Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. Willkommen in Woche sechs! 🌱 Die fünfte Woche lief perfekt – alle Parameter stimmen. Ich habe die Leitfähigkeit des Wassers auf satte 3000 erhöht und den CO2-Gehalt auf 1200 angehoben 🌿. Die Lichtstärke beträgt jetzt 1400 µmol in der Mitte und 1000 am Rand, was dafür sorgen wird, dass die Pflanzen stark im generativen Zustand bleiben 🌞. Ich werde diese Werte bis Ende der dritten Woche beibehalten und dann langsam damit beginnen, die großen Sonnensegel zu entfernen, damit die Blüten ordentlich Licht abkriegen 💡✨. Zusätzlich probiere ich etwas Neues aus, um den „Emerson-Effekt“ zu aktivieren 🌄: Ich lasse das tiefrote Licht 5 Minuten vor Sonnenuntergang und 5 Minuten nach dem Ende des Tages weiterlaufen. Das sollte der Photosynthese einen letzten Schub geben und das Wachstum der Pflanzen maximal fördern! Bis jetzt sieht alles fantastisch aus! Die Black Cherry ist in verschiedenen Versuchsreihen gut angewachsen, und am Ende des Grows werde ich einen ausführlichen Bericht darüber abgeben, wie sich die beiden Sorten am besten pflegen lassen 🌺👌.

Nutrients up untill flowering, bad idea. Substrate is 50/50 dirt and hydro, so hard for the roots I think. Not a big harvest, but trichomes were getting brown. These last series of harvest was really small!!!

7 months after planting her from seed the day is finally here. A little earlier than I would of liked due to insects (crickets/grasshoppers eating buds) but she's thereabouts finished. Probably lost 1/3 of buds from the chewing insects but still a big yield and my drying room is full 😊 She survived two rainy season's and some serious wind from a tropical depression back in September. I have kept this grow completely organic so no pesticide or chemical fertilizers used. Apart from heavily amending the soil at the start I mostly fed her crabmeal once a month and seaweed and molasses in most waterings. A few of those waterings were diluted with my urine 😆👌 NPK right!? Why not.. then at the end I added a cultured pro biotic yogurt to the soil 2 days before I harvested. (Tip from a fellow grower @med_in_tropic - thanks bro) Not sure if it made any difference as I cannot compare with another plant but, the plant starting smelling like lemon furniture polish.. like a lemon scent with a fuel undertone. Almost menthol like 🤷‍♂️.. smells amazing. Me and my wife drank tea from the trimming and the citrusy flavour came though into the tea which was nice. Weather wise the temperature is down now to around 16c at night with RH around 50% so the buds should dry much slower than the last harvest so I should get a better flavour profile. Smoke report to follow after she has been in a jar for a week or so.. I did try a bud sample a few weeks back and the taste then was already pleasant so for sure this will be fire... 🔥 Thanks for all the kind comments, this was my first ever grow start to finish. Smooth week to be honest. Nothing major to report. Growing green and are stretching well. Fertilizers. Plagron: dropping the grow and roots fertilizers. Only feeding bloom, power bud, and vita Race this week. I hope this smooth ride continues till harvest.

28 Noviembre: Se realizó una defoliacion agresiva y Lollipop. Desde ahora en adelante, además de pasar a nutrientes de floración, se regará generativamente, con muy poco o nada de runoff, para tener un dryback más largo, de unas 22-23 horas, de está manera subir la EC del sustrato(pwec) tratando de llegar de a poco a 10EC, es un stress controlado para que queden plantas más compactas y espacio internodal menor, básicamente más puntos de floración más cerca unos de otros.

A week from last not much change to be honest

All the plants are still doing good really starting to stack on buds the OG and bubblegum really looking nice stretching out and filling in the bud. The jacks were a little behind in flowering but really taking off now I had to cut off like a Walmart sack full leaves the other day they are really bushy. All the buds and leaves are starting to load up with crystals and sugar and the smell of the tent is awesome I’m starting to really get excited. Cut back on the Cal mag and the grow big this week to lower the nitrogen I had a little bit of a surplus of my soil samples and they were just getting to Bushy in general so I figured it wouldn’t hurt. Due to the tiny growth of this plant I haven't been keeping up to date with its diary. Photos have been taken throughout the process and I do plan on updating it eventually. I'm hoping that the quality of smoke turns my opinion around on this strain as I have had to turn to humor to deal with the absence of growth... But shes a perfect mini Christmas tree and boy does she smell good!!

She's looking thin, not much foliage but the flowers are there, looks a bit like the first time I grew blueberry cheese auto.

Not much has changed this week, the buds got a little bigger, I've stopped giving PK 13/14, which brings the EC down to about 2.0

Week 8 was good . The ladies are doing great. By the middle of week 9 Banana Purple Punch and Tropicana Cookie will be harvest.. Forbidden Runtz still have 2 more weeks to go.
