Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! I will always go organic from now! Especially using rqs nutrients had the best grow and the best outcome I’ve ever had! Dense buds all over and end weights matched that! And I didn’t even top it or stress it Too much! Wanted to see what happened if I just let it grow and I’m amazed! Royal queen seeds deserves the top place!

Fractal #2 - Week Update 🌿 Quick update on Fractal #2! Brought her inside next to the open grow box to spare her from extreme cold for a few more days. She’ll finish strong indoors with supplemental light. Watering only when soil is almost dry - keeping it minimal in the final stretch! After removing the runtz from the tent I decided to put a net over them to spread the canopy, not exactly a true scrog due to the lateness of applying the net but it has served its purpose. All very healthy and took the cold night temps like a champ

Nothing special, everything is actually working. Clearly once my water was at the right temperature, no more worries. The flowers arrived at 12/12 + 11 with the trichromes that pop, it starts to be pleasant! So of course, I'm not going to break any records on this RUN but in any case, I've eliminated a lot of "novelty" and mistakes that I'll make more. I'm counting on the run I'm re-launching to blow all that up, I'm going to go for a performance goal The stretch is off to a good start, it should settle down around 12/12 +21 - 28, so I will place my second net next week. I have done a defoliation. I change the soup in 2 days, so my solution lasts 10 days. I have a slight over-fattening, but really nothing serious, I will switch to an EC of 1.8 - 1.9 instead of 2.0. and I will observe. Here we can see the delay of one of the plants, it's as if I was shooting with only 3 plants. Next time, only one strain, same size of cuttings and passage by cuttings and RDWV DIY mandatory before passage in the V-system. Next week, I change the brand of fertilizer for the RDWC, I go to Athena, I will introduce the PK of Athena which according to their recommendation starts at the 21st day at a rate of 2ML/L. I turn with the base sensi bloom a and b + athena pk Otherwise, I receive the parts this week for my RDWC DIY system for growth, I'll make it with my friend and I'll test it and I'll give you a feedback on the next update, especially since I'm going to restart right away, I'm going to do 10-15 days in cuttings and then I'll go to the RDWC DIY system for growth until I finish the FLO of the V-SYTEM and then I'll go straight to the next one. 31.12.24: I have been readjusting the LST pegs and wire daily. Sometimes, twice a day! (I know, too much time on my hands)! 😆 The plants have responded fantastically! I'm so glad I gave it a go. Some plants have been a bit too tall, and I snapped Do-sì-dos P3, pulling the stem down. Audibly snapped 😬I let it be, though. It seems to have healed mostly, in only 2 days. I have increased the lighting to 70%. They're getting watered a few times a week, with 1 litre of Dechlorinated water, containing the following nutrients and additives; 1ml of Biobizz Bio-Grow, 1ml Biobizz Top Max, 1ml of Biobizz Bloom, 2ml of cal-mag, 1g of Ecothrive Biosys. The plants are responding well to this concoction, so it's all good so far. The leaves are looking greener and are getting darker. Will be monitoring to continue readjusting the LST ties. Also, to monitor the increased lighting level, to make sure they can handle that yet. 1.1.25: Happy New Year! I have continued to readjust the LST wire and plant pegs. Several times a day. Coincidence would have it, I have a 6ft tropical aquarium which was time for cleaning! I always water my Acer tree in the front yard with this water, with beautiful results 😍 👌 🍁 I decided to try it out in my indoor garden. I'll post photos of before and after to see the difference, good or bad 😅 3.1.25: Plants are doing very well, except for PPP3 I'm quite disappointed in that one, as I feel like it's wasting a space. I guess I'll have to keep it, along with the Do-sì-dos that I snapped twice, which refuses to die 😅 I started to lightly defoliate, which is difficult because I always get carried away with it. I'm going to water again with the nutrients in description of this week. 4.1.25: Unfortunately, P3 did not make it 😕 however P1 is doing well, so that's good. I had an extra space due to this and filled it with Gorilla Cookies Autoflower, check it out if you like 🙂 Continuing to defoliate and adjust the LST pegs and wire. Watered today with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0. With the following nutrients;- 2ml Biobizz Bloom, 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow, 2ml Cal-Mag, 2ml Ecothrive Flourish, 0.2 g/ltr of Ecothrive Biosys. I've increased the Nitrogen by adding double the amount of Biobizz Bio-Grow. I'm trying to keep them growing for as long as possible! So fat banana finally got the chop. Started off well then had an influx of heat around mid flower, not a major problem as I dealt with it, just could have gone smoother. She flew through veg with no problems or complaints whatsoever. She was resilient and would grow her again. She smells so loud, covered in frost.. I have a few more pictures of the chop to upload but will do it in a little while. Such a unique scent from her, definitely tropical and banana peel type of aroma and taste(from test smoke). Hi gromie's welcome to week 8. These girls are going great, started flushing on Monday 11/11/24 with plain ph'd water and Resin from Green Planet Nutrients at 2ml/ltr. I also reduced watering to just 2 times a day for 15 minutes on each time. Just trying something different as I usually do high fertigation . 15 minutes on watering cycle every 2 hours. From what I've read, I was hoping they would draw moisture from within themselves to help with drying but also some people believe it can increase THC?? It has worked at bringing out some more of that beautiful colour with in the buds but you can really notice the back plant has started canabilising itself! Starting to see some really nice fading of colours on the vegetation of the plant at the back, which is something I don't usually get with hydro because you usually feed them right to the end & Only need to flush for 2 to 3 days. Gave them a long flush this time. I've been waiting on a new microscope to arrive to check trichomes, but these girls are looking about done going off pistills turned orange/brown & curling in , Calyx closed & swelling up, looking really frosty!!! Will harvest this week! As I need to get veging plants into Flower Come on Grow diaries get your act together!!! I'm tired of updating my Diary only to see it's all wrong, things have been changed, put my day temp at 28°c save it & it shows -2°c & it's like that All through the diaries????

Well into flowering now. She is definitely a more indica phenotype 😭 I must have lucked out first time round with such a Sativa phenotype 😍 I'd love to know more on this side. The likely phenotypes, and how and why they come about. Also what is the likelyhood/prevalence of each of the phenotypes....... So many questions 😂 But anyway, she's looking absolutely fab. Flowers developing well so on she goes a few more weeks! 👌

I think about the fact that it is no longer necessary to cut leaves.
