This week has been stressful for me. I discovered 3 types of bug invaders.. I had some fungus gnats some spider mites and also some thrips... Bastards! I have deployed predators to deal with the canopy in the form of Amblyseius cucumeris and Amblyseius swirskii. I also deployed a platoon of lacewing larvae. For the fungus gnats I used nematodes watered into the root system. I now need to keep an eye for any further signs. I lost a lot of leaf to the pests I hope I did not take to much but anything I chopped was eaten and dead already. She needed a trim anyway and I did discover a load of bud sites that were covered up. I plan to strip the flower room out after this grow and do a deep clean and reseal everything. This will also be the last grow using biobizz range as I do. I was told before that I don't need to use all their product line and I feel I know what I like and need now. Day 31 (from sprout): Upon my return, I found that the plants were underwatered given they are in living soil this was especially bad. The first thing I did was to defoliate and to install a new trellis net. Sadly I was tired and couldn’t reach / see my plants well and ended up cutting off two valid branches from the gorilla skittlez

This Strawberry Banana is really taking off!! She has a few rust spots so I flushed last night and just fed her some cal-mag, well see how she does. Her buds are really really starting to stack up.

Upgraded to 400 watt hps, running a little hot but plants seem to be happy.😊

Beginning of week 3. Great development good healthy color.

This OGgelato is a champ! Not the heaviest producer, but its been a real pleasure and was easy to grow. No matter what nutrients I throw at her, or aggressive pruning, she bounces right back. This week I found bud rot on one of my other plants in the greenhouse but this plant has so far been resistant and is healthy. I thinned the canopy and defoliated out quite a bit to create more air flow. I now have fans on 24/7 and sprayed with a mycorrizhal fungicide that suppresses botrytis. Also this week I have stopped pulling the tarp on and off each night (for total darkness) because it seemed to trap in too much humidity at night. The humidity outside has been 80-90% for over a week! And the rain was so heavy all last week. This week is slightly warmer with less rain so hoping we can make it. The trichomes are starting to get milky. I imagine I have 1-2 weeks left but am not sure. This has been a pleasurable experience for sure, but this is stressful right now! The smell is so strong you can smell it on my block. You can see *everything* from the alleyway adjacent to the greenhouse. I'm worried about mold and thiefs and can not wait for this to be dried and in jars!

This is the last week of flowering, the harvest will happen this week as well. Nothing unusual, I am giving them water for the last 1,5 weeks already.

I dunno I just work here. This week I have mostly been eating Death Stars. If you have grown morning glories you know how indiscriminate they are to wreath and coil around as they grow, I had expected to be fighting off and hacking at it to leave the Mary J alone, but to my surprise...... it's as if they have an understanding, leaving it alone. The ladybug I found outside in the cold a few weeks back happened to be a female, I have only seen 1 larvae so far which is now a light orange ladybug with spots and all. From what I read up on lady beetles they dump eggs and are done with it and can lay several dozen at a time. I could have sworn she and her baby were working in tandem though I had seen them one morning on the vines, they seemed quite content to live here, the tent being wide open for long periods, and they seemed uninterested in flying anywhere. Seems odd she only had 1 beetle baby though, maybe I just haven't seen more than 2 at a time. I love them though, efficient little Duracell terminators that never cease, apparently, the main breed that many garden stores sell is a species prone to flying away. Thank you Terrance for all your diligent work in helping to keep the garden clean and pest-free. It turns out, the ladybug isn’t named for any particular female trait it possesses. Rather, it is named for a specific lady- the Virgin Mary. Why? This isn’t precisely known. Still having fun growing. From my point of view she looks beautiful. Not sure if I should be concerned about the density of the buds. But I guess it's gonna be alright. I was flushing all the plants since August 9. You can see in the videos with de microscope ( I really try my best, but it was pretty difficult) the trichomes looks cloudy and some of them looks amber. Maybe in the videos you can't see it because my hand was really shaky. August 17: all the plants were in dark. August 18: i cleaned all the plants, buds, leafs, everything..., spraying water to remove the rests of potasic soap. Today august 18, during the nigth, i'm going to harvest all the ladies. In the past 3 days i didn't watering the plants and the smell was stronger. August 19: Before dry -Critical Kush: 150g -Red dwarf: 60g -Syrup (2 plants): 270g -Lemon (4 plants): 570g
