week 4 bloom started! stable pH, always around 6 The girls are well asking for a lot of nutes, every day the EC level drops by 0.2 but even more, cleaned the tank and filled it with new nutes Now I follow the ADV table with an addition🤣 Sensi Bloom A and B 5mL instead of 4mL💣📈 last slight defoliation, I did not want to do it but they are really tight in there, I only take off the minimum, hope the girls explode this week🍀🍀🍀 Any feedback is welcome, criticism, advice, everything is needed here 💥 Update: 3 days later EC from 3.0 to 2.6 pH 6.0 Seems all good 🤞🍀

The culmination of reversing our Matterhorn cut off Mr. Crowley to Intergalactic Runtz, and the results were out of this world (I had to do it). These ladies were slow to start, but once they hit their stride they put any worries we had to rest. Compact, short-framed, and robust. They pack beautifully boulder-like flowers that reek of garlic and sickly sweet cotton candy. Dark green to a mosaic of purples, yellows, and silvers. Frost production is off the charts, the internode spacing is tight, and they certainly will impress in their last few weeks of flower. This is one of our favorite crosses in the new fem lineup. Soooo...

Lots going down this week! I threw up a couple pictures today (day 74) I'll add more pictures and videos later on but I wanted to get this week started... Day 70; Nothing much to report except we got the new Optic 8+ 120°lens LED installed!! We got her put up around day 69. It's the 2nd optic weve bought and love these lights! The plants reacted immediately and we only started them at 80%veg brightness 20%bloom. Increasing 10% or so a day. I also built a cloning station so I can take cuts tomorrow just incase we fide a unicorn!🤞 Day 71; Officially on 12/12 light schedule now! I've decided to keep #2 in her 3gal pot. #1 gets the 10gallon smartpot. Both are doing terrific. I top dressed with .5 table spoons per gallon of soil on both plants using Papa's Perfect Poop. Made buy Michigan made mix m3 soil company. Its 5-10-2 using 100% organic fossilized bat guano Day 72: I defoliated both plants today. Fairly heavy but not extreme. I took all the larger fan leaves out that were blocking the lower bud sites. I also took clones today. 2 off each plant. 1 of each clone went into an ez-cloner that uses spraying water to root them. The other 2 cuts I put in a hydrofarm cloner that submerges the stems in aerated water until rooting. Day 73; The girls both bounced back and are praying beautifully after the defoliation. Both loved it! I can definitely see the start of new growth already on the lowers. I'm keeping the clones on 24hr light schedule. I know its addition stress but it's easier for me. Day 74: Literally nothing happened today. I sat and stared at them for maybe 2hrs but that's about it tho lol Day 75: A bit done today. I rearranged the tent hoping to give the girls a bit more leg room(you can see #2 in the picture is growing all funny because of space) I also watered #2 tonight. I'm finding the Choc Mint OG do not like much water. I also took them out of the tent for some glamour shots. You can really see what difference 7gallons of soil can make in terms of size. #1 is nearly a foot taller. Both are starting to stretch. Curious how much that is. Put #2 out in shades place outside to harden up Day 76: Not much going on. I watered number 1. Day 77: Big day today. 3 days ago I put #2 outdoors in shade to acclimate. I know I rushed that a bit. Should have let her harden up a bit more first, but I wanted her in the ground and growing roots while she has time. Its gonna be close but I figure all my other outdoor plants are just starting to flower so why not? My tent was a little crowded so being outside will give her the best chance possible! Second real week of flowering completed with a very stable transition after the stretch phase. Plants have finished stretching and clear flower site formation is now visible across the canopy, with abundant white pistils and a very uniform structure. The environment has been kept well controlled throughout the week, running temperatures around 24–25 °C, relative humidity close to 50–55%, and a stable VPD in the 1.4–1.5 kPa range. This has allowed proper transpiration without any signs of stress. Root zone temperatures remained in the optimal range, around 20–21 °C, supporting healthy root activity. In terms of lighting, PPFD was progressively increased to around 850–880 µmol/m²/s, resulting in a DLI of approximately 38–39 mol/m²/day. This is a high but safe level for this stage, always supported by a balanced environment. Plant response has been very positive, with no signs of light stress. Nutrition has been gradually adjusted toward flowering, maintaining a good balance between continued growth and floral development. EC has been stable around 1.1–1.2 mS/cm with a pH close to 6.3. Leaves remain healthy with good turgor and overall color, with slight tonal variations that are normal during this transition phase. Overall, a very solid week: vigorous plants, well-formed structure, and a clean, healthy start to flower production. Everything is set up perfectly to enter week 3, where the focus will be on consolidating early bud development while maintaining environmental and root-zone balance.

Week 18 (Week 10 Flower) Grow Diaries Report – Part One: Wrapping Up the Journey 🌱 Pre-Harvest Reflections This week has been a mix of emotions as we approach the final chapter of this grow. Let’s talk about why we made the decision to pre-harvest portions of the Gorilla Melon and Papaya Zoap. While both plants have been incredible performers, a few buds on each started showing early signs of bud rot. This is an unfortunate but natural challenge when growing such dense and resin-packed colas. The decision to harvest those sections early was made to protect the rest of the crop and ensure quality and integrity for the remaining flowers. Vigilance is key in a packed garden like ours, and careful monitoring ensured the rest of the room remained safe and thriving. 🌈 A Symphony of Colors and Frost The grow room is a visual masterpiece this week, with shades of deep purples, vibrant greens, and golden hues taking over. The fading is absolutely breathtaking, showcasing the natural progression of the plants as they near the end. Combine this with the insane level of frost blanketing the buds, and it’s safe to say this is one of the most beautiful gardens I’ve ever cultivated. ✨ Spectrum Management: The Secret to Stunning Results The current lighting setup is a game-changer: • 50% whites to maintain overall balance and structure. • 100% reds for enhanced ripening and color development. • 100% UVs to boost resin production and amplify those trichome levels. The ThinkGrow LEDs paired with the TrolMaster spectrum control system have truly unlocked the garden’s full potential. Watching the plants sparkle under this setup feels like seeing stars on a clear night—magical and unforgettable. 🌟 Quick Recap: The Journey So Far From seed to this incredible moment, this grow has been a testament to precision and passion. From germination to veg and through flowering, every detail was carefully tuned, every decision made with intention. Along the way, we navigated challenges like pests, mold, and environmental shifts, proving that adaptability and dedication are essential. And here we are, ready to bring this journey to a close with nothing short of perfection. Week 18 (Week 10 Flower) Grow Diaries Report – Part Two: The Tools That Made It Possible 💡 ThinkGrow LEDs: These lights have been the heartbeat of the grow, delivering unparalleled spectrum control and efficiency. The ability to fine-tune every stage of the plant’s life cycle has been a game-changer. 🌬️ AeroFan System: Consistently circulating air while keeping the environment balanced and mold-free. The AeroFan’s role in preventing hotspots and ensuring even coverage cannot be overstated. 📱 TrolMaster System: The brain behind the operation, the TrolMaster system has provided unmatched control and precision. From monitoring temperature and humidity to dialing in lighting and CO2, it has truly transformed how I grow. 🏕️ Tent-X Setup: The foundation of the grow, this tent provided the perfect space for controlled cultivation. Its design maximized efficiency while keeping everything neat and manageable. 🌡️ Sensors and Monitors: Every parameter was tracked with pinpoint accuracy. From VPD to soil moisture, the sensors ensured every need of the plants was met in real-time. Each tool, piece of gear, and setup component has worked seamlessly together, creating a true ecosystem of excellence. This grow wouldn’t have been the same without them. Ending with Gratitude and Excitement To the community: thank you for joining me on this incredible journey. Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or just tuned in, your support has been everything. From the lovers to the critics, you all push me to grow (pun intended). To the sponsors: ThinkGrow LED, TrolMaster, Aptus Holland, Pro-Mix Soil, and everyone else involved—your products are not just tools; they’re inspirations. And finally, to these plants: you’ve taught me patience, resilience, and the beauty of the process. 🔥 Next Up: Stay tuned for the epic harvest and a deep dive into the final results, from trichomes to yields and beyond. The end is just the beginning of the next adventure. 🌟 Let’s finish this grow strong! 🌱✨ Growers Love. 5-10-2025 I harvested my Purplematic CBD and washed the buds with a mixture of baking soda and lemon juice. Some caterpillars 🐛 came out of the buds 😱!! I hung the branches up to dry in a spare dark room with a ventilator. After 10 days of drying the branches still wouldn’t snip. I think the room was too cold and too humid. Next time I’m using a dehumidifier.

Day 28-35 (May 28th - June 4th) (Day 29) My rooted blackberry #3 clone looks like it’s finally starting to reveg. It’s starting to stretch it’s internodes but no new growth yet. Nearly all 9 are pushing roots now. What a waste of time taking clones in flower! Won’t ever do that again. Grapefruit #1 has a twin! I thought it was just an odd formation on the taproot but two seedlings are pushing out. I wonder if it will be genetically identical. It’s definitely slower growing than the other one so who knows. I will try to train them apart when the time comes. (Day 30) I think the EC/PPMs are too high on nearly every plant including my veggies. The promix is actually really hot for a “blank” medium coming in at 1800. Adding compost and amendments to that is probably raising it to 2500+ at least. It should self balance the more I water it but I know for a fact I can get better growth by leaching the soil around each plant. Next time I use promix for anything, I’m going to prewash it like coco coir and add a dash of oyster shell flour for pH and calcium. (Day 32) Purple tuna is now big enough to start lst on now. I’m going to wait a little while for the slurricanes. (Day 33) One of the grapefruits has a twin that actually popped... I’m going to leave it and see how she turns out (Day 35) I’m going to prune off the lower leaves on each plant. I was going to lst Purple tuna but it’s so vigorous I may as well just top/mainline it. Autoflowers are looking established and should be taking off this week. I wonder if this will give them enough time to veg into decent sized plants before they flower. I won’t be topping or even doing lst. My goal is 22 big spear colas from each plant. I’m going to get all my rooted clones into 1.7 gallon pots over the next week or so.
