of pot volume) - Removed 2 bigger leaves from the bottom, that we're getting yellow - bought a pocket microscope to start checking on trichomes. I know: a little early in the game, but it is a bit tricky to get a good look so I guess starting early does not hurt Day 48, 27.05.2024 No action today. Day 49, 28.05.2024 - Gave 600ml water each plus a little shortened nutrition: full bloom & top max fertilizer, but only 1/3 of grow. - removed a single leaf that looks weird (all yellow, see picture). It is the only leave of that kind, the others look more or less okay. This concludes week 7. 3-4 weeks more to come.

To clarify I'm using the OG Oganics Nirvana as the regular isn't OMRI approved. Long story short the plant is loud, I moved it into a 2X2 for some special attention under a growcraft x3 mini and doing well

compost teas seem to be really liked by these three girls. loving the growth on them. bud developement is good but not great. i think these girls are stressing the f%ck out still from the thrips, early fungus issues in veg and overall real bad things ive done to them (low temps,, low light etc etc)
