so I'll start by saying that I'm a "fool" :D it's not an automatic flower, it was clearly written on the package :D it just so happened that I planted two different ladies on the same day, and somehow it came together in my head that she was an auto :D but it turns out that she is a real female plant :) wedding cake fem :) well, nothing like that on day 46, I switched the light cycle to 12/12, and it's not a big problem that she is a photo, the only problem is that there are two of them growing in the tent and one of them is already a blooming auto flower, so she will also now only get 12 hours of light instead of 18 :) As my teacher @AsNoriu would say: smoke less than you plan :) :) :) overall, the girl is growing really well :) good luck to everyone :).

These girls have all finally got into their 15L Auto pots, right now I am just waiting to get the roots accustom to the pots before I rig up the system, really excited to try them out . Goal for this week : 1) make sure I expose as many flower sites as possible. 2) get the canopy opened up for maximum airflow , I will do this through Low stress training. As you can start to see I'm using zip ties to put anything above the first ring on my tomato cage. Anything that is unable to connect to the first ring of the tomato cage will be left until flower and then when it stretches I will put them on the second ring of the tomato cage. 23.2. - Watered 💧 25.2. - Watered 💧 26.2. - Yesterday I've dropped the light lower and it's already doing it's work. Plants got noticeably back to bud development. Gelato plant is just an experiment at this point as that pheno went completely mad 😁 27.2. - Watered 💧 28.2. - I've cut down the Gelato plant. Unfortunately, it would not yield any decent buds. Rest in peace Gelato 29.2. - Week wrap-up: I'm left with 4 plants. 2 creamatics got their last feeding today, only water for one more week. Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 9 May 18– 24 FLOWER 5 Nutrients : 3 gal GH Micro 20 ml GH Gro 10 ml GH Bloom 30ml CalMag 15 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 15ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/18 PH 6.67, PPM 935, temp 68.5 1 ltr each 5/20 PH 6.67, PPM 1330, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/23 PH 6.6, PPM 1570, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/24 pics & vid Since all 6 gals are getting frosty, I did some trichome pics. The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. The new strain profile indicates a whopping 29%THC with mainly sativa uplifting, euphoric, social effects with sweet fruity flavors which I love and enjoy. In addition, I recently bought a dap press and this strain is frosty and resinous. She will be great to press for live rosin. FBA2502 is FROSTBANGER. Beautiful pheno the one that I have right here, I didn't expect to see such a great pheno of Jack orange, the buds are very dense already, it's not the strongest smelling plant in this run however she has a very unique and different smell, you can feel some citric tones mixed with sweet flowery notes, it's really weird in a good way, stay tuned to see how this lady performs until the end!! 💚❤️💛👨‍🌾

It is so very hot now every day here. All my girls are suffering from the heat and they need to be watered very frequently. I avoid drying them out completely. Plant 1 is doing well but I actually prefer how the mainlined plant grows. It is getting fatter and longer colas. We start to get some nice smells from the plants.

Day 63 - 28 of Flower Changes this week include adding a 4th Maxibright 315w lamp and Agro bulb. I wanted to run 4 but originally could only afford to buy 3. These retail at £250 each per kit so theres now £1000 just in lighting. A huge improvement to overall light spread around the plants and more light penetrating the canopy to the lower bud sights. I've also spent the weekend insulating my space for 2 reasons. Obviously temperature fluctuations being one. I found the temps were anywhere between 17 and 31 degrees throughout a 24 hour cycle and wanted to get a more consistent day and night temperature. With the extra light it needs to be cooler too. 2nd reason was humidity. With the great British weather being as damp as it is the night time humidity has been over 75% some days which now we are deep into flower could quickly lead to bud rot. Insulating the space and running my exterior AC unit has now got that figure to below 56% at all times. I'm very happy with that. Feeding ratio remains unchanged this week. I'm going to continue running the PK13/14 for at least another 7 days or untill the buds finish fattening out. Still feeding 6 litres every other day. No further training at this point just pulling a few colas out of the way of the fan and one main cola from directly under a lamp as it was burning. Also stretch has now finished which is a massive relief as I've no headspace left in the tent at all. I didn't have time to take many photos of the buds in the dark but the ones I have put on show just how frosty these stardawgs get! Really living up to their name considering they are only half way through predicted flower time. The only further upgrade I would like at this point is a proper co2 with digital regulator. I have however read that they dont benefit much from extra co2 from this point onwards?? What is everyone's thoughts on that? Obviously I have my natural co2 generator and will leave it in untill the end of the grow. I realise I really underestimated the size of these plants and 6 sativa dominant species is a stupid idea. The tent is just too packed so on the next run I'll opt for less and go with a scrog. Thanks for checking in! I cant wait to see how the next week plays out.
