First week of flowering!! I’m glad to have 4 weeks of veg and start flowering. It’s August 17th and this tent can only be out on my balcony until the end of September to early October. So I have about 6-9 weeks of flower time before it’s too cold. I feed 1L every other day with an 8-10ml per litre of the 3 nutes I’m using Royal Gorilla is growing ugly , it’s bush is lush and tangled Day 34 update - Royal Gorilla is actually in vegetation... next week it’ll start flower for sure

11/17 Week 10 Ripley - Starting her on the Soul Peak very soon, low dose 5ml see how she takes it will reduce CocoTek on just her by 3ml/gal at that dose. Keep defoliating her gently, dozen of so leaves every day or so just to keep buds open to light. No visible problems Tara - The Beast - Ok now it officially the largest plant we have grown to date. With the pot its hitting 4 ft 8 in without 3 ft 2 in. The stretch has finally slowed to a stop and buds are beginning to quickly build... thank you God. I was really wondering what I was going to do next. Am going to have to bind her up a bit just for support tomorrow as those buds get heavy and she needs to give Ripley some room. Also cleaning the heck out of the lower end tomorrow. Keeping her CocoTek at current level with a Cal-Mag foliar every few days 1/19 Foliar Cal-Mag feed on Tara Cleaned out the bottom of Tara, first pass at least see how it turns out. Decided to put Tara on the same feed as Ripley see what happens as Ripley is building buds faster with the PK cant say that would hurt Tara, No def so may as well May be early but heck what do I know, on new ground here 1/20 So far so good, cleaned up Tara a bit and bound her up to give support and room for Ripley. Buds building nicely crap load of them Ripley doing well in the pK so will continue her protocol by slowly reducing CT and inc PK 1/21 Noticing some mag def on Tara and random Ca spots so getting a dose of Cal-Mag 3ml/gal as well as the foliar. 1/22 3ml/gal CalMag added to Tara feed reduced CT 2ml/gal Ripley on 5ml/gal CocoTek AB and 10ml/gal Peak getting her ready for flush 1/23 Going to try alternating between adding 3ml Cal-Mag to Tara's feed and foliar with same. Not a bad Mg problem but obviously one I cant ignore given its Ca as well. Ripley on 6.1 Water and 15ml/gal Peak one more day then flushing to start week 11

Die erste Blütewoche startet. Eigentlich wollte ich vor Einleitung der Blüte alle Männchen aussortieren, aber der Plan hat sich wie so oft geändert. Zum Ende der Woche habe ich 7 Männchen aussortiert, es bleiben also 6 Weibchen. Ich habe versucht die entstandenen Lücken aufzufüllen. Es sind 3x Red Mandarine dazugekommen. Leider musste ich die Wurzelballen "anpassen" damit alles passt - mal schauen ob sie den Stress verkraften.

But everything is dialed based on leaf feedback (EPD) — not charts, not assumptions. * Temps: 26°C day / 18°C night * RH: ~60% * Solution & substrate: ~21°C * PPFD: plant-grown into the light (~600–700 range) We don’t chase numbers. We read the plant — and adjust only when she asks. ⸻ ❄️ Trichomes — The “Frozen North” is real This is where she speaks loudest. Trichome production is not just present — it’s accelerating daily. * Sugar leaves fully coated * Bud surfaces stacking resin layer by layer * That early frost has turned into visible density This isn’t just aesthetics. This is the plant investing heavily in protection and reproduction. And she’s not done yet. ⸻ 🌸 Pistils & Flower Development White hairs still active, still pushing. That tells us one thing clearly: ➡️ She’s still building, not finishing Calyx swelling is underway, but not peaked. Structure is set — now it’s about mass + resin + final expression. ⸻ ⚖️ Weight, Structure & “The Lean” Branches are starting to give in to gravity. Not collapse — commitment. La cantidad de agua cada 48h entre riegos. Esta primera semana ya añadimos nutrientes de la gama Agrobeta. Tuve problemas de trips en un indoor y tengo todas plagadas pero ya las e tratado con aceite de neem y un insecticida genérico, además añadí varias tiras de color azul, trataré esta semana y la siguiente. También realicé el trasplante a maceta definitiva, 7 litros. Estas próximas semanas veremos cómo avanzan. End of week 10, she is doing nicely, looking forward to the switch to 12 - 12 this coming Monday March 11. Gave her a feeding of nutes after her 4 last waterings and she enjoyed it. She is taking up a good portion of the tent, getting a little worried about crowding for flower. Tent is only 39” x 48” x 72” with 4 plants in there. Wish me luck 😎

Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Day84: wedding glue is ripening and the buds are super heavy and dense. One more watering and I think is going to be ready. Gorilla z is swelling but needs more time to fully ripe, maybe 2 weeks are going to be enough. I’m only watering now, no nutes and let’s see how she develops Day87: really happy with how they are turning out

Well the first seedling week is out of the way. Now to start my nutrients and transplant the Root Riot cubes into the net pots with Hydroton. I have 2 ladies that are keeping up with each other while I have one that seems to be a little behind, and then the 4th lady is for sure a runt of the liter but I will keep working with her and will make the best of her, who knows maybe she'll catchup some how. Next time I germinate I make make sure to put each seed in its own 16oz. Mason jar 2/3 full of water so each seed does not suffer because it can't soak up nutrients in the small amount of germ water that all seeds soak in. Every seed has plenty of micronutrients to start out with, without it fighting for it due to many seeds in the same jar soaking it up the same minerals. I'm super excited and can't wait to start to see these girls flourish 😁 Going by an Autoflower feed schedule with my Current Culture nutrients Week 1 germination is plain water Starting week 1 of vegging 👍-09/20/2021
