Dropped two seeds into shot glass of water, and let them soak for two days. Once the seeds cracked open they went into living soil. I prepped one gallon fabric pots of Gaia greens living soil(recycled), all purpose(1tbs), and power bloom(1tbs). Watered the pots the day before the seeds went into soil to acclimate the soil to the tent's conditions.

This strain is very resistant of beginner mistakes. And very productive with no training or topping. So with a little training it's can be very good.

Turns out the weather was perfect for drying. This is my first time bending the plant waay over instead of topping, so it was all new, turns out to not be a lot of difference except the shape is more rounded. I was a bit worried that it was not going to be a good return, I thought I might struggle to get six zips. eight seemed a bit optimistic but in the end she produced over 13.2 zips. I've just been extracting resin from the lowest quality of the box of larf I have and she is returning what I'd expect from my best buds, so yes, this is probably heavier than she looks because of the resin. Nice and light golden with a spicy delicate aroma. I'll be popping a seedsman amnesia next, but the one following that will be another Lemon Pie but she will be topped. However I can't see that I'm going to improve on 13.2, but you never know. Nevertheless I am very surprised at the yield.

Still having major problems with fungus gnats and the populations have exploded! So I ended up doing a drench of hydrogen peroxide to kill all the eggs on contact that where in the top inch or so of the pots. Also on the pots that where worse I added sand to the top just as an extra precaution. I added my second and final layer of trellis. I mostly use the trellis for support and for spreading out the canopy and opening up the lower bud sites to the light. We can see the bud sites are starting to set and are looking pretty great for 2 weeks of flower!

Its development is quite slow, and I suspect the nighttime temperatures might be dropping too low. However, even the mother plant of this strain doesn’t show great growth, so I’m thinking the phenotype might not be very good. To avoid wasting more time, I’ve decided to switch it to flowering today, setting the light cycle to 12-12. I also replaced the nutrient solution, preparing 20 liters with the ingredients required for flowering. Knowing this strain stretches a lot, I applied LST (Low Stress Training) to bend the tops. Unfortunately, I broke one of the four apexes, so now there are only three left. Even though I’m not happy with this plant or the mother plant, I’ll finish this grow and move on to another strain afterward.

Hey guys! It was a hard week for my and my experience. The toxicity I think I had was nit cause by nitrogen, but it was a wind burn. Leaves were curled down becouse of wind, so almost 2 weeks with no nutrients caused me nitrient deficiencies. So yesterday I started with normal feeding again. Plants, especially ones on the right will need a bit more time than expected, I guess. Yellow leaves will be taken down soon, I just dont want to stress plants too much at the same time.

Week 9 is all finished up for the Blueberry Pie. The colors on this plant are absolutely amazing and the entire plant is now covered in trichomes. Still a few white hairs but any day now she will be ready to chop. Can't wait to do the final smoke test on this one.

Everything went well over vacation! The girls are doing okay overall. They needed bigger pots and it's starting to show overall. Another reason not to use autos cause I can't lollipop. But the watering process is going well. The purple lemonade is hard to judge due to the colors. She's short and stout. She's doing okay but hopefully starts to look better. I'm considering using synthetic nutrients in this grow to start giving for power. 🌳 Week 13: Well, they're happy... almost too happy! The canopies are filling up again and getting incredibly dense down below. Especially with the squatter, Indica-leaning strains, I'm honestly getting concerned that they might be too dense, and cause mold issues. We do not want that! So, they all came out of the tent again and got their most aggressive cleanup yet. I took more bottom branches off and made more clones, and then also just cut out some other smaller branches, particularly ones that were growing back inward or in some cases even crossing over others. The differences between the indicas and sativas are starting to become more apparent as the plants stretch, and some of the sativas are almost 16" tall. I actually ended up topping a couple of the very tallest branches before they stretched any further, again in an effort to keep the top of the canopy as level as possible. I'm also experimenting with using some wire rings as inserts to spread out the top of the canopy, and pretty pleased with the initial results.
