After top dressing and working the amendments into the soil by hand, I watered it in via garden hose with straight well water. 6/3- Rained hard today so I skipped watering the Wedding Cheesecake FF. 6/5- Today was sunny and warm. I watered the Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flower with straight well water from the garden hose. 6/7- There goes another week for the Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flower from FastBuds and she continues to impress and amaze me. very strong resin production, a heavy hitter, nighttime stuff! a real great strain, highly recommended! you can certainly smell the grape with a creamy touch! ps. one of the plants was a mutant, it was very weak, had almost no resin on it and absolutely no scent at all....but it had alot of potency and a awesome yield!

Im Vergleich zur letzten Woche ist eine klare Entwicklung zu erkennen. Die Pflanzen stehen insgesamt vitaler da, mit deutlich stärker ausgeprägten Blütenständen. Viele Budsites haben sichtbar an Volumen zugelegt, die Kelche wirken dichter und die Harzbildung hat spürbar zugenommen. Besonders bei einigen Exemplaren stechen jetzt kompaktere Colas heraus, während andere weiterhin etwas luftiger wachsen – ein typischer Unterschied zwischen den verschiedenen Genetiken. Die Farbpalette hat sich erweitert: Neben sattem Grün zeigen mehrere Pflanzen inzwischen ausgeprägte violette und rötliche Töne, vor allem an den oberen Blättern und rund um die Blüten. Bei einzelnen Pflanzen setzt zudem die natürliche Herbstfärbung ein, was sich durch gelbliche Blattpartien an älteren Blättern bemerkbar macht. Das wirkt insgesamt harmonisch und passt gut zum fortgeschrittenen Blütestadium. In der Struktur ist ebenfalls Fortschritt zu sehen. Die Blüten haben sich weiter gestapelt, Internodien erscheinen „gefüllter“ und die Pflanzen wirken insgesamt reifer. Die Höhenunterschiede zwischen den Strains sind klarer geworden: Einige wachsen weiter in die Höhe, andere konzentrieren ihre Energie nun fast vollständig auf die Verdickung der Buds. Zusammengefasst zeigt diese Woche eine deutliche Reifephase. Mehr Masse, mehr Harz, stärkere Farben und klar erkennbare Unterschiede zwischen den Strains – ein solider Schritt nach vorne im Gesamtbild. Fortsetzung folgt...💚✌️☺️

Der Samen hat eine ganze Weile gebraucht bis er eine Wurzel ausbildete. Ich habe ihn 3 Tage der „Papertowel“ Methode gehabt, anschließend ein paar Stunden ins Wasserglas gelegt und danach wieder zwischen zwei kleine Teller in nasses Papier. Es dauerte 4 Tage bis ich ihn einpflanzen konnte. 2 Tage später hat sie das Licht der Welt erblickt. Dieses besteht aus einem der beiden Panels der 240 Watt Kingbrite LED Lampe. Anfangs auf einen PPFD Wert von 150-200, habe ich es jetzt nach einer Woche auf 600 erhöht, um zu schauen, wie sie darauf reagiert. Die meisten Autoflowers sehen nach einer Woche weiter aus und diese hier fing ziemlich an zu spargeln, daher probiere ich mit dem Licht noch etwas herum. Das ist mein erster Grow mit den Green House Feeding Bio Düngern. Ich habe einen Coco + Perlite Mix verwendet und die Düngerangaben halbiert. Green House Feeding empfiehlt 3 gr/Liter Medium BioGrow bei 8 Wochen Wachstum. BioBloom soll eigentlich kurz vor der Blüte oben in die Erde eingearbeitet werden. Ich habe beide Varianten mit je 1,5 gr/Liter von Anfang ins Medium gemischt, da Barney‘s Farm den Zyklus für die Runtz Auto mit ca. 70 Tagen angibt. Ich rechne mit ca. 20 Tagen Wachstumsphase und anschließend Blütezeit. Ob das die richtige Entscheidung war, wird sich zeigen. Ich hoffe einfach, dass sich die Nährstoffe langsam freisetzen und zur richtigen Zeit verfügbar sind, ohne zu überdüngen. Als Bewässerung kommt eine 12V Pumpe mit 7 l/Min. zum Einsatz. Hinter dieser ist ein Y-Ventil verbaut, um die Mengen zu kontrollieren. Auch hier probiere ich noch etwas. Kokos soll eigentlich nicht austrocknen. In dieser frühen Phase aber 2 Mal am Tag zu gießen, fühlt sich auch nicht richtig an. Das Wasser ist ständig in Bewegung und wird vor dem Gießen auf pH 5,8 eingepegelt. Bei der Bewässerung gibt es noch Potenzial zur Optimierung, da sich das Wasser nicht im ganzen Topf verteilen lässt. Hier werde ich wohl auf die anderen Optionen von Floraflex zurückgreifen. Für den Anfang reicht es jedoch. Mal sehen, wie sie sich entwickelt. Danke für die Aufmerksamkeit.

RESUMEN DE CULTIVO: Esta cepa es brutal, resiste muy bien las manipulaciones y genera cogollos grandes y prietos, también soporta una fertilización poco controlada y ligeramente excesiva. Perfecta para alguien con pocos conocimientos (este es mi primer cultivo) OLOR: No tiene un olor fuerte, una buena opción para quien necesita disimular el olor del cultivo. SABOR: Su perfil de terpenos es muy bueno pero suave, varia en funcion de la planta, algunas tenían un sabor ligero, especiado y tirando a lo picante pero una en particular si sacó matices de olor y sabor muy dulces y afurtados entre el mango y el platano realmente buenos, me encantaría tener una madre de ese ejemplar. EFECTOS: Tiene altos porcentajes de THC, a tumbado a más de un amigo, me parece una buena opción si buscas una variedad potente. LO MALO: Poco malo tengo que decir, aunque tampoco es tan sabrosa como me hubiera gustado. Seguiré buscando otras variedades pero seguro que repito.

Soon, their beauty will be dressed in flowers, but for now, the leaf structure alone is worthy of the spotlight. ⸻ 🌡️ Current Conditions • Room Temp: 31°C • Humidity: 50.3% • VPD: 2.23 kPa • PPFD: 766 µmol/m²/s • Soil EC: ~2.0 • Soil Temp: 25.6°C Yes, the temperature is running hot — AC unit is on the way to lock it back into our ideal zone. ⸻ 💬 Heat in the Grow Room – Risks & Benefits Potential Risks: • Faster substrate drying = more frequent irrigation needed • Higher transpiration rates can stress plants if roots can’t keep up • Slightly increased risk of light stress at high PPFD without proper cooling • Possible reduced terpene retention if sustained into late flower Possible Benefits (short term in veg/pre-flower): • Accelerated metabolism — plants grow and stretch faster • Increased water/nutrient uptake (if well-fed and watered on time) • Can improve CO₂ usage efficiency if levels are high enough Bottom line: As long as they’re hydrated, fed, and ventilated, short bursts of high temp are manageable. But for flowering, we want to keep daytime temps closer to 24–28°C for optimal quality. ⸻ 💧 Watering Strategy We water when the soil dries to about 25% moisture remaining, this encourages: • Stronger root growth searching for water • Better oxygenation of the root zone • Less risk of root rot in warm temps Right now: They’re drinking daily due to the heat, so we’re feeding daily as well. ⸻ Current Feeding (per L of water) • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 0.25 ml With the increased drinking rate, nutrient uptake has increased — meaning no signs of deficiency, just steady lush green. ⸻ 🚀 Looking Ahead • AC installation will stabilize temps, allowing tighter VPD control • First signs of pistils should appear within the next 7–10 days • We’ll begin adjusting feed ratios for early bloom once flowers set • Light intensity will climb further as stretch continues ⸻ 💚 Closing Note: This week is all about momentum, heat or no heat, the Lava Cakes are pushing upward, prepping themselves for a heavy flower load. I'm working on a Planet of the Grapes grow in smaller tent- they're about a month behind but even there- everything's truly dialed in and holy hell is that a good feeling. Now I'm just wasting time on Youtube shopping for genetics and refreshing my growing memory. EDIT: Shared a video. Okay, so this girl looks good and is starting to get stinky.In the best way possible... I really wish I knew what the genetics were... As long as she smokes as good as she looks, you will not hear me complain lol .. she's had a lot of stress probably being in veg for as long as she was in only a one gallon container and I screwed up because I should have transplanted her giving her a week to recoup and then flip the flower... but when somebody tells you it's an auto flower, it just takes a while to figure it out .. hope everyone is doing well.God bless and happy growings ✌️

Week 17 Last week before harvest. Just let the plants ending the maturation process. Good synchronization between the different strains, selected with an approximate identical flowering period. I want harvesting all the plants at the same time. Flowers are dense, hard and thick, pretty resinous. 4 strains = 4 different smells, 4 different colors….🤩 I flushed consciously and stopped watering 4 days before the harvest day. I turned off the light during 48h, with ventilation on. All is ready for the cut. Date is programmed to the full moon period….why not…🤔 I will trim a little bit the plants before cutting and hanging them in the tent with the same ventilation cycle, no light of course…

Cruise control for the OG Kush. Heading into the final weeks, so I'll be removing odd fan leaves here and there and giving her one last light top dressing. She's drinking water daily now and trichome production is finally ramping up.

What a great strain...definitely surprised me positively. Thank you Exotic Seeds for the opportunity to work with you trying this awsome plant. It has a steady growth, kinda short and bushy like a lot of plants with strong indica traits Very dense buds, big ones, fat and resinous. With a LOT of productions all-over the plant. So much thricome production it sparkles white. Cutes it yesterday (17/12/2023) altough on my opinion it could have 1 more week. Altough because of the huge problem I had to do it. This grow tent (specially the other plant growing side by side) had a mold issue, bud rot spreading fast. I must have lost about 5 65 grams of wet flower total on the Fat Banana. When I cuted it 🍓 Strawberry Cola weighted 829 grams it has a lot of defoliation done alredy but I'll trim it 100% when dry. This is it, thank you all of you growmies for watching this grow. The girls have chilled right out growing up and are growing out an phat , I’m seeing some purple there . Big defoliation coming up as soon as I can move that auto out which is looking chunky as but a bit on the small side prolly due to the 12/12 , still odds on to have some fresh Chrissy smoko .
