Last week was very challenging, two girls got really tall below the white light, while the other two below the blurple spectrum ended up being smaller and bushier, both looking fantastic. Last week I also probably went too far defoliating the shaded smaller girl which stunned it a bit for a day or two but its flowering vigorously again. Although the unexpected stretch which led to uneven light coverage overally the platns are looking solid, smelly and sugary :)

Both plants grow with a nice healthy green color and develop well. Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barabara Bud) plant # 2 is a little taller than plant #1 at this time, but both show nice side-branching and overall growth. They love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and are well protected inside the Secret Jardin grow tent.

The plants are coming along nicely for the most part. I have been finding bud rot in big mama... not much but I'm a little bit worried. I've been cutting it out when I find it. The trichomes are cloudy with sparse amber. The wind has been a concern the past week or so. I shared a video which kind of gives an idea of what we are dealing with. We are looking at harvest two weeks out - max. Maybe sooner. FFT2 is significantly behind the other varieties... fattening up more slowly.

My tent is full!....my crude tie back seems to be keeping everything away from the light....not able to get good pics.... we are at day 70 and still drinking a half gallon a day.... seeing nice swelling

This thing is smelling so delicious. Resin is starting to get heavy, and the buds are really swelling. Had just a touch of nutrient burn from bringing Foop into the fold, but I think she's handling that just fine and dandy.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. Ich bin der Meinung das Bilder mehr als 1000 Worte sagen. Ich hab sie in den letzten Tagen ordentlich gespült und dann dunkel gestellt. Heute also am Ende der 12. Woche habe ich sie letztendlich geerntet. Die trichome waren alle milchig bis bärnstein Farbend. Ich lasse sie jetzt eine Woche mit eingeschalteter Abluft troknen.

He who stops is lost, as an old saying goes I don't know exactly what the origins are, so here's a new Zamnesia season. We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation. Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well. 100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots. ----- Our DO SI DOS F1 Hybrid Auto were born really quickly. About 24 hours in water and the two seeds had hatched, another 24 hours in soil, and off they went, born on 01/12/2024 on our identity card we have this date. Special signs, very cute, one had a small placenta problem but the father solved it immediately. In a Indica Dominant probably running in AWC, let’see the results. WARNING: Placenta Problems ---- ALWAYS look very carefully at the seedlings, if the seed or the placenta prevent the opening of the cotyledon leaves the plant dies after a while. Remove it delicately as if it were a condom or almost. I apologize for the example but it gives the idea, remove slowly and delicately please. WARNING: If you choose biodegradable pots, choose the largest possible ones and not paper/cardboard ones, there is peat which is the main component of most of the soil we use. If you want to avoid transmitting vibrations to your neighbors I recommend you install one of these gym floors under your growboxes, I did it and I also feel safer not to disturb. They are easily found on Amazon in different thicknesses, I took a gym model that is assembled like a puzzle, they are also found in children's shops, they are those floors that are assembled to make children play safely, or to train and to avoid vibrations from equipment or of any kind. 03/21/2021 All going well with the exception of the broken branch, but she is still looking healthy she(cutting) is in vermiculite and soil blend and soaked with Grow Rich 4-10-3 with IBA,to see if she roots. If not at least mother should have better buds with one less top. 1st video is at lights on, 2nd is just before lights out.
