Day 4 and they are stretching quite fast, at least the Tropicana Poison ones and the Chocolate Skunk number 2 however she’s not drinking as fast as the TP ones. Day 4 and the CS1 and CS3 are staying behind on the stretching department but still very soon, anything can happens still 😁 Finally my All in one mix arrived and im back to my normal feedings, by this i mean other labels bring up to much the EC in the water, making it harder to had whatever you want to had more 😅😆 Day 7 and I’m already looking at them and thinking they need a air cut 😅 this girls are growing and drinking kind a fast 😆 with is a great signal. April 26th - Day 69 : Oh my god look at them.. So bushy after that defoliation. They're doing great I think.. The only concern was the laggyness of the leaves but I guess it's due to overwatering so I'll chill with water for a day or two. I started trimming the lower branches that I think aren't getting enough light. I'm trying to push the veg stage as much as I can let's see if they can take an extra few weeks.

Today is start of week 4. Not much to report except , all plants got defoliated on day 19 for the last time. Also little buds is starting to form on all the short zkittlez plant the tall plants looks to be 3 or 4 days behind the short plants. (12 clones vegg for 1 week in 16 oz cups transplanted into 1 gallon grow bag and into flower this week.)

I’ve increased the nutrients to BioBizz Grow (3ml), BioBizz Bloom (2ml), and BioBizz TopMax (1.5ml). The plants are growing well and have recovered from the calcium deficiency. 🍃💪 I’m continuing to add a bit of BioBizz CalMag to prevent any future deficiencies. 🌱✨ This week, I also added some soil to the pots, as the soil level had flattened out quite a bit. I topped up each pot with about 1.5 liters of soil.

Week 6 of my Runtz Fem Green Sensation test with/without using Plagron soil. The mother will be raised on Xpert Nutrients. And then when I take clones in the next week or 10 days. I'll be growing them as close as possible using Terra line from plagron. Days 35-40 Plant is really starting to push. Making sure to not the soil dry up. I only topped yesterday, so I'm hoping the nodes will start growing now. Giving me 4 sets. 1 row ( 2 sets/4 clones) will be taken. And from those 4 the 2 best rooted will be grown very similar to this using Plagron & of course Green Sensation with & without. I'll be using separate 9L pots once rooted to give them a good few weeks of veg without any need to uppot to bigger veg pots delaying the veg. Xpert Nutrients continues its amazing job. Seeing real growth now pushing it on. I won't bother doing any major fan leave removal until their nodes develop a bit more. Nutrients have been kept low. As its only been put in fresh grow mix a few weeks back. Mainly my focus is on roots, calmag & silica for stress. As you can see. I'm getting a very nice pheno for cloning. Day 41-42 She's moving along at a much quicker pace since topping 3 days ago. I think I'll have to remove fan leaves. As it continues focusing on growing leaves. this time we got a different phenotype, the whole plant has started to turn purple, not just sporadically like in the last ztrawberriez grow. It looks beautiful and will be harvested soon

This is the end of the 6th week. (Thats a little japanese bonsai in with it) Feeling like it isnt coming along as well as it should be.. Its fanning out like mad, but not growing up, stayed the same height for the week. I shifted it into a pot that wasnt clear as suggested and topped it and snipped a few other buts underneath off. Also my light arrived which is currently on 80% and at height of 450mm/45cm/17.7 inches My nutrients n shit haven't arrived yet, been waiting on those for a week thanks to a postal strike. So I had tiny barely visible bugs, which seem to have disappeared, not under leaves or crawling around anymore. Would they be what has caused my spots and drooping/clawing? Or is it simple because of my light, lack of food, too much water? Very much need some help with this.

This week, we enter Week 4 of Flower, and the energy is shifting — it’s subtle, like a foggy winter morning where everything is still, but alive with quiet anticipation. Our beloved Runtz girls — phenos 1 through 5 — are beginning to reveal themselves fully, forming those early floral structures (the “ears,” you know the ones 🌱💚), and each one is expressing her beauty in unique, yet strikingly similar ways. This kind of uniformity only proves how stable and powerful these Zamnesia genetics truly are. They are fulfilling the scrog like queens — compact, bushy, and ready for the next phase. This week, I noticed a slight decoloration in the leaves — just a whisper of pale green — and it felt like the perfect moment to adjust the feeding to bring out that lush vibrancy again. We’re now running the following dosages in our reservoir: • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L • System Clean: 0.25 ml/L • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L • All-In-One Liquid: 2 ml/L • Plagron Green Sensation: 1 ml/L This blend brings us to an EC of 2.225 and a pH of 6.07 — right in the sweet spot. Let’s see these ladies rise up and glow 🌞 Since it’s been a little cold — temps started the week around 16°C and are now slowly climbing up to 23°C, with a humidity of about 50%, this gives us a VPD of around 1.50, which is still looking great considering the lower ambient conditions. CO₂ is sitting at 1000+ ppm, and light intensity is cruising around 550-600 PPFD, which we’ll increase in the coming weeks to match their needs as they bloom. The Autopots keep our medium at 53% moist like clockwork, but I’ve added a water heater to the reservoir — aiming to gently raise soil temperature by warming the solution. That 16°C in the substrate wasn’t doing us any favors, so let’s bring the roots a little cozy love. Everything we do, we do with intention and care. Visually, this week feels like a quiet fog has settled — like watching the garden through a soft lens. 📆 Week 9, 7-13 December 2023 7-13 December - Continued with simple adjustment of branches to receive maximum light. There was no defoliation of any leaf this week. Her growth rate has slowed and I believe she is heading in to the bulking stage. I’m satisfied with her size at this point. 8 December - Turned light power from 50% up to 75%, and raised lights from 18” to 21” from top of plant to facilitate the bulking phase of flowering. 📑 Let’s briefly discuss light and umol/m2/s or PPFD. First of all its all about numbers. Is there an agreeable starting point on these figures - the cannabis plant requires between 100-300 PPFD in seedling, 400-700 PPFD in vegetation, and 800-1000 PPFD in flower. It can go up to 1500 PPFD with certain C02 concentrations. I believe this may be generally accepted. Never being much of a numbers person, in ways I avoid it. I’ve grown indoor weed for a long time without a fancy device to tell me what this number was, the plant did that. A quality light and the plant itself will talk to each other in a matter of hours sometimes, days in others, I just need observe. But what I have come to realize the past few years is that these numbers, found in simple instruments (apps for smart phones) give us a very specific area of where she is within all these spectrums. It allows us more precision and insight to what would otherwise be a possible weak or vulnerable spot within our grow. I’ll use mine on a new strain, and to verify any questions. They are easily accessible tools for the common gardner. When we adjust our lights we can measure what will be optimal for our plant. Using my case in point; from: 50% power or 890 PPFD at 18” to: 75% power or 1080 PPFD at 21” **if not raised 3” - that number would have been 1320 PPFD - likely damage the plant - or raised any higher there would be no real benefit in what I’m attempting to achieve - likely waste of power** The 2023 ViperSpectra XS2000 lights (the ones I use) come with a new switch now that go from 25, 50, 75, 100% power and no option in between. So that kind of put a kink in a week or two during my grows I have to work around. Going from 50-75% power is a big shift in light intensity, and these lights are bright. Knowing what that number is and being able to adjust the height precisely to avoid damage is reassuring. I appreciate advancements that make growing a little easier. In most personal grows during flower I’ll go well over 1000 PPFD depending on the strain tolerance, without C02. Here are my experiences why: 1) my set-up allows it, 2) that number only reflects the greatest reading at the highest point on the plant - my reports, 3) when the plant is budding it is absorbing much more photons than when in the leafy only stage - everything is accelerated - this is a totally different discussion, 4) the additional light provided will proportionally increase a higher yield, and finally, 5) some of todays theories on light will change in 5 years, as it has from 10 years before, we still have a lot to research. LEDs are definately cream of the crop, but there is something new to learn I’m sure. Until then I can only tweak what I have in search for a tighter bud, higher in THC. I said I would briefly discuss this subject. Everything is possible with lights. It is science that says the cannabis plant does not have to produce secondary metabolites (trichomes and cannabinoids), in some cases it may not. It produces them based on its environment. She returns to you what you dedicate toward her. They got big fast, and those leaves are huge so I had to go in and remove some of the bigger leaves that was shading out my lover canopy
