My nine Week 7 flowers are thriving under the new GrowPro Solutions under-canopy lights. The lights have really brought out some amazing colors in the buds. It's so cool to see how much they've changed in just a day! I'm excited to see how they develop even more in the coming weeks

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. Gel AUTO WAS FASTER BUT WITH POOR COLLECTIONS TWO WAYS TO BEND YOU DIFFERENT GEL AND OG 1 BENDS IN THE THIRD WEEK OG 2 FOLDED TO THE FOURTH WEEK ... THIS FACT Yes THAT THE BRANCHING WAS ALREADY MORE COMPACT FOR OG2, ADAPTED TO THE LIGHT AND WITH GREATER RESULTS ... GOOD !! ok so its been about another 2-3 weeks flowering is going well ive added 2 top feeds of down to earth flower and rose mix 3 tbsp to each the auto and the veg 2tbs to mother clones and an a half feed few days back. cuts this round were signifcantly stronger, and longer. Well for the Gorilla Zkittlez, the Og is very slow in the vegative and i took 3, fairly larger clones, a bit too large for the propagation dome so they're cramped.I soaked the rapid rooting pods in a light compost tea to experiment ( ideas from youtube). Planted a total of 7 more seeds due to unsuccessful cloning and desire to explore variety, 'tis the spice of life, 1 x Auto colorado cookies 1 x og kush 3 x amherst sour diesel 3 x skywalker ghost (emerald seeds) new dairy coming from them after a solid week or 2 of steady growth

Still in the HPS tent but now they are under the LED again and doing pretty well as the roots are filling the pots out they are eating faster. Did a couple foliar feeds with the Growzyme at less than 1 ML/Gal which they seem to like. Hoping to get a little more vertical growth before they kick into flower. Also been doing some bottom feeding which I have been experimenting with a little bit. It seems to increase rate of growth and the plants seem a little happier when I do a few feeds like that in a row. it looks great!!!!! although the upper leaves "burn" from the strong light, but the flowers are developing well:) Palgron nutrient fertilizer waste does its job :) I like it:) also visited the quality control - "cat" no violations were noticed !!!:) I moved my suitcase to another room :) now the daytime temperature is only 28° ;) I managed to reduce it by 4°, which will definitely benefit her :) good luck to everyone :)

I been away from grow diaries several weeks now, quick video for documentation, mute sound in video please, Andie Capp is looking so tired between 11am-1pm. As well am feeding as needed. 2-3 ounces 4-5 times a day for Yao, and 0.5 - 1 ounce 2-3 times a day for Andie.

WEEK 7 - Day 51 - 05/21/20 Rickey Cricket is thriving in his little garbage can grow! 😵 The training has allowed the lower branches to reach up during the flower stretch and should get a fat little stocky bud-ball of a plant out of it. With the small amount of soil I can tell it's going to be a quick drinker. Nice and open now and need it for the small space of the grow. Day 1 - TC600 is 36 inches from seedling. Veg 100% Flower 100% 17 hours on 7 off. PAR/PPFD 170 DLI 10.05 Day 2 - Mylar Emergency Blanket DIYed into 2 by 3 foot tent. PAR/PPFD 240 (41% increase) DLI 14.5 (44% increase) Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients 2 mL of each Micro Grow Bloom Base Nutrients and 2 mL BotaniCare CalMag. 3 Gallon bucket filled with 2 gallons of RO water. No more notes for rest of the week. The TC600 is 260w from the wall. Not 600w.

So excited to start a Mephisto grow! I will update once they sprout out of the ground. I soaked them in Ph water for 12 -24 hours. I then put a paper towel in a zip lock and pour the ph water and seed in between paper towel. Put it in a dark warm closet on top of a heating pad on low and usually and wait until the babies pop. Once popped they go into the super soil i prep for them in a 5 gall cloth pot

Weekly update on these wonderful girls. They've progressed beautifully, especially considering the day time temps have been in the mid 90's. Not seeing any signs of deficiencies and spraying once a week of either Athena's IPM and stack or PureCrop1 for pest management. So far since being transplanted they've only been fed well water. I'll probably start some Grow A & B nutes and calmag this week. All in all Happy Growing
