Blueberry Headband OJ Cheese Update Dec 29 Day 50 Flower Have noticed an immediate response from the plants after the leaching and light raising. 24” seems to be the magic number. Work up from 30-40% strength at seedling and gradually move up to 75% at the end of veg. By the third to last week of flowering should be at 100%. Have fed the Girls nutes Weds. Cheese got no N as it’s supposedly within three weeks of harvest. Next week will leach heavily and feed only water. The rest of the Girls got the full treatment. NPK and CalMag. This is three days after leaching. Tried leaving the exit fan on so the humidity wouldn’t climb too high during the evening. Turned the heater off as well so it wouldn’t be running constantly as the air was being sucked out anyway. The temp reached 59°F. A tad too cold. The next evening, even though the RH was still high, I left the fan off. Thought the heater was re-plugged in but no. Temp only went down as far as 62°F. Still too low but better. The third night everything was plugged in normally and 65° was the nighttime low. Acceptable. Going to keep the nighttime temp there for the remainder of the grow. Colors should appear. Blueberry Headband is doing well. #1 is sprouting new calyxes from the ground up and the flowers are turning a dark purple. It seems way ahead of #2 which seems to be behind them all. New calyx growth there as well but the buds are much smaller with virtually no red hairs while #1 looks like it’s almost ready to harvest if you were judging by the hairs. The aroma is intoxicating! The Orange Juice is leaping ahead! Looks like it’s getting ready to harvest as well but there has been an explosion of new calyxes and swelling hasn’t started on any of the babes yet. The Cheese may be starting. So, about three weeks for Cheese and 5 weeks for the rest. By my guesstimation, these should’ve been vegged for another two weeks at least. That would be eight weeks! Big learning curve this week as I metered my well water which I’ve been relying on more and more as bottled is expensive. Neither I nor my dog drink it. TDS is over 700 PPM. Almost double the safe consumption level of 400 PPM. Have leached the plants once more extensively using RO water with a final .5Gal of PHed water with SuperThrive. Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next 12 days +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight of flower has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. Her fade is in full swing now and I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of this coming week... I can't wait! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Man what a busy week. I left for a small vacation with the family and left the plants in the care of someone and luckly everything is still alive lol. Then today I almost forgot to post my weekly diary because I was busy build my new grow office and moving all the equipment in. The room I built is where all the plants well eventually end up ones my coco and perlite arrive. The runtz themselves are both doing really good and haven't slowed down much after topping them. Roots are starting to reach the bottom of the 1 gal pots so hopefully I can transplant them I to the autopot system soon. Well happy growing!!!

Hello Diary. The second week of flowering is behind us. I did a little defoliation this week, I honestly didn’t dare remove more leaves and branches, I didn’t know how they would react to it. Maybe I needed more? The temperature is still high, sometimes rising to 29, 30 degrees, but mostly around 28. Humidity in the air is an average of about 55% but sometimes rises to 60%. The problem is frequent rains this summer which creates high humidity in the air and this affects the humidity in the box as well. The flowers are developing nicely, and they have started to smell as well, but let the pictures speak for themselves. The plants are big for my conditions, the 120 x 60 box size is perhaps too small for three plants (two Hulkberries and one Green Gelato), so the real jungle is in the box. It’s already a challenge to take them out every week for a photo shoot, but I try to be as careful with them as possible. The Hulkberry has reached a height of 113 cm which is on the verge of acceptability. If it continues another ten cm, I’ll be in trouble because the lights can’t lift more than this. 18/07/2020. - Day 30. Defoliation. I removed the leaves at the very bottom of the plant to make it easier for me to water them, after that I watered the plants but this time I didn’t put BioBizz, I just watered them with clean water. 21/07/2020. - Day 33. Watering. This time I gave them BioBizz, on schedule for the second week of flowering. I also added CalMag 1.5ml / L, preventively. While they don’t show they’re missing anything, I’ll keep adding CalMag. 23/07/2020. - Day 35. Photography and height measurement. #1 pheno has the same problems as last time. Super purpling stems. I think this one needs a little higher ph. Considering i use r/o water that comes out to 6 and i dont ph. Im thinking that might be the issue for this girl. #2 is starting to ganster lean on some branches. Getting heavier even though they are popcorn buds all the way around the plants. Smells are beautiful. But the Wedding Cake x BBC takes over the room. Its a wonderful mix of smells.

Not much to do with Autos. I take a handful of leaves everytime I'm in the tent. Veg thru 2-3 weeks of flower.

So I thought I was going to harvest last week but I decided not too because there were still a good bit of white pistils and none of the trichomes had turned amber yet so I pushed it another week. Well I still have some white pistils and am thinking gonna let it ride a little bit longer. Just giving it a good flush right now.

shortest plant is 50cm tallest being 95cm. They are all doing wonderfully, most of autos are budding nicely and all of the photoperiods are ready to flower. looking very promising. i am changing my light schedule to 14-10 to kick these girls into flower.. this will give the plants an extra 17% (or so) a day under the lights.rather than 12-12. i cant be fussy as i only have one grow space but if my research is correct these should grow beautifully! the autos are well ahead so shouldnt affect my harvest weight too much. like i say i cant be fussy! thanks for looking

Overall it was a great first time grow. The outcome was smaller than expected. This was caused by the heavy under watering, that stunted the growth of the plant. However the 26g of weed that I got from this harvest is amazing! Smoking is very smooth and the sativa effects are great.

Struggling with nute lock then I over flushed but it seems like it leveled out now. I'm thinking she might only have 1 more week in her. Let me know what you think.

Day 75 - 1/5 - Day 28 - 4 Weeks into flowering. 5-6pH plain water. Day 76 - 1/6 - Day 29 into flowering. 5pH Plain Water to adjust soil pH too high over 6.8; almost 7. 0.5+1 Ferts added. Finally pH restored to 6.5. Day 77 - 1/7 - Day 30 into flowering. Feed 5pH Plain Water. END WEEK 11.

Ok Blue toof is really doing great. She smells of sweet fruit, it is a very nice smell. Raised ppm to 680 she was fine at 600. Defoleated all the bottom. She sure showing her indica traits. The leaves are nice and fat. Her stem has gotten nice and fat also. It is the biggest of the bunch. I really like the shape and branches are also nice and fat. Hung the second light. So let the show go on.

OK guys I'm back after being away for 2 weeks. I've proceeded to a final transplantation into a 9L AirPot container, right before I left for vacations. I also added a canopy-ring in order to open up the plant and start some LST without adjusting strings everyday. A friend was in charge of the grow room while I was away, and she did a pretty good job. The GBK is healthy, with a vigorous growth, she has 8 main summits and the lower parts were pruned. She will remain under vegetative stage for 1~2 weeks before flipping into 12/12 light schedule. I can't wait to see her full of buds! Thanks for stopping by 👊

Scusate se ho saltato delle settimane del diario ma ho altre 60 piante a cui stare dietro alle legature dei rami,ho applicato il fimming in fioritura e i fiori sotto si sono gonfiati provate per credere,non dovete tagliare molto ma solo i primi 2 mm del fiore,le piante orange sherbet sono state coltivate in contenitori diversi,uno air pot da 11 lt ed è la pianta già pronta per la raccolta,e l'altra in uno smart pot da 20 lt e la pianta sta ancora crescendo e formando i fiori,bellissima genetica,agli inizi pensavo male per via della grandezza,ma devo dire che è molto resistente e cresce molto se gli dai lo spazio. The first in breaking the shield was the pheno number 2 on this pair of jack orange! Let's see how they keep developing!! Out of the 2 seeds that I started only one was good and I decided to discard the #1 because of a deformation or a genetic fail. So I just kept #2, hope you like this strain!
