Week 8 flower

What up family, weekly update on the beautiful ladies. I did a major defoliation this week as they'll be getting the chop soon. They smell funky from the Guava yet sweet from the Runtz, so I think it'll make some amazing extracts. All in all Happy Growing.

And im in first flowering Week since last sunday, so far i really can't complain. Everything looks healthy and fine. Plant 3 is still kinda weaker/slower and Plant 4 seems to want to do some sativa things and grows up like hell but oh well, at least Plant 1 and 2 just grow as they should. This week i made the Bio Tabs compost tea for the first time and the plants seem to love it. Each one received 500ml if it. Can't wait to see the results at the end of the run. Again thanks to Bio Tabs for sending it out so i can test it. Humidity was pretty high because of constant rain this week, but it seems like i have made it through it, now just to make sure to finish this run before the summer heat will come. I removed a few leaves here and there because they were stacking or blocking light, i will defoliate in 1-2 weeks for real. Sadly Plant 4 needed an even higher stool then last weeks, so it's on the same height as the others. It was getting not enough light this deep down. That is also because why the scrog net does look like it does right now. I try to make it more "appealing" tonight, but i don't want to break anything and it works like it should right now, so yeah it looks stupid but it's alright. Well, as it's been 8 full weeks now it's time to change to flora, today the 24th of July 2023 I'm changing the time from vega to flora so they will take 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness thus starting the flowering phase, today I should have watered with top bloom from top crop but it ended up that I watered only with water and I'll wait for the next watering I'll already water with top bloom from top crop and let's see what these beautiful girls do, I was going to leave another time in vega another two weeks apparently i'm going to move so i don't know if i'm going to have much time left in this house so i'm going to take advantage of the time i have and already putting them to bloom

Her leaves are forming perfect…you can see the kush genetics from her broad leaves.

Great easy grow, took well to led grow and nutrients never needed to step back. Needed support fairly early on in grow. Heavy flowers not massive but I guess loaded with oils and good stuff. No apple smell or taste with these two phenos at all. Both super heavy chem affairs. One however tastes a lot like gorilla glue, it is one of the parents. This cultivar has shot straight to the top of my lists of grow again. It’s pure fire.

Die Ice Cream Haze performed mega und dass Aroma Profil ist unbeschreiblich. Süß, ein wenig wie Zuckerwatte und Schockofrüchte mit einem leichten Zitronen Haze Aroma. Ehrlich gesagt, kann ich es kaum erwarten, diese unfassbar Aromatische Sorte zu testen. Sehr viele glitzernde Trichome und funkelnde Zuckerblätter. Ein echter Hingucker.

On day 1 week 2 flower the Gals are really stretching now, hope I have enough room 😂They seem to be taking the flower nutes well even without a transition phase 😀. On day 3 the gals have stretched so much they are within 6 in of my light hoping The stretch will slow down soon yikes 😱. I defoliated the lower and upper canopy to bring in more light and air flow. On day 6 the stretch seems to be slowing down. I increased my light intensity from 75% to 100% to see if I can halt anymore stretching. I also bent my highest colas down as they were touching the grow light 😂. On day 7 flower clusters are forming and the stretch has slowed. I will continue to bend over the tallest colas and do my best to manage the canopy without too much loss of yield. It looks like some of my colas might get light stressed/burnt. There is not much else I can do except learn from my mistakes...next time I would flip the plants earlier and give them stronger light intensity before flowering stretch. The top leaves are canoeing so I reduced light intensity back to 75% to see if they improve. I got my first clog in my blumat systems main line... I will be switching to liquid based fertilizers for the next run as I believe my fertilizer caused the clog. I released the clog by using a pipette filled with water. I took the pipette and squeezed liquid through the main line exiting my reservoir. Then the lines were running smooth 😂

Hello, Day 77, Flower Phase , PGK, Final weeks of flower phase ongoing, Plant starting change color some leaves I can see some purple colors and mostly yellowish color. Trichomes still slightly cloudy and buds looks grate, smells also like tropical Mango ))) Temp is ok and TH also good at 65% these days. Thanks. She can take more oxygen 😂 I do sometimes some small defoliation. Blütewoche 7: Nachdem ich den Großteil meiner Frustration über den Fehlschlag verarbeitet hatte, entschied ich mich dazu den Plan doch nochmal zu überdenken und separierte die gezwitterte Übeltäterin ins leere Nebenzelt um diese schonmal auf die letzte Reise zu schicken. Wie man auf den Bildern erkennen kann kontrollierte ich die Pflanzen an Tag 100 noch einmal genaustens auf Pollensäcke. Diese ließen auch nicht all zu lange auf sich warten und es waren doch mehr als gedacht. Aber als ich mir die Terpene anschaute und feststellte, dass der Großteil schon milchig ist und die Pflanze im Vergleich zur ChocolateHaze beispielsweise von Samen wirklich verschont ausschaut, stellte ich mir folgende Frage.. Ist es unter diesen Umständen nicht sinnvoller , die Pflanze zu nehmen wie sie ist und dafür das Risiko zu minimiere nur noch mehr Samen zu züchten? Natürlich würde ich sie lieber noch 2 Wochen in Blüte lassen, aber wer weiß wie viel Müsli in 2 Wochen nachkommen können.. Ich will es nicht herausfinden 😒😅 Also bereitete ich einen letztzen Trank zu, welcher der Pflanze für die kommenden Tage etwas " beruhigen " sollte. - To be Continued -

Only 1 feeding this week no watering, I will water orange today pot drying out quicker than banana. I've done some light defoiliation on lower branches of both plants.

D57/FD29 - So, at the last few days of week 4, the SCP had a good push to itself...put on about 6-9" so had to do some bending/leaning of some pretty stiff stems. Unfortunately the only way for them to go was towards the tent walls so drops the light but they're getting WAYYYY over the DLI they should be getting without supplementation of CO2 but its not doing them too much harm. They're drinking a ton but not taking on as much feed (as I've come to expect now in flower) so dropped the base and bloom by 10% (same recommended ratio of 1:1) and kept the PK9/18 booster in there at (what would be recommended) strength for this week...its the same as last week but week 1 (week 4 of flower) of PK9/18 should have been double...didn't want to overdo it as when I used recommended strength 1st time I got it, it created some serious root zone acidification (Which could have been all the K getting used up but was a mare getting the pH up from 4.something every day!!!). Did my usual root flush/wash before adding feed as the EC had crept up to 2.2 (and I know from experience, that starts messing with your numbers if you don't wash that out right) and took about 50L-60L to get the tank to 0.3EC (base is 0.2) was was a lot of salt sitting on/in the roots. Had a ton of underscreen dead leaf to pick up and just cut some wee straggly offshoots (I know, bad idea in flower but they were basically dead/no nutritional value left so basically a bug magnet). Still waiting on Bluelab to send me the RMA approved pH pen...been 2 weeks now since the RMA was approved and still no postage - using an "essentials" pH meter and just dipping in Calibration Fluids between each feed add to ensure some accuracy (As you can see from my recipe page, I like to know what the feed does to the pH - also gives an idea on what they're feeding on when you see pH swings in a different direction that expected). Geekbeast also got back to me. In all fairness, I've been dealing with them direct (Got the light fixture from Alibaba, direct from China - big gamble, right???) and they have been more than helpful. I have been telling them about the light randomly coming on at 5% (lowest brightness) and provided evidence; turns out someone else now noticed the same issue with the Remote App controlled variant and they believed it was a loose control board/wire. They said they did some stuff and that fixed it but I also thought mine was fixed by forcing the dimmer to 0% and it still randomly happened (even though it didn't do it for weeks) so the other person may still get a surprise!! 😋 So, I took out the driver today, pulled out the control board and all wires seemed good and no looseness in the control board (although it does look slightly bent as the Spade for the IR/UV switch isn't fully bedded in). But, like I say, in all fairness to Geeklight, they're posing me a new control board tomorrow from China AND giving me the longer driver cables so as I can put the driver outside of the tent! Give me a bit more room for my Flower Initiator and great to see them honouring the Warranty. Apart from that, wish the SCP would start to set flowers better, they're still looking a bit weak up top but stems appear to be stacking. Hopefully now that last push happened (and hopefully all pushed out!!!!), they will concentrate on buds only...this may be a 10+ week-er - which again, cant really afford as growing tent is drying tent!!! Its supposed to be a 75% indica so would expect bigger/quicker flowering but not showing too many symptoms of being mostly indica...maybe not quite a fully stable genetic line yet?? I dunno but its running slower like a sativa - even with the flower initiator and the late push would maybe imply that too??? Funnily, its tent mate, Red Hot Cookies is 60% sativa and has set flowers quite well so far - showing colour to the tips of the pistils...just wish it would start turning pink!!! Anyway, think that's enough s**te chatted by me!!! Happy growing all!!! 💪

***I’m not sure why but it’s only letting me put 100 growing plants, but I actually harvested 180 plants in three separate rooms of about 300 sqfeet almost each, running in at 350 g per plant *** Given her being my first grow, I don’t really have anything to compare to but me and my plants have gone through a lot this year. Definitely going to need filters with this one, for the strong scent. 10 out of 10 would recommend this strain. I tried some fish fertilizer through some of the early growth and everytime I did, I would notice the plants beginning to burn so I completely stopped it, I learned organic is the best way to go if I’ll ever be using fertilizer again. This is the only way I would’ve learned it through experience! I didn’t think I can make it all the way through with my harvest, but ever since I got on Growdiaries everybody has helped me tremendously with every question I had, without the site my whole to harvest would’ve went to shit along time ago. Haha I really can’t thank my Growmies here enough for all their support. Every time I thought about giving up I would have uplifting comments assuring me my plants we’re doing fine. A message to all nee growers. Don’t be afraid of failure. Ask questions. I don’t know when my next grow will be but when, or if I decide to grow again, I’ll definitely document it on the best possible weed growing platform. Cheers friends!

Hehehe che dire! Pe so che le.foto.si commenti o da sole! L'odore di vaniglia e qualcosa di allucinante! Dopo 14 giorni di lavaggio (10 con flawess finish e 4 solo acqua a 200ppm) ha preso un colore autunnale stupendo! Tra tutte sicuramente salta molto all'occhio....gli ultimi due giorni l'ho lasciata denutrita in modo che capisse che stesse arrivando la sua fine ed oggi ha ricevuto il suo colpo di grazia 😔..... Pulita completamente da ogni tipo di foglia di zucchero il peso complessivo (senza rami e rametti) sono di 334g...molto molto soddisfatto del risultato e del prodotto finale! Pe. Sto che da me adesso fa caldo e non riesco a fare scendere la temperatura di più la sera per darli un colore un po' più violaceo...ma forse era un fenotipo proprio così, ma non mi interessa il colore onesto, l'importante e il risultato finale e sono veramente molto contento! Grazie infinite a fast Buds per l'opportunità che mi dà ogni giorno facendomi coltivare le loro genetiche e spero che questo diario possa essere di aiuto a qualcuno...un altro ringraziamento va sicuramente alla parte più importante del progetto, il pubblico!
