The Northern Light produced almost twice as much as White Widow. As they were in the same basin, I attribute the better performance to three factors. 1. Roots made it to basin faster. The WW's pellet dried out before her roots were in the water as the airstone shifted right under the NL. 2. The second and more powerful light was placed directly over the NL, however, the space is so small that they both should have benfited. 3. I did a better LST job on the NL. Overall, happy with the harvest. The buds are airy, my fault. The smell is very lemony with a bit of an earthy smell during the cure. Currently, the taste is minty and refreshing, but still a bit heavy. Effects are nice. Noticeable but not overwhelming or tiring. I think potency will come with age, But both plants tolerated my inexperience and have produced enough fruit to get me by. What else could you ask for out of a first grow?! The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. This week was a quiet week to avoid disturbing the beginning of flowering. I think the deficiencies are under control and there's no worsening to fear. Nevertheless, I will need to remain vigilant. The plant is starting to smell.

Transplanted into larger containers with fresh soil. The soil is a blend of Peat Moss one Perlite. I then mixed some older soil with the new Peat/Perlite blend. After the transplant I watered with Recharge to help get some healthy microbes starting to develop in the soil. In addition to transplanting the 2 existing Blackberry's I also planted a fresh seed. It should be interesting to compare the new seeds growth started in fresh soil compared with the girls who struggled in the old soil. I'm hoping to see some nice improvements over the next few weeks. Stretching is still going. Buds development is great and i have no issue what so ever so far. Just the leafs hang a bit due to less watering but that changed.

Invested in Green Planet 1 Part Nutrient System. Going to see how it finishes my buds in these last few weeks, also will use it to start my next girl. D60 - There are some amber Trichomes, but on the part of the leaves that will be cut off when I manicure, going to give it another week at most to ripen more. End of the week - Flushing down to 150ppm and hopping the buds put on a bit more size in this last upcoming week. Side note, I should have put more space between the bud sites, they are too compact and the bud sites near the middle are not able to push up through the canopy, which is limiting its growth.

Apparte questo la ragazza ha avuto problemi pure lei in quanto io stupidamente mi sono dimenticato per due settimane di somministrare "top Candy" il quale naturalmente era incluso nella scheda nutrizionale , ma io nn ci ho fatto caso e la piantai è andata in carenza Cal/Mag impressionante perché la sua genetica di crescita così esplosiva richiede , a quanto pare , grandi quantità di calcio e magnesio per costruire tutte le pareti cellulari di quel mostro di pianta che sta diventando... Poi nn è finita lì perché io ho sbagliato di nuovo dando il top Candy insieme a tutti gli altri più volte quando ho bagnato e mi è andata di conseguenza in overfert almeno per 3 o 4 giorni se non di più, quindi i tipici segnali che la pianta non cresce come prima etc... Allora cosa faccio?!! Chiedo consiglio ad amici e faccio un lavaggio veloce radici leggero e poi ho aspettato , ora ho iniziato di nuovo nutrienti , con basse dosi, e sembra che stia reiniziando a crescere .. mi dispiace 😞 solo che questo tempo perso di sicuro influirà sul risultato finale e sono triste ... Perché sono errori banali da principianti che hanno fretta o hanno a cui pensare e invece per queste ragazze ci vuole massima dedizione e nessuna distrazione! 😼. Apparte questo la pianta ha reiniziato a crecsere e ha un bellissimo colore viola intenso! UPDATE: STARTED USE FLAWLESS FINISH AND UPLOAD A VIDEO The plant is simply a beauty. The sugar leaves are beginning to turn whiter, and the edges are beginning to turn purple. Yes, she has a bit of burn, but she has kept her foliage so that she can sacrifice her leaves in a trap. I'm really looking forward to the smoke report, as it already seems to have a high THC content. With the plant we definitely have a bag of tropical sweets with a nice fruity fermented touch of sangria 20August I've started using Flawless Finish. It binds the remaining nutrients together and is supposed to round things off. I've already decided on this because I like it the way it is.I did the back test and the effect is already stronger than the other grows I have done.Wizard trees is definitely a breeder for high THC levels. Unfortunately, the little one also has thrips and therefore needs to be harvested soon, as I would like to reuse the leaves and thus protect the doja from worse. Thrips aren't that bad; they only eat foliage, not roots or buds. Therefore, it doesn't affect the harvest, but the doja still needs its leaves.

Nice plants 2 totally different phenotypes, as one was already harvested, and the other isn't even half way of flowering after 10 weeks. Nice trichome production, great fresh and fruity smell, this plant is a pleasure to smoke in the end of the day. Dried her upside down hanging in a tent I have for the purpose, at 25c, 30%RH - Only removed fan leaves, no manicuring, been doing that as I smoke, noticed the bud lasts longer and with a better smell and you end up saving loads of time. Really happy with this smoke, smells like proper weed. Maybe was the best time I dried and cure(ing). Only problem is that I'm smoking more as it's so tasty ahaha. Good stuff, thumbs up! PS - I'll start looking for the "original" Zkittlez to try out and check the differences between them. Update: 12 April 2021 - Chopped down Plant #2 So, finally Saturday I chopped her down. She looked now ready and delicious, although I only notice yesterday how many seeds she has allover the place. She hermied in front of me without noticing, not good at all and need to start looking much better and in detail into the plants. Feel like an idiot now. Anyways, it was a full week! Emptied the grinder collector and pressed it down a little, makes a very nice smoke, light but pleasant, the kind of stuff it keep you going all day without the dumb effect. From all trimming made the bubble hash. Got a little too green as the 220micron bag's stitches slightly opened letting some contaminants in the final mix, hence the green color. This was a hit. in opposition to the grinder stuff, this sent me straight to the moon, really heavy stone effect, even thinking was hard. Reminded me those afghan/ moroccan balls we used to get back in the early 2000's. The weed itself it's still drying so the smoke report will be updated in there. 715g of fresh cut plant is good, let's see the potency and the seeds. Might turn it all into bubble hash, if I see it'll be an hassle to remove seeds. On an earlier bud I've cut and dried, smoked it and you can see pure white ashes in the bong. Ain't that a beauty?

Me encantó la cepa y su facilidad de cultivo ! Aun que tuve muchos problemas ambientales y climáticos . Me atrasé unas 3 a 5 semanas con estas nenas , pero nos recuperamos bien ! Usamos malla scrog chilena #kanovicultivo , lo mejor que he usado en malla scrog , no se le comparan , su espacio preciso! . Las 4 comenzaron en pequeños vasos , luego de 1 a 2 semanas , trasplanté a macetero de 5.8lts , finalizaron 3 en maceteros textil 19lts y 1 en macetero de 20lts AirPot ! Comencé a brindarle 20hrs de luz / 4 hrs oscuridad , a la 3era semana 19hrs de luz y a la 5ta semana bajé hasta el 18 / 6 . Usé un panel QB de 480w regulables , chips marca Samsung de 3500k , chips epistar UV 660nm iR , el mix completo gracias a mi bro MKleds chile ! Se pasó ! De todas maneras recomiendo una potencia mínima de 600w ( QB LED ) para espacio de 120x .. Usé un bio estimulante chileno , que a mi parecer fue uno de los mejores que he visto y usado ! El grande #trichomemania , te cuento que este producto activa un mecanismo de defensa en la planta (SAR) , haciendo que reaccione y se trate de defender con mayor producción de resina , terpenos y tricomas ! Es increíble ! A los 24hrs tienes resultados , un saludo grande a los hermanos ! El mejor producto 10000000%.... Grande eva seed , buenisima esta cepa , me dí cuenta que si se deja madurar un poco más , su sabor es más frutal candy , exquisita cepa !.... Al manipular su fruto , la planta expele un olor afrutado con limon maduro y skunk , con finales de candy terra , una delicia , muy buena cepa , ahora mientras escribo me siento un tanto "mareado" con esa mitad de blunt ! Buenisinaaa!... ____ La verdad cuando comencé a cortar cada planta era como llenar "infinitamente" el armario donde dejaría secandola , se llenó casi la mitad y un poco más sólo con 1 planta cortada ! Increíble producción , yo estimo unos 90g por planta aprox , ya he consumido un buen peso además ...veremos en estos días que esté por completo su secado ! Esta riquísima , sus efectos fuertísimos ...100% ... ___ Una cosecha buenísima, muy parecido como obtengo resultados en comparación con el sodio , todo bien me gustó la experiencia !.... Además tuve la oportunidad de hacer extracción en seco de su materia vegetal . Obtuvimos entre un 18 a 20% de retorno ! Para mi primera vez , geniaaaal ! Su utilizó prensa de 12 toneladas , de apretó a 80°C por 4 minutos . . . Usen lemon king ! Una delicia .
