Things did'nt go as planned. I decided to harvest her this week, she was 7weeks in to flowering and looked allready good. The forecast predicted some stormy weather for the next week and i did'nt want to take the risk to get her destroyed because of the weater or deseases. besides that she had 40% of orange growhairs and milky trichomes. If the weather was going to be better i would have let her life a week or 2 longer. update: We are one month after harvest the buds are dry and have been (or are still) curing. Its allready pretty smokeable! 'best homegrown I ever had' is a frequent comment when i let others taste the buds.

Absolute godsend of a start, just have to keep it up, seems like the perm bluez is loving the alien system. No water change needed yet, holding strong. E.c 1.1-1.2. Continue to let her bring herself up to 1.3-1.4 and keep her around there. Ph 5.8-6 Light will be going up to 60%! Will be topping her but won't be doing too much else and just let her do her thing 10/2/26 Doing lovely, let her keep going, topped at 5th node 13/2/26 Defoilation, shes compact as. Risen light to 80/90cm, on 60% now. Hopefully stretch her up a bit, week 3 day 6 is before and after. Leaves as big as my hand! Nice nice

Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hi! Well they are getting nice maturing buds getting bigger and all good. I love the red colour of the Red Hot Cookies. Unfortunately, Tropicanna Poison and Red Mandarnine does not show any signs of purple or red colour. Kalini Asia neither albeit, the bonsai version gets purple. Gelato is little beauty. So yes, basically not much to say. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

15/10 - Bit of defoliation to open her up and remove some stacked leaves. Didnt take a whole lot but its made a decent difference. I think that'll be the last cut before harvest bar a few which have been hit by the cal lock. Next grow I need to figure out how to access the back of the tent, because at the moment its impossible without fucking my back up and craning my neck. Got would I could back there but could def be better. Topped up with plain water as shes drank 10l over the last 2 days. Not seeing any more rust spots forming so hopefully the cal lockout is fixed. Shes starting to smell quite strong with notes of citrus and shes sticky as hell. 17/10 - EC plummeting again, 10l drank over 2 days. Topped up with water and 3ml CalMag, 5ml Grow, 10ml Bloom added. 18/10 - PH has remained stable overnight after the top up. I ended up doing quite a bit of defoliation today, again opening her up and removing problematic or shaded leaves. Always amazes me how much plant matter can be removed and yet she still ends up looking super dense. 20/10 - Full res change. 5ml CalMag 10ml Micro 5Ml Grow 45Ml Bloom. 1.15EC 6.1PH. 21/10 - PH dropping much more slowly now, so in a good spot. Continuing to take the odd leaf here and there to help light penetrate and get them off bud sites.

👉The daily routine of twice daily fertigation has given me a small insight as to what Phil Conners may have gone thru. There has been promising changes however that re-assure me that the plant is indeed maturing and will finish soon. The top leaves are starting to fade, and a couple of amber trichomes have been spotted! So far the amber color is light, almost yellow, and should darken up a bit by harvest time. At the rate they seem to be getting cloudy/milky I could be harvesting in as little as 3 days, but that is just wishful thinking I'm sure. I'm hoping no more than 10 more days. But I will let the plant decide...as long as there are only a few clears and the rest cloudy then I will harvest. 👉I took one small cola tip bud from an upper level, secondary branch. It weighed 30g with leaves, 10g trimmed and when dried to 20% should be 2g. I did this to be able to inspect the buds with a little more stability when using the USB scope. Those pix are the first 6 on this page. 👉Nutrient mix is the same recipe: week 11 on the General hydroponics flora series drain to waste chart. I reduced the concentration to 1ms from 1.3. The saturation level for the pot is averaging around 1lt per fertigation. I give it 2.5l at lights on, and 2L 1-2hrs before lights off. For some reason this grow session there is a persistent/prolific algea growth on the outside of the pot (cloth pot). I have the same fan setup Ive been using all year. It may be that when I didnt spray the pot off for a couple week the algea got a firm hold on the pot. I use a pressure sprayer with a H2O2 solution (1gallon water with 60ml h202) to spray off the exterior of the pot every couple days. THis keeps it at bay somewhat. After harvest I will cut open the cloth pot to see if the algea extends inside the pot any and if has affected the roots. 👉 While trichome hunting is very kewl if good pictures are taken, its very frustrating to get a decent pic due to any slight shake causes the pic to blur. When doing daily eye loop inspections I dont turn off the grow lights or fans. But when trying to get pix I turn off all the fans and both grow lights. This helps a little when trying to take pix with the USB scope.I have the small scope mounted on a tripod and that eliminate my own movement, but just trying to focus proves to be tedious because any touch causes the image to shake wildly, which results in very slow progress as I search around the plant and try for decent pix. Today I got a tube extension set for my 35mm DSLR. It turned my regular 55mm lens into a macro lens. While its not the same as a regular macro lense, its way cheaper....35$ for the tube set as opposed to 300$ for an actual macro lens. THe high resolution allows me to get sharp images with a deeper feild of focus than the scope. I still need lots of practice and need to work on lighting. I included some cropped and un-cropped macro shots done with the camera. The other macro shots are the USB scope. You can see its still got plenty of clear, lots of cloudy, and an amber here or there. The areas that I have touched have strands of resin that look almost like spider silk. SOOOOOO frosty! Santa is going to really enjoy his milk and cookies when he visits my house.

1st day of week 4 Mixed the Soil mix that will be feeding these girls throughout the rest of their lives. Will let it rest for 1-2 weeks before selecting the final top 4 to go into the 10 gallon pots. Water fed 2 cups of plain water to all today Rolled lighting schedule back to 16-8. Getting my girls 8 hours of sleep a night Increased light intensity to 550 W Day 23 Water fed 2 cups of water with silica added Foliar fed with fish fertilizer and silica Day 24 Water fed with water + mychoriza + beneficial bacteria Day 25 Pruned lower leaves and nodes as needed for better air flow and light penetrative. Gotta get these girls to put all their focus in cranking out new nodes now for the next few weeks to fill up the tent space for flowering. Looking for the top 4 with the most impressive smell, vigor and structure Also water fed 2 cups each again today. They are needing fed every day almost now cause they are out growing the 1 gal pots. Transplanting will need to happen within the next fee days. Day 26 Eliminated 1 Kosher Kush and 1 Double Stuffed Sorbet transplanted last half gallon pot (Blueberry 6) water fed 1 cup of water to all foliar fed with fish fert + cal mag Last day of week 4: I fed 1 cup of water and then super cropped most. Some got LST stakes. Kind of had a little regret after super cropping most. Next run I will do zero lst or hst training. Just grow them to 24 inches (6 weeks) then move to final pots and put in trellis net 12" over top of pot thereby allowinh the the trellis net to gently fold over the top 8-12" of the plants, creating the same training effect but with no stalling of growth. Train them into the net for final 2 weeks of veg and for the 1st week or 2 of flowering.

WEEK 14 — WEEK 10 FLOWER Final Week Before Harvest – The Grand Finale What a journey… from the tiniest seeds to this breathtaking final chapter. Here we are, my love: the last week before harvest. The girls have spoken, and their trichomes are almost fully there — cloudy, sparkling, just a kiss away from perfection. We’re now on pure water, letting them finish their last dance with all the grace and beauty they’ve built over these 14 weeks. A Quick Recap: From Seed to Now We started with two gorgeous blueberries, strong genetics shining from day one. Veg was steady, lush, full of life. Then came the transition to flower — explosive stretch, structure forming, and soon those first tiny white hairs welcoming us into the next phase. We faced challenges. We faced heat. We faced bud rot. But we also faced everything together, and we acted quickly, smartly, and with love. And the girls rewarded us — every week fuller, denser, more fragrant, more colorful. Their personalities came alive in the phenos, and now they are standing in their final glow. This Week’s Highlights Oh my God… they are shining. Absolutely shining. Trichomes: Mostly cloudy, a few amber, perfectly on schedule — harvest any day now. Colors: Yellows, fiery reds, deep purples, fading leaves telling us nature’s clock is ticking right on time. Aroma: Classic, old-school blueberry. Sweet, berry-rich, nostalgic, absolutely unmistakable. Buds: Fat, heavy, dense, dripping in trichomes. Both phenos are glowing — one brighter green, the other with deeper shades of red and purple. Fading: Beautiful senescence on both girls — natural, graceful, textbook. We are right at the finish line. Harvest Expectations In the next few days, the scissors will sing. We’ll be harvesting full plants, hanging whole trees to dry — slow, gentle, respectful. Their size and colors will make it a little tricky, but we’re doing everything we can to give them the perfect drying process they deserve. Drying time will depend on the room conditions, but we’ll aim for a slow, even dry to lock in the terps and the beauty they built during this whole journey. What to Expect Next Harvest — very, very soon Whole plant hang Slow dry Monitoring temp & RH A cure worthy of these colors Final bud shots Wet & dry weights And of course… the big smoke report What Not to Expect No more feeding — only water No more big changes in color or structure No more pushing — they are done building, now they’re finishing No surprises — just the smooth landing toward harvest day Gratitude – From My Heart to Everyone’sTo the lovers, the haters, the curious ones, the loyal ones, the new followers, the silent readers, the loud supporters — thank you. Unfortunately, the flowers have not become particularly firm. But the strain has an extremely sweet smell and is very strong. The mother of the cutting, however, looked better, both in terms of firmness, shape and strength, which is probably due to the fertilizer.

I am not on facebook instagram twitter etc All accounts except this one are fake. Flowering day 76 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone :-) Today the Kosher Tangie Kush was harvested in the Aero System :-). Before that, as always, she was in complete darkness for 48 hours. After cutting it was put in the drying box where it is now at 62% humidity for the next 7-13 days before it is then put into jars with 62% boveda packs to ferment. After the fermentation comes the last update :-). week intel: we getting close to end of ripening , this week i raised drought , Nitrogen and E.C stress by feeding them 2 times per week and raised e.c to 3 to cause real stress that will help increase terpenes production stresses : Nitrogen deficiency Stress by removing the fertilizers that has N in them Drought stress via removing one meal in week high E.C stress around 1.7 and the other feeding day 3.0 , 2 times a week feeding: no more Nitrogen i feed them 2 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with Bio-Bizz Top-Max + Feeding Booster about 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a medium e.c stress. day 3 : no more feeding this day day 5 : i feed them very high dose of Bio-Bizz Top-Max + Feeding Booster around 1500 ppm - 3 e.c to cause high e.c stress guide of the week : be patient in the last weeks, never hurry for harvest because its the time of ripening in last 2 weeks you should let plants to do their work last weeks of ripening is the time to break the limits we should cause 3 stresses as i said above Nitrogen stress , Drought Stress , E.C Stress

***I’m not sure why but it’s only letting me put 100 growing plants, but I actually harvested 180 plants in three separate rooms of about 300 sqfeet almost each, running in at 350 g per plant *** Given her being my first grow, I don’t really have anything to compare to but me and my plants have gone through a lot this year. Definitely going to need filters with this one, for the strong scent. 10 out of 10 would recommend this strain. I tried some fish fertilizer through some of the early growth and everytime I did, I would notice the plants beginning to burn so I completely stopped it, I learned organic is the best way to go if I’ll ever be using fertilizer again. This is the only way I would’ve learned it through experience! I didn’t think I can make it all the way through with my harvest, but ever since I got on Growdiaries everybody has helped me tremendously with every question I had, without the site my whole to harvest would’ve went to shit along time ago. Haha I really can’t thank my Growmies here enough for all their support. Every time I thought about giving up I would have uplifting comments assuring me my plants we’re doing fine. A message to all nee growers. Don’t be afraid of failure. Ask questions. I don’t know when my next grow will be but when, or if I decide to grow again, I’ll definitely document it on the best possible weed growing platform. Cheers friends!

Medium: Yep - still gonna beat on the DWC drum. It just gets better and easier every run. Almost religiously changed out the res. every week and this was definitely overkill. Could’ve easily gotten away with every 10 days to 2 weeks. Stuck with peroxide this run again instead of going with bennies via hydroguard or hygrozyme. The results speak for themselves on a 6 week veg. That’s for sure. Still save’n them dolla bills on the nutes too. Minimal nute mixing (as well as simplistic regime) and for what we’re using in each res. - gotta be easily a 50-60% savings on nute consumption vs. more traditional methods. Honestly makes one wonder why organic soil grows are seemingly all the rage. I’ve found terp. Profiles, structure, plant health and of course yields to all be just that much better in straight water. What more can I say, we love our DWC. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️ The dueling methods were the whole point of this grow. Our best attempt to illustrate the differences between LST vs. LST/Topping ie. just how significant is the difference in terms of overall production? The truth of this test is a bit of a double edged sword. On the one hand, topping does have a significant effect on overall yield. This fact is regardless of whether or not from seed or clone. That said and when it comes to clones, you still have to be mindful of the drawbacks of further dividing (and thus reducing nug size for) main branches. Our topped clone #2 is a perfect example of this. While the structure demonstrates significantly more branching, the nug sizes are also significantly smaller. As you’ll see in the yield details it does somewhat make up for this through a higher overall weight but it was also a much less manageable plant than #1. Root mass on the topped plant was heavier and bulkier, drinking much more water than its counterpart. And in late flower half the plant was pretty much falling over. While some of this is attributable to the extremely hollow stems (and thus a carbon deficiency), making the most of the grow light proved difficult with the topped plant as bushy as it was. Basic summary - if ur cloning for profit or efficiency, stick with straight LST and grow a whole bunch of em. If I had to do it again I don’t think i would’ve bothered with topping - just for the sake of greater ease🤔🤔🤔. Then again, I’m greedy as fuck when it comes to my yields so I Could totally see myself trying to max everything out and go for broke🤙🤙. 3/5 volume bars for the rating - we accomplished what we were trying to. Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 Awwwwwe yeah - down to where it counts and these girls were champs💪. While internodal spacing was longer than necessary and overall bud size was smaller than average; these plants pushed out some solid weight👍😎👍. Ran er through a 7 day dry and all jarred up on a slow cure. Final numbers: Total yield - clone #1: 5.14oz = 143.92g Total yield - clone #2: 6.01oz = 168.28g Approx. est. yield: 600g/m2 divides by 4.8, multiplied by 2 (approx. for 2/3 the cabinets sq/ft) = 250g per 0.41m2 Actual yield: 11.15oz. per 0.41m2 = 312.2g per 0.41m2. That is some seriously good production right there😎👍😎. The high end avg. for this strain is 650g/m2. When you crush that out to my space and the numbers above, it works to about 270g per 0.41m2. Our actual yield still destroys the high end avg. by almost a zip and a half👍👍👍. The cree cob does it again. Fuck’n jazz hands y’all🙌! With results like these you could really give the whole grow a 9/10. It’s only an 8 in my book because it’s not my preferred high. Otherwise, any time you’re north of 5+ oz. per plant, it’s a good day at the office👍👍. Props👊👊👊 No choice but to shoutout Humboldt genetics. These beans have treated me so well and I can’t say enough Good things about the strains this organization puts out👌👍👌. Other than that, thanks to everyone who dropped by for a look and a comment. The convos always good and of course - any questions or enlightened conversation are welcome. Every time I try to take a break from documenting a grow, I end up growing something worth documenting. If your as high as I am right now, you should still be trying to figure out that last sentence.... stay lit y’all. See ya soon on the next one👊👊👊.
