On day 1 week 2 flower the Gals are really stretching now, hope I have enough room 😂They seem to be taking the flower nutes well even without a transition phase 😀. On day 3 the gals have stretched so much they are within 6 in of my light hoping The stretch will slow down soon yikes 😱. I defoliated the lower and upper canopy to bring in more light and air flow. On day 6 the stretch seems to be slowing down. I increased my light intensity from 75% to 100% to see if I can halt anymore stretching. I also bent my highest colas down as they were touching the grow light 😂. On day 7 flower clusters are forming and the stretch has slowed. I will continue to bend over the tallest colas and do my best to manage the canopy without too much loss of yield. It looks like some of my colas might get light stressed/burnt. There is not much else I can do except learn from my mistakes...next time I would flip the plants earlier and give them stronger light intensity before flowering stretch. The top leaves are canoeing so I reduced light intensity back to 75% to see if they improve. I got my first clog in my blumat systems main line... I will be switching to liquid based fertilizers for the next run as I believe my fertilizer caused the clog. I released the clog by using a pipette filled with water. I took the pipette and squeezed liquid through the main line exiting my reservoir. Then the lines were running smooth 😂

She is doing really well and has grown her branches into a great shape. She has started to flower, and she will get some bloom nutes tomorrow. I had some bugs munching on the plants so I gave them a good spraying with Neem oil and Potassium soap. I´ll give them another shortly.

Looks very good,I got scared at first just like it happened with her sister after 48hs germinating they weren't very developed,however I planted them and 48hs after that they're popping up from the soil perfectly,looking very healthy, let's see what we can do with this wonderful ladies! 💚 🌱 ✌️

New week, plants start to produce loads of sugar and a strong smell is coming trough

Thursday this week has been good so far, I pulled each plant out yesterday and tidied everything up. I got rid of all the tiny lateral branches that didn’t make the cut and I got Rid of everything that was below about half way down the plant. Obviously the lateral branches that grew to the same height as the canopy are staying it’s just all the non starter stuff below. I annoyingly had my in take fan die on me. We’ll sort of, it just keeps tripping the fuse on my electric so I assume it’s from when I had my res flood onto the floor - I forgot it was there on the floor because it was hidden behind the res

Week 11, & the End of 4 weeks of flowering (30 Days of 12/12) Welcome back to our regular scheduled programming.... Like I mentioned we are officially 30 days into our 12/12 lighting cycle. Now taking into consideration that this is one of the first runs of this particular strain the flower period is partially undetermined, I will be guessing based on Lineage of the parents, & following her closely towards the end to ensure my desired trichome ripeness. Katsu's HotCake's run's Approximately 8-9 Weeks & The Grape Ape run's slightly quicker at 7-8 Weeks You can certainly tell the difference between all 5 plants, I'm very glad I took cuts of everything ! as plants 2 & 3 are certainly the keepers of the bunch.. plant 2 showing some very cool fall colours already (emerson effect hitting strong asf) She is already starting to purple up & smells Very Sweet. My guess is this pheno leans more to the Grape Ape side. As far as plant 3 is concerned I can smell heavy Kush aromas emulating off her already, & based on her flowering structure I believe this pheno leans more Katsu Bubba. but we'll have to wait and see. A Minor amount of leaf plucking this week should be noted.. It will probably be the last time I mess with them, its time to start swelling up. It is my opinion that most of the stretch has been completed & i'm now looking at the final colas minus the couple weeks of filling out of course. As this is the end of four weeks of flower(12/12) Their food will be increased during the next feeding, thus far i've been impressed with the ease of this strain.. I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest but I will say this I was weary of over-feeding but all of them seem to enjoy heavy feedings. Que pasa familia, ya estamos de nuevo y actualizamos la segunda semana 😘 La verdad que están creciendo bien pronto tendremos que trasplantar para corregir la altura. El Ph Lo tenemos controlado en 6.2 y poco a poco van tirando. Todavía no echamos nada de productos Pronto bajaremos la altura del foco también. Esta variedad de @zambezaseeds no pinta mal familia 🙈
