8/25/23 - Day 73 - Another week down. We did a water change today. The buds are getting fatter and WAAAAAAY smellier. I have had a couple of times now where I lost a battle to the Skunk BOSS. I have had to reach in to move some buds around because they are too close to the light on some bud sites. You can see one of the buds up top, it has some white to it, I think that's due to being too close to the light. But once I move the buds around, I smell EXACTLY like a skunk. The smell is crazy strong. It's taking several full showers and it's still all over my fingers. Gloves will be an ABSOLUTE must when just reach in for a second. 8/28/23 - Day 76 - The buds are starting to grow even more, that the buds are growing buds out of them. That sounds weird but it's the only way to describe it. It looks like Romanesco. The buds are getting more dank, fatter, and more crystals are forming. 8/29/23 - Day 77 -I did some trimming today. I push some of the buds down and really got my arms in there today. All of the buds have gained so much mass to them when I squeeze them, they are really dense. I left a time laps video of me doing some late trimming, I was noticing some of the cannabis leaves were taking some of the light from the buds. 8/31/23 - Day 79 - The trichomes are still see-through and crystal clear. Girls started to flower about a week ago and so far looks good and healthy to me. I have only 20cm space left above the light so I truly hope the stretch phase is getting to the end :) I feel like every grow I have done so far I thought I switched too early and in the end I worry about the space so my next grow will be experiment 12/12 from seed. I have seen very interesting diaries utilising this method so I can't wait to test it. Not much else to mention, standard 2.5 EC (my starting tap water is 0.4 probably due to chlorine?) ph 6.0 humidity is around 55% and 60% during the night, I will definitely get dehumidifier foe the last month, because mould has been my biggest enemy during my previous grows. temp is getting close to 29 celsius during the day. I just ordered some additional clip fans so it hope fully helps to reduce any possible heat stress. I defoliated quite heavily about a week ago and when I finished and put them back, I was a bit worried if I didn't go too hard on them, however just two days ago it was back to normal. Did little bit of defoliation once again today, got rid of some bottom branches and older fan leaves getting no light at the bottom. Wednesday Watered this morning both are doing well except for a heat/humidity stress visible on the edges of the leaves that are curling up . The shapes of the plants seems to be the final shapes so I guess that they will focus on the buds BUT I am starting to understand that the MarsHydro is promoting the stretch so they could continue to stretch a bit. I have made a video to show you my low stems cleaning so I hope you'll enjoy it 🙈🙉🙊 Thursday Same stems cleaning on the second grapefruit and a watering for both . The girls are drinking a lot and pretty often for a hand watering run.

well as u kniw we had comopany (mites) last eeki spraied 2 timeswith neem oil and thay are all dead but i will spray this week as wel tobe sure that thosemother fuckers are dead! ))) now aboutthe lant ahe is huge he is full off trichomes and smells fantastic. shes gonna be the beat auto i have grown. see the close up video :) happy growing mates

The buds are becoming massive and very dense. I have a lot of clear and milky trichromes at the moment I give it another week or two and I’ll be chopping her down. Praying for two or more oz.

Trichromes are starting to be produced and buds are starting to form and get sticky, each plant is developing a nice smell but the strawberry is out performing the rest by a mile definitely a vigorous strain that just wants to go go go! Inter node spacing is crazy and looks like the girls are setting up to make some fat buds hopefully

Date: 30.09.2024 So the green gelato is doing fine inside shes kinda starting to turn purplish red on some parts of her buds. The 2 Lemon Cherrys are still outside Im starting to lose hope for the 2 girls but fck it hope will still get smth out. Date: 04.10.2024 Sooo I think that the gelato is going to get chopped down in the next 2-3 weeks. The 2 Lemon Cherrys aint getting any where with the weather atm so I think im just gone give them a few more weeks and hopefully this strain will be good enough for a bit of rosin or IceOLator

F-MILF takes 70 % of my tent now...wtf Hope all this green gives some good buds at the end. Deficiency from last week is under control...added some Silicate from TA...no idea if that helped or anything else...of course...there is too much light photons for the above area...but wtf I cannot do the plant smaller...lamp is on 75% now und lower would be bad for lower buds. Yo, these girls ain’t playin’ no more – they really startin’ to stack up, lookin' thick in the canopy like they preppin' for somethin’ big. We still runnin’ that Advanced Nutrients like clockwork, straight through that RO water, keepin’ it pure as a Miami night breeze. The nodes are gettin’ tight, leaves spreadin’ out nice and wide, takin’ all that light. I hit ‘em with a little scrog, just a lil’ bend here and there, makin’ sure that light hit every corner of the canopy. You already know I’m tryin’ to maximize that potential. Stems got that thick structure, and no signs of nute burn or nothin’. We’re talkin’ flawless execution, fam. At this point, it’s just watchin’ ‘em fill out, keepin’ the environment dialed in and lettin’ ‘em do their thing. We’re settin’ the stage for a strong finish when we flip ‘em to flower. Week 16 Day 109 and 62 in Flower today 😍 Their Mama went into dark on Day 62 of Flower, so I checked their trichomes today. They all look nearly finished, at least the top buds are all good to go. I will wait another day or two and then they will go into darkness. Next weekend will be a good time to harvest yeay ☀️ They have been fed a little water every two days for the last couple of days. Humidity has dropped quite a bit in the tent but it's still hot. Luckily temperatures are going down a little bit. Can't wait for my little rainbows 🌈 ❤️ Day 111 and 64 in Flower, one last day with light 😍 Added some trich shots of one the clones. Good call to send them into darkness. And guys, the colours aaaaaaaaaaaaah 😍😍😍

March 3rd, 2019. The plants are 28 days old today. Growing well. They are well in early flower now. Began LST and did just a small amount of defoliating. They had Azos mixed with Mykos on day 26, will probably feed tomorrow depending on moisture, if not the next day for sure. They just look great. March 8th, 2019 - 33 days old. Was a big grow week. Both plants doing great. They had a full feeding Tuesday and today they got a good solid flushing. They are starting to smell pretty good. If you look closely at the cola shot, you can just see Trichomes starting to form. Lord knows what they will look like in 4 weeks. About 16 to 17 inches tall, really heavy branches, leaves look great, nice beautiful green.

26.1.25: I have had a mistake 😕 i spilt some Fish Mix as I was experimenting with a syphon from some aquarium tubing I have. Unfortunately, I forgot to take the syphon out! Ugh 😣 However, it is fish emulsion and very thick consistency. Therefore, I was able to scrape it up with 2 of my business cards up off the counter. So added this extra into the next 2 ltr solution I mixed. All plants were watered with at least 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3. Containing the following nutrients;- ♡ 3ml Seachem Seaweed ♡ 4ml Biobizz Fish Mix ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 3ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag ♡ .25g Ecothrive Biosys. ♡ 2.5g of Bicarbonate of Soda as PH UP. Unfortunately I have broken my PH pen too. Accidentally submerged it under water, then the readings went crazy. I'm leaving it to dry by standing it up but I'm most likely going to need a new one, which is extremely annoying 😑 I'm going start implementing the Scrog net probably some point next week if I let the plants that are in flower to just grow up now, as I do believe that I stunted Watermelon 🍉 by using too strenuous LST. Hopefully the plants still are able to grow upwards at this stage during flower for all the Purple Punch P1, P2 and P3. We will soon see! 28.1.25: My PH pen has packed up 😣 I've got to wait to get another. It's super annoying 😑 so I'm just judging by memory how to regulate it. Unfortunately, that's my only choice! I'm also out of the dechlorinator 😕 things are not going very well this week so far 😅 I guess we will have to make do, until I can get replenished. 29.1.25: I removed all the plants, hoovered, and disinfected the tent. There were several accidents when watering, causing some debris and splashes. I decided to just go ahead and get a few other things done. It's crazy how quickly things can become neglected! 😣 So I defoliated moderately on all plants except Gorilla Cookies seedling. I have absolutely dropped the ball on my lighting situation! My light was much further away than I thought! I turned it up to 100% and dropped it down to just under 2 feet away. After I reset the tent, I set up my scrog net. I removed 80% of all LST pegs. I am planning on letting the scrog net take over the training from here. I really want to minimise the risk of mould, so I decided to start using my dehumidifier. It has raised up to 73% RH this week, so it's necessary. Hopefully, I will be able to get my dechlorinator and PH pen soon! That's kind of essential to me. It's been a little bit of a stressful day in the garden, to be honest 😅 30.1.25: So I am expecting the arrival of my new PH pen today, as well as my new bottle of Ecothrive neutralise. It is supposed to measure the TDS and EC in addition to the standard TEMP and PH, which I had previously. Obviously, time will tell if it's any good or not. I realise, much too late now, that my lighting is very insufficient for this many plants. I need double the watts at least, and coverage is very poor. I remembered I had an old LED floor lamp, which was in a corner being unused. I decided to take the stand off, and Zip tied the pole onto the tent pole at the back left corner. I have no idea what the wattage is, and it's quite pathetic 😅 but I mean, I might as well use it, being as I definitely cannot afford more lights! 😣 Next grow, I will probably only grow 2 plants, max 4, and just use larger 7-10 Gallon pots. Being as I ran out of dechlorinator, I only watered some plants properly because I only had enough to make 6 litres. When my pen arrives, I will get everything properly watered. 31.1.25: The leaves of several plants are showing signs of iron deficiency. This is likely due to my PH pen packing up earlier. I now have a new pen. Due to this, I decided to use my Seachem Prime, which I use for my aquariums. As I wanted to get them watered properly, and my Ecothrive Neutralise hasn't arrived yet. I watered each plant with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0. I added .25g Ecothrive Biosys to the water. May give them a breather on the nutes and just use the Cal-Mag and Biosys. Being as I've just topped dressed with rich fertilisers, I'm sure that will be OK for the next several waterings. Bubble Kush

11/14: Harvested all 3 LP's along with a blackberry. It took them a week to dry. Dry weights: plant A - 77g plant B - 64g plant C - 71g Final thoughts: It was easy weed to grow, and grew pretty tall, but a typical sativa....too much space between nodes. The buds didn't swell as much as the other varieties in this grow, but were some really lovely flowers, and they were covered in trichs. Doubt I grow it again. But, that's not to say it isn't great weed. Just not my favorite-

Very easy to grow in hydro, I did what I have done before, and did minimal defoliation. The plant drops some lower leaves herself as we go along anyway, as they begin to receive minimal light penetration. Northern lights had a shape that made it easy to grow with my light setup. The bigger buds were produced in the areas of the side lights, and let it also be known my harvest could have become a tad bigger if I hadn't picked off small buds and smoked them in the very end - must account for at least 30-40g or so, dunno precisely tho. The weed works like the usual homemade jazz, top notch. Top shelf. Northern lights did not disappoint, but I have pulled bigger yields of a White Rhino for example, made in the same manner. This is why it only get 8/10 stars. It simply lose two stars on yield, but the Rhino would also only have gotten eight stars, because it had deficiency problems on its own for example where this northern lights lady had zero deficiency probs - very stable plant. Recommended for both beginners and seasoned growers who are on the lookout for stable strains.

09/20/2018 Today's the day we flip to 12-12 and full strength nutes, roots have filled in nicely,and she is growing,I fear if I don't flower now she may get to big for my tent, I'm hoping that she only stretches 1.5-2 x,but if she got the sweet pink grapefruit genes it could be a 3x stretch that I hoped for. But we will see .let the magic begin! 09/24/2018 Supercropping, and scrog day 4 after flip stretched,4-6" ,canopy will fill out quickly. The 9fingered leaves i am guessing are from grapefruit genes,as I have not previously had more than 7 fingered leaves on Captains Cake,Star Cookie,or Mystery Cookie plants. Might get nice stretch from their offspring,, which is partly why I chose these plants to Breed improve the stretch of Captains Cake as she didn't stretch much after 12-12 flip. Time will tell whether or not it worked.
