Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

Vamos familia que actualizo ya la quinta semana de floración de estas Lava Cake de Zamnesia. Tienen un verde espectacular y están bien sanas, tienen un porte bueno y las flores están formándose correctamente, van engordando y van produciendo tricomas. Este armario si que lo tengo más o menos controlado el tema temperatura los demás no pero este fetén. Esta próxima semana ya empiezo abonar con el ExplotaCogollos de Agrobeta. Os añado que esta cepa me está sorprendiendo me gusta el olor que ya desprende y pfff se empiezan a ver flores bien prietas. Temperaturas máximas en 26.5 y mínimas en 24 y una humedad estable en torno al 40/50%. Hi everyone, the plants really took off with their growth this week and strengthened up. I accidentally added 0.5 ml more nutrients than I should have, and it’s showing at least on the leaves 😐. Fortunately, it wasn't a bigger dose, so the plants will recover in no time. Today, they only got plain water with enzymes.Yesterday, I already had to do some defoliation on the inner leaves of all plants except for Frozen Black Cherry (she is a week behind, so her turn is yet to come 😄).Except for that slight overfeeding, everything is OK 🍀.

Added 2 videos on preparing a nutrient solution and pH balancing the solution. This week saw aggressive topping (mid week 4) and some serious leaf damage. Not sure if the leaf damage is from the topping, nutrients, etc. I did a flush and solution swap, cleaned the air stone and inside of the jar etc. Built the trellis and started training. I'll cut away whatever trellis doesn't end up getting used once flowering starts. Creepy Don Santa is watching this grow closely. That cat of his is trouble.

In the past I have thought about the grow with Elsa I will only give her water and that‘s all. But I can‘t Look in my future and Elsa‘s future ^^. She becomes the highest LST i ever done and look the days after that, she is also Beautiful like before and don’t forget, Elsa is an Automatic plant. Thx for this nice week with you … Elsa:-)…,

Black Lobster - Cipher Genetics Week 2 of Bloom 💧 Watered every three days this week, with 3L of RO water, with nutrients mixed individually, in order and then finally, I pH'd the solution to 6.3. I've increased her bloom nutrients again, and I will continue to do that over the next few weeks! ✂️ No work on her this week, I tend to leave my girls alone during the first and second week of bloom. 🌸 Week 2 of bloom and shes growing really well but has remained quite bushy. Her stretch has been the average for the tent and her budsites have the beginnings of flower, so she's well and truly into bloom now! The tent is begining to fill with that beautiful scent, so odour control will have to start soon.
