Sooooo this has been an amazing and exciting week! Ive been patient with this last plant and really checking the trichomes i inly wanted a few amber caps on the nugs, was looking for milky on this one! Shes smelling amazing and the color change was such a sight to see! She did so well with the nutrients and loved the 2 week flush i did! I cut her down did a wet trim and have em in the drying rack! Im excited to see how she cures and drys ready for the smoke reveal! Day 43/56: Hi growmies. We are rolling along nicely with the flowering period of these Expert ladies. The Mimosa Lemon continues to look huge from a distance but like any political party , up close it doesn't have a lot of substance to it. I suppose the Mimosa will prove herself in a few weeks time unlike our political elite !. lol She is a beautiful lemony scent that is a sweet and not acidic aroma. Her flowers are single pods with pistils clearly visible jnstead of the usual melded in sacs pushing the white hairs we are used to seeing I think she will be a very potent lady and base that in how she is raatinf resin and oils so far she will be a pain to trim and dry with her possible finish but would be a perfect candidate for extractions. I have started her on the shogun Dragon force for the next part of their cycle and am hopeful of a good finish with her. Swell weeks ahead !. Glueberry has continued to get her groove on with some very nice sticky and fruity buds buried among the bushy girls frame. I do regret not doing a defol but she was in recovery from the underwatering I had been doing and would have been possibly stunted more She has such a sweet/diesel tune to her now amdnreminds me so much of her gg4 lineage ( personal ,desert island strain by choice.lol) She has a lot of growth within her small frame but getting light below decks is not easy with her bushiness. she will be an interesting yield hopefully. I have also now started their week using the Shogun Dragon force finisher. I do rate this product and their whole range and as a user for many years now , I had hoped they would sponsor a grow with a complete @shogunnutrients run. here's hoping!!!. lol The Dragon force will replace their normal feed for a week. it provides a boost to the usual slowing down period at the flowering cycles near end point. When fade out begins to show , it can re invigorate them with balanced ratios that this part of the cycle needs and stop the plant decimating her stores and power plant, fan leaves . There is nothing I find less attractive than a "2 week flushed" plant that really needed the green chlorophyll to help finish the push to survive. It can miss the beneficial oil and rescue attempt to keep her last flush and hope of survival , alive. We adopt many odd techniques that induce major stress at the near end of the cycle in the hope of creating a final push of thc and oil. Things like stem splitting or snapping the mains a few days before harvest to simulate an animal attempting to eat them. This product offers the same without the risk for me. So there we have it this update folks. A good week and only about 20 days to go . fingers crossed I keep mould at bay till then.

The smell.... amazing... Looks like I have ended up with 3 purple phenos and 2 green phenos out of these 5! These are stacking up nicely, however, they seem like they will end up being smaller plants than im used to. Just kind of staying low and slow. They have a long ways to go, so ya never know! They may gain some size, but they better do it soon! These ladies hit the HPS light this week, at 750 watts. So we will see! Some BEAUTIFUL purple flower!

Runtz Punch is still getting slight spotting over the week. She was showing nitrogen toxicity as well. So I did a solution change. Plus my ph pen was .3 off. So she has basically had a reset button hit on nutrition. Hopefully she pulls out of it now. She got some lst and defoliation today. She should be ready to go now. D1: Sprouted and healthy! D3: Growing slowly but steady. She ended the week looking real good and healthy, I think she´ll be a nice plant, she doesn´t seem to have any kind of pheno weakness.

Got the scrog net added and super cropped. Probably let them go another week then flip to flower. It's been a pretty great experience with flora flex pH has been stable haven't needed to use the pH controler. Top off with 5 gallons of water every few days. I do over fill the buckets a bit they come up to the bottom of the net pots. So stick around the fun is only beginning

Ok so i'm pretty sure i'm screwed......these plants are now going to be over the fence but it is what it is, had some help measuring the plants this time so the tape did fold and i know that it got to the base of the stalk as it's really hard to do by yourself with plants of this size: PP #1-74 inches #2-80.5 inches #3-82 inches OS #1-78 inches #2-75 inches #3-70 inches So i believe i'm running into a MG deficiency with these girls as well, i'll fill out the grow question for one lucky person to get some point for GOTM. Still waiting on my bag of gaia green 4-4-4, but i did give them some Basalt rock dust 1 cup and some Glacial rock dust 2 cups to try in help what i believe to be an MG deficiency. I didn't have enought to give them what i wanted to so i'll have to wait for that to come in as well or just pick up some rock dust on my way home from Halifax Seed. I under estimated fertilizers for this grow wasn't expecting them to get this big...... Woke up the other morning to a little bit of wind come from the west and the tops were doing some swaying so i had to run into town to the grow shop and pick up some trellis to secure the tops that arn't in the cage. I figured the best was to trellis them as i could only get two 5x30 nets what to just run one each over the tops and secure to the fence. I did work on cleaning some of the inside out but theres just so much it's hard to get everything done in two week with real life going on as well. So i've set up an automated curing system for when these ladies are done. I'll have an air pump hooked up to a timer, then the pump will run into a 12 valve manifold, there will be 12 bucket. each valve will have it's own bucket. each bucket has a one way check valve going into the bottom of the bucket into a perforated hose that will cure around the bottom of the bucket. so the fresh air will rise up thru the bucket. at the top of the bucket will be an outlet with a one way check valve. the buckets have Gama seal lids that screw on with gaskets so it gives you an air tight seal. So having the timer set to twice a day for the first two weeks then adjust to once a day everyday for a few more weeks everything should be on cruse control, no more burping jars if everything works like it's supposed to!
