Our lovely ladies are well into their flowering stage, and the changes are spectacular! The transition from vegetative growth to blooming is always thrilling, and this week has been no exception. We've adjusted the nutrient mix to support their flowering needs. Here’s what’s been on the menu: Regulator: Keeps plants stress-free and promotes healthy growth. CalMag Boost: Ensures they get enough calcium and magnesium for robust bud development. Top Booster: Enhances flower production and increases the number of bud sites. The gnats are pretty much gone but I saw one today sadly. We pruned them on the bottoms to give more room to grow. Next grow I hope to do it sooner. We are going to be starting nutrients back up on Monday which will be exciting.

Week 5 Veg and things are cruising along. The lanky girl in the 2 gal pot is starting to look better structure wise than the other 5. Thinking about transferring her to a 7 gallon pot for clones! The Tri leaf mutation is really taking off, throwing tops for days with out training or topping. 3 of the ladies have been topped to make bushes and the other are growing natural with some defoliation.

Can't complain with another good week! More pistils are starting to turn orange and buds are looking good and healthy, I've got no burnt tips and so im guessing the nutrient mix is balance nicely after removing the silica after it kept reacting with the mix. Done another defoliation to get that light where it's needed, im very happy with these two plants as they are only my 2nd and 3rd plants I've ever grown. Thanks for stopping by✌️

🌱 30.07. - Day 8: Today marks the start of the second week of growth for my Fastberry plant, which is thriving. Currently, I water it every three days with 350-400 ml, tailored to its needs and the pot size. I'm planning to start fertilizing by the end of this week. I've noticed that I need to be careful not to get the leaves wet during watering, as the leaf color seems to lighten where water droplets touch. To prevent scorching, I've dimmed my lamp to 65%, ensuring gentle care for the young plant. 🌿 🌱 Update 01.08 - Day 10 🚨 Near Disaster with My Fastberry Plant! 🚨 A mishap occurred today when I was setting up yellow sticky traps to ward off pests like fungus gnats. While positioning one near the plant, it accidentally tipped over, tearing off a third of one leaf. 😢 Leaf Condition: The damaged leaf still looks okay. From what I’ve learned, it's best to leave it as long as it remains green. If it begins to yellow and wilt, I'll cut it off. 🍂 General Plant Growth: Overall, the Fastberry plant is doing well. The humidity is stable at around 65%, and the pH is at 7, which I'm currently adjusting to 6 using Biobizz pH Down. 💧 🌱 Update 04.08. - Day 13 The plant is flourishing! Today, I administered its first dose of BioBizz Grow (0.8 ml per liter, pH 6.3) and watered it with 400 ml. 24/03 watered AGAIN after 2 days with 1.5L 5.9 PH 1.5 EC, 5ml/L of Terra Bloom. So far im really happy with plagron. Just one bottle for grow and one for bloom and the plants look healthy and show no signs of deficencies. really happy with the product. Moreso than biobizz, where i used Grow, bloom, calmag, activera and topmax and still fought deficencies here and there. I also am conflicted about the trellis net. I like what it does but i think my tent is too full with plants or too small to really enjoy it growing-wise. I cant move the plants and its hard to reach them during watering. So i removed it again. its an on/off relationship with us :D I also did some more defoliation, PROMISE ITS THE LAST TIME. i took out the plants of the tent for it to better reach the insides of them and made some nice videos of their progress so far. ALSO: Tent smells really good and overwhelming when i open it! sadly, it escapes pretty fast so ill put "normal" smell on here. but its decent! Watered again on 27/03, 1.5l 5ml/L Terra Bloom 1ml/L Green Sensation, 5.8 PH 1.7 EC 29/03, 1.5l 5ml/L Terra Bloom 1ml/L Green Sensation, 5.7 PH 1.7 EC

Ended up with 13.5 oz wet so I’m expecting 5-6 oz dry which would be awesome! I actually snapped the main stem during LST and I taped it back together, it healed and ended up being my biggest cola!

Ultima settimana di crescita, fra un paio di giorni si eseguira' una defogliazione un po più intensa, per poi poter cambiare ciclo di illuminazione. Durante il periodo di crescita in questo caso ho tolto solo le prime due coppie di rami e le prime foglie primordiali. Ho notato che con meno stress, si arriva al cambio 12/12 con delle piante molto meno allungate. Vedremo consa succede nei giorni a venire 💚 Ps. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. It grew a bit in the 3 weeks from last pics. I'm sure indoor growers with 18hr+ light can do better. She could care less about 2 weeks of around 110f weather. I hope one is a female. Stem rub is oily and pungent already. Did a good trim job too.

Fine tuning the heater temp, but all seems stable now. Sorry about the pics with the grow light, I will figure out how to filter it. Compared to other White Widow diaries, my girls seems to be performing normally.
