Raspberry Ripple #1 and #2 (Flowering Plants)- This week really threw me a curveball! I had a major equipment failure. On Wednesday (day 24 of flower) I went to check on the flower room about 3 hours after my lights should have turned on and noticed my S44 Ionboard was not powered on. I quickly began to asses the situation and determined that my actual driver on the light fixture was broken and there was no power running to the light. The light was also my main power source for my controller 69 pro, so it went off as well and was unable to let me know the light was powered off via the app. When I noticed this I called a grow-bro of mine, and asked if I could borrow his Viparspectra Par 700 he had, he purchased the AC Infinity Evo 10 Ionframes and had that light sitting around! Shout out to @Mr. Wowie for the quick save. With his help, I was able to get a light back over my plants within 4 hours. Not ideal but better than it could have been! The next day I was able to purchase and install a used HLG 550 locally. This light is even meaner than my old ionboard! Boasting 480 watts of power from the MeanWell drivers, Samsung LM301H diodes, it was repaired and has an import heat sink, however it doesn't seem to get too hot. It's very similar to my old light and the plants seem to be doing fine, with no signs of herming or extreme stress. This week I noticed both Phenos flowers are really beginning to swell up. By the end of flower I'm sure these nugs will be almost soda can sized. The number 1 Pheno is still purple as can be and has clearly not ceased it's anthocyanin production. The number 2 Pheno caught my eye, or more my nose this week it's giving off an awesome terp profile. It has a bit fruitier of a smell than the #1, sort of like a good peach strain, super lemon haze or good strawberry Pheno. Where it's really in your face. The #1 Pheno is total candy, sweet. Huge diversity in these 2 phenos! Very cool to see. I installed a new Dehumidifier this week to keep up with the humid spring. I purchased an Air Plus 50 pint on sale on Amazon. This dehumidifier works very well and has been doing a wonderful job at managing humidity levels in the flower room. I gave the last feeding of build a flower and tm-7 this week and will be watering with only water and Fish Sh!t from this point unless the plants tell me otherwise. Raspberry Ripple #1 and #2 (Clones)- The clones did not have as interesting of a week, however they have began shooting more branches out and are developing the stereotypical thick Raspberry Ripple stalk, we've come to know and love these last 5 months. They seem to be on a good growth pace to run a perpetual cycle with. I feel they'll be pretty well ready for flower by the time I harvest the original plants. I still plan to keep a mother of each Pheno. Then begin my next Pheno hunt of Whiteberry by Paradise seeds. That pretty much wraps this week's entry up! Until next week, Happy Growing!- Starfish

Day 28. Started seeing stigmas on the plant on the left on day 24, now seeing flowering on the plant on the right and just starting on the plant in the middle. The middle plant sprouted first, the other two came up a few days later. Hoping to see some good stretch soon! Took about three days for the reservoirs to go dry last week. Added top dress along with rock phosphate and top watered each box with one gallon of water including the ferment, recharge, and build a bloom. Added another gallon of water to reservoirs today.

Everything is going great again I started looking at the trichomes under a microscope. On some buds, 90% of the trichomes are clear and 10% are milky to amber On other buds, 80% are clear milky and 20% are milky to amber I think I'll wait another week or so before flushing. The soil pH has stabilized at 6.5 pH and the TDS is 1000-1100 ppm The smell is already quite strong. If I turn off the fan for even 5 minutes, the whole house stinks I think it would have been better to defoliate more aggressively than the last time, but it doesn't make sense now. I don't want to put too much stress on the plant so that all its energy goes into hardening and forming buds. Let's see how it turns out.

Well I'm a bit upset last week I ended up dropping my ph meter in a tank of nutes I was mixing and by the time I got it out the meter was junk. I was planning on flushing the crystal but had to wait another week for the meter. I suppose the good thing to take from this was I found out why I was having issues with my plants. When the new ph meter came in I went to check my run off and my nutes that I had all ready mixed up. It turns out that my meter i had been using this whole grow was off by about -2-2.5 so this whole time I had been feeding the plants at around 3ph smfh. I cant believe they look how they do knowing what went on this whole time. Fastbuds crystal meth is 3days into flush and i will be cutting it down this weekend most likely. Mephisto hubbabubbasmelloscope is smelling like sweet sweet candy and is thick in resin Bighead seeds freeze berry/ blueberry crumble has a dank pungent stank to it and also is frosty but larrfy Big bomb is still growing thick and have bud sites everywhere Now I'm ready for the next batch and ready to get dialed in!

Very happy with the look and smell I'm already getting off the buds. Hairs are starting to turn orange.

Frisian Dew and Shaman are doing splendidly in the larger pots, a success story so far. FD and Shaman in the garden soil are a little behind, but are continuing to develop. Slugs and snails remain a problem, especially after these rainy weeks. Durban Poison from regular seed; a failure so far, perhaps they need the warmer climate in the polytunnel that is being set up. So far I have seen some male Durban Poisons, but which ones are definitely female? It remains exciting. Breeding is different from growing. And the winner is….. Divine Kush! To say the least, she fought the most and she really shined through. If you see the video above 👆 you can see how wowed we are by her, not only because she sprouted her own seed within herself but also because it shows how much moisture she had to deal with and she sort of found an interesting way to disperse of it! We did try to plant her seedling but unfortunately it did not survive but we are still in awe of it happening before our eyes. Nature is amazing and Our Kushy girl is very much appreciated, she has taught us quite a bit this year. WOW 🤩💚✌️ Plz note, we totally forgot to weigh her.

Day 88 ..... lookin good.... she stable in flower now... neuts good, and stable... got her into a beautiful rutinue for the rest of the flower..... really happy with how it's going, .... she's going to be alot of work but will be well worth it, i have tasted her a little, just the trim that had to come off, was enough to taste..... 👍😎 (i posted this on ssh diary, i accidentally posted all the ssh diary stuff to this one first by accident, i'm human, i make mistakes, so i read it thru afew times and its accurate describe the mazar as well, so left it.... i have taken some leafs and tasted the mazar... it's interesting compared to the kush and ssh ... haha (dried the trim, curin in jar, try to add pic if i remember, both mazar ssh) was a new experience goin thru the difficulties of transition to flower in dwc iws system ....... listed general nuets that i am using, however the 1-2 lt mix i put in every day or 2 is mixed up at the time, and is specific every time to ensure the tank remains at 5.8-6.4 ph-1-2k ppm.... i've stopped using the ppm meter for accuracy and use it only to get a general reading... in fact the ph meter and ec/ppm meters are not really workin any more, lol thinkinin will put everything in main tent, it'll double light for both dwc's (280w new leds) and it'll be great to see a mazar F3 growin next to the SSH...... both from new420guy ..... i don't know the guy, and the seeds were handy to come by... lol ... however i looked him up, seems like a cool guy, growin abit of old school.... idk.... thx for passin on the seeds.... :) 👍😎👊

Girls are kicking into pre flower mode

the last week of the growth i will switch them end of the week to 12/12 this grow tent isnt that big so i have to keep them a little bit smaller

6/2 she is in flower and doing well. Not sure how I feel about my lst method. Most of the plant is only a few inches above the soil. She is spread out well and with some tucking and defoliation all the sights are getting good light. 6/3 she is stretching and looking good. She received a top dressing with Gaia green today. Her pot was damp. The next time she needs water, she will get some great white and will see what else I have to dump in the pot. I'm happy with her so far. Top dressing her was a bit of a challenge. She is so low to the soil, that it's hard not to get the amendments on some leaves. Not very important leaves that should probably be removed anyway. She is in flower, so I can probably take some of the lst spikes out. Let her get off the ground some. Have the light turned up to 80 percent. She has been spending a lot of time outside. The sky has been so clear for the past 3 weeks. It's weird there has been no clouds in the sky, until today. She comes inside when the sun starts to go down. 6/4 she seems to be growing well. She is starting to fill the pot and growing up. Buds are coming along, she is starting to be aromatic and smelling nice. 6/5 not much to report today. Cloudy the past few day so she stayed in the house under the se3000 on full blast. She seems very happy, she was fed this week and I expect to see a jump in the next week or 2. 6/7 she is 35 days old today. She has great color and buds look like they're going to be dense. Mesphito clams this is a pungent strain. I did some stem rubbing and the smell seemed very weak. I have a cheese from seed mafia growing in a 1 gallon 1 week younger and is very pungent. Guess that this could all change.

8/21, 8/22 TOASTED TOFFY WAS TREATED WITH PLANT DOCTOR ON THE 22nd. It's been a few days of rainy dreary weather. This morning I went over and did some MORE defoliation on the toasted toffy trying to get all infected leaves off. I then used the rest of the k bicarb on the gmo in the middle. I haven't seen hardly any pm. So that seems to be working. However I don't want septoria to spread through my garden either. Hopfully the plant doctor will take care of the problem. If not I'll get something different. I can make a diy Dr. Zymes or I could just go to the store and buy something specific like trichodermia. The weather has been a fungus nirvana. The conditions couldn't have been anymore perfect for mold development. I'm super impressed with the k bicarb treating the pm. I took tons of pictures yesterday but I've been sick and couldn't upload them. I still need to sanitize and put my supports up. I'll keep this updated with what I'm doing. UPDATE: AFTER UNCKES FUNERAL I WATERED THE SHERB PIE THAT I DIDNT LAST TIME AND THEN I FED. I DIDNT FEED THE TOASTED TOFFY DUE TO IT BEING TREATED WITH PLANT DOCTOR. EVERYTHING GOT A QRT THE 50GAL GOT MORE. TWO GALLONS TOTAL USED. I NOTÌCED SOME SLIGHT PM ON THE GMO IN THE MIDDLE. IT WOULD BE TIME TO TREAT AGAIN ANYWAY. DID A QIICK VIDEO ILL UPLOAD TOMORROW. 8/23 I HAD A CRISIS SITUATION AND I FUCKED UP THE DIARY. I THINK I JUST DIDN'T RECORD WHAT I DID ON THIS DAY. 8/24 I checked the bags and they were heavy. I watered the sherb pie today as it missed the last watering. Everything but the toasted toffy got fed yesterday. I noticed some slight pm on the middle GMO that I've been treating with k bicarb. Just a couple leaves. Looks like a couple spots I missed. I was going to apply it again but I dodnt have time. I'll be back over soon and I'll treat it and do the defoliation needed. Maybe I'll even sanitize and get support up. Since I fed yesterday I don't want to use the plant doctor for a few more days. I'm thinking of treating everything with it. I need to read and see when the next application for toasted toffy is due. Things are really starting to flower. Once I get the work done I may add beastie bloom to my nute line up. EVERYTHING GOT A GALLON EXCEPT THE GMO IN THE MIDDLE IN THE 30, THAT GOT 1.5. SHERB PIE GOT IT YESTERDAY AND ISNT FLOWERING AS VIGEROUS SO IT USES LESS WATER. BEFORE WATERING I WENT THROUGH THE ENTIRE GARDEN AND DEFOLIATED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DEFOLIATED. I HAVE A FEW SMALL LIMBS I SHOULD PRUNE BUT THAT STUFF MAKES GOOD HASH MATERIAL AND ACTUALLY ADDS UP. I gave the gmo in the 30 1.5. THE EVENT HORIZON IN THE MIDDLE COULDVE WAITED UNTIL MORNING BUT AT LEAST I CAN KEEP TRACK OF IT EASIER THIS. MAYBE I SHOULD GIVE THE 50 MORE WATER AT A TIME. IM GETTING YELLOW LEAVES. I THINK ITS PROBABKY SENESCENCE. ITS ABOUT THE SAME TIME EVERY YEAR I START LOSING SOME LEAVES. IT SEEMS TO BE JUST THE SHERB PIE AND THE BIG ONE IN THE 50. THAT PLANT HAS QUARTER SIZE BUDS ON IT THOUGH. ITS AMAZIBG HOW MUCH THE WATER INTAKE CHANGES WHEN ITS 60 OR UPPER 50S WITH HIGH HUMIDITY TO WHEN ITS IN THE 80S ALMOST 90. I HOPE IM NOT WATERING TO OFTEN. ITS BEEN COLD AT NIGHT. IN THE 50S. THE EVENT HORIZON HAS TURNED A NICE PURPLE ON MANY LEAVES. THE GMO'S AND SHERB PIE ALSO ARE TURNING PURPLE AND OTHER FALL COLORS. I SAW WHAT LOOKED LIKE SEPTORIA SPOTS CRAWLING UP KY EVENT HORIZON IN THE BACK. IN GOING TO TREAT IT WITH PLANT DOCTOR TOMORROW. 8/26 Rainy day. I noticed some septoria on the toasted toffy climbing a bottom branch. But it is time to reapply plant doctor. I saw a couple spots on the event horizon and I treated it today with 1/4 gallon of 2tsp per gallon plant doctor. I sprayed the leaves then I used the rest on the soil. The k bicarb is still keeping any pm at bay. I haven't seen a spot. I hope the plant doctor helps the event hotlrizon. I'm not even sure if it has it but I want to be cautious. I'm thinking of treating them all with plant doctor. I'm also going to use beastie bloom on some of the more advanced plants. I wasn't expecting it to rain but it wasn't for at least a couple hours after I sprayed. I ran another support line across the cage. I need to lst both event horizons and defoliate the sherb pie. It's weird but it seems like EVERY day I go over the flowers are bigger! I see birds darting out when I approach. Maybe that's why i haven't been finding pillars. I found ONE hairy one this week trying to escape to the soil on a string. I got him though. We'll see how it goes. If not I have other options for treatments if needed. That plant in the 10 is HUGE.
