Very interesting strain from Barney’s. Let’s see what kind of pheno can we pin from this batch. I have seen some crazy colorful ones. Terpene profile should also be super complex. Just think about it Gelato, zkittlez, layer cake, crazy mix.

Hi everyone, brothers and sisters of Weed! The beautiful glazed wedding cakes are strengthening quite well, their sprouts are beginning to escape from the net and their leaves do not show any kind of growth problem .... we continue like this!

Week was a bit more of a pain than some.of my other grows. Working on getting the sprout to stretch a little. Also feeding some PH water while adding a bit of additional dirt to fill void around sprout.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Let’s go Day 36 !!! This week went real great, girls built up a lot of structure, and stayed super healthy ! Today they got fed just water phd at 6.5 ! They been really loving that balance! I also removed a lot of under trim since we are going into preflower , so had to shave up those legs lol ! It’s really great for them , the love that airflow , but don’t take off too much or you could shock your plants so be careful ! Can’t wait to see what these girls do this week ! Day 66 : This lady continues fattening, faster now. Also crystal production increased. The breeder suggests 70-75 days. For now all crystals are almost milky with some cloudy. So she need 1 week for sure, maybe a bit more. That gum smell is so attractive, you want to eat it. Reduced bio grow and removed Calcium. Edit 70 : I saw the first ambers, very little. So i watered for last time with juices Next watering will be flush to reduce the juices in the soil. So if initially has 1200-1300ppm i want to reduce it to 350-500ppm. After flush continue pure water until chop chop. This is my approach for all ladies always.

Omfg what can I say, Just look at the size of this auto plant, She looks over watered but I can sure you she is not, But just too be sure she had a flush feed this week and sucked that pot dry in just 3 days the same as the feed bucket before that rich of nutrients, Absolutely no signs of defentcies on any of the plants leaves at any stage this grow, Just the mutations in the first weeks that have only seemed too make them all very special plants indeed, Now comes the exiting part, The bud development, I really pumped the nutrients this week as you can see, At the end of this week a stopped giving the plant these addavitves More roots, Humic acid, Growzyime, Fast bud folar spray, And big buds, And have now started too raise the house & Garden A&B soil feed and also there budXL I also started off early but as a trace amount of there top shooter, By the end of week I intend on giving them the full recommended of each and only be giving them the house and garden range at full streingh, I will then wait for the first Amber tricomb then instant flush feeds, Hopefully I get two weeks from that stage but it is often genetic so as long as I get at least one week and at least 3 feeds of water only then I'm happy Update I've been told from my photos I need too flush and they over fertililsed so my plans too increase is an Abort Misson lol Will not turn back the dial on feeds

Pretty good week overall! Day 80, I am posting a little early to coincide with my expected harvest in 2 weeks, and because today I officially started the flush! At this point I am anticipating the harvest between 5 and 14 days from now, depending on how quickly the buds finish ripening up. I am guessing the taller plant has about 75% red hairs and over 50% cloudy trichomes at this point. The shorter plant is slightly behind with maybe 40% of her hairs being red and maybe a third of the trichomes are cloudy. They have made a lot of progress over the past week, so🤞 they will continue that trend. Did a pretty decent defoliation on the shorter plant, due to some fan leaves that were blocking light from the lower canopy turning yellow. I have decided to try molasses with my flush water, hopefully that will improve my final product. One final note is the smell.... it is considerably stronger this time than either of my first 2 grows. Typically I do not bother with a carbon filter, but the smell was so strong it leaked in from my garage and permeated my entire house! So I added filter (and a very strong candle) and it seems to have helped the problem. Super excited for the harvest, will definitely keep everyone posted!

The plant grew well without much problem. The arm that got broken was completely healthy this week. Nugs getting fatter ;)

😎 she looks healthy but the weather hasnt been the best so shes growing a little slower than i would like. going to transplant into a plastic pot to see if that helps. Just going from a 1 gal to a 3 gal. I'm hoping this will help keep the roots warmer at night promoting more grwoth. no idea if this will work but just brainstorming what could improve growth. seems to be slow going into flower but hopfully she starts picking up speed soon. I think i'm just used to the tent hahaha our weather is not the greatest for cannabis

Well time for the chop, I'm not waiting any longer! 10 weeks on a "fast" "ruderelis" cross my a@$! None the less she smells amazing, thick strawberry old school hash at the moment. The back couple of phenos could have done another week easy!! Trimmers at the ready boys and girls, results coming soon!!!
