It was a wonderful journey, I really had the honor of doing this girl many times, this time even close to the Monster Zkittlez with which they generated the Runtz who was also in the grow. Super modern family situation, I wanted to try to figure out which one I liked best, and I still haven't been able to. at least I'm still tasting Runtz's first flowers and it's heavenly but the freshly picked Gelato and the upcoming Zkittlez are scary just to see them. Super resin, it really looks fake, I also have some macro photos that will make you cry. The resin is everywhere the trichomes are even in the largest leaves the scent is of the garden of eden. wow. Show. Really nice. It was freshly cleaned I want to try to do the resin the first time and then I have freshly cleaned and hung the whole girl upside down under the crop data next week when I clean and can give the detail. Gorgeous. Before being collected, she did two music therapy days, one of which in the dark with frequencies for plants and together we listened: 1 - Paolo Conte - "Gelato" al Limon 2 - Raekwon - Ice Cream to stay on the "Geato" theme and then all the M83 discography to be collected with the very famous Outro of Interstellar really seems to pass to a better life listening to that stuff. I am waiting to start some more seeds I already have them but another tent is needed and a couple of leds, good ones. It will take a few weeks to sort and as usual I have some inspections on the house I need to try and time carefully around 🤔 I did have 2 during this grow the first was in veg luckily they grew in a closet the second was week 3 flower (don't ask) The smell didn't stink out the room like the wedding cake did so I will try and cure this as long as possible to last this as close to next harvest as possible 😅 my cats didn't eat my plants this time so thats another bonus. Need to look into getting a proper air circulation for the new tent I used a fan the whole time my tent was wide open I want to have it sealed next time so I can fully zip it closed ffs lol defo would recommend this strain but I don't think they stock these anymore 😕 I got a coupe seeds from the first plant I was right the pic of the top bud a few weeks ago you can see the seed just about forming after the branch got broken off we will live and learn 😉

It survived the holiday! Roots and plant looking healthy 👍 I Topped it as soon as I came back and plan to start LST when the branches start to stretch.

This week I had to Lollipop again (I know is very late and I hope I didn’t stressed the plant to much). My canopy is so tick and so many overlapping leaves and buds in the center of the plant that don’t receive enough light or any at all , n combination with the RH swings that I got going on (45 and 63 RH), I’m very afraid of mold. I should have did a better job at Lollipoping from day 21. I’m inexperienced grower and I didn’t knew better. I decided is better to risk to shock the plant a little bit risking a reduction in yield then get mold or pests and lose it all. My 30 pin dehumidifier works great with the AC but sometimes when the AC( compressor) stops my RH jump at 62% -63%, witch I don’t like . I’m trying to keep the humidity around 50% but in such a small room between the AC and Dehumidifier I got big swings in temp ( 75-82) and RH ( 45%-63%) witch is not ideal but is nothing that I can do. I played with the AC and Dehumidifier setting a lot trying to keep humidity around 50% and temp around 80 degrees and that’s the best I can. My AC is set at 82 degrees and my Dehumidifier is set at 45% RH. Also during the lights off (day time) is very hard to keep the temperature In control when outside is 110-115 degrees with my portable AC (1400BTU) in the 4x 6 closet. Is crazy but I do my best to keep temp under control. This is another rocky mistake I made is trying growing weed DWC in the middle of summer where temps are 105-115 degrees constant in a closet without centralized AC port and at second level in the building. LOL Also I think I underfed her (630 PPM TDS, PH 5.8-5.9) ) and I got a Ca deficiency witch I think is the reason my flowers developed slower then I anticipated. Hopefully I’m wrong and everything will be good. P.S. I got a little bit of calcium deficiency caused by salt buildup (to much PK boost) despite my earlier belief that is underfed. I increased the PPM from week 4 (630-640TDS) to 680 TDS) on week 5 while I kept the PK booster at 3+ml l per gallon. Slightly my PPM’s was rising in my reservoir for few days until I decided that my plant can’t take that much nutrients (PK). 2-3 days after I increased the TDS I’ve noticed more spots on the lower leaves with tip burns on top ( first signs of PK toxicity). One day later found spots and yellowing of the leaves on top of the plant that indicates Ca deficiency caused by salt buildup ( PK toxicity) and reversed osmosis (hope I’m not wrong). Going into week 6 I lowered the PK boost at 1.5ml / gallon and total TDS to 640 PPM. Seems like leaves damage to stop and my PPM to stay stabile at 630-640. Trying to keep PH at 5.8 max 5.9. I will post pictures of my Ca deficiency/ PK toxicity. If you guys have any suggestions please leave me a comment.

Week update : I'm adding Bio-Grow to the feeding. I will slowly switch from fish-mix to bio-grow during the flowering. I'll probably stop Fishmix in one or two weeks. I also switched from 19 of light to 18. I saw her leaves going down before the end of her day, meaning she had enough. I must say that there is no cloud to hide the sun, the weather is verry hot and dry... Most of my garden plants are suffering. She's doing better now, and it's almost the end of the hot days. Last of week of heavy temp. i believe. Day 30 : Reajusting the LST. I'm going slow on this, not asking too much, since she is a bit small, wanted to avoid stoning her.

On the 15/10 it was my fifth day in a row without any more signs of pollensacks or nanas! It really is worth the try is you think, you got something special on your hands. If you can, better isolate it anyways, I just didn't have the room for this. Everything else also going great and the Double Dunked is starting to show why this run is called "Purple Beauties". From now on every week was going to blow my mind on just how beautiful this grow could turn out. Also did some defoliation again

This week was amazing she changed so much hope that she doesn’t get any taller I removed one plant that was near her and stop the blooming a+b So she well eat the nutrients that she didn’t develop yet 2 weeks more and she will be cut for sure I think Really happy with the results that we’re seeing me and my brother we recommend you to go and grab one from #fastbuds

Was harvested whole. Roots and all. Got a much better pheno this time with the addition of the IR/UV 45 it made for a great impact on the resin. At the moment, she's 6 days drying. Prob 4 more to go. Really happy with how she's drying. Will fully Trim soon before the sugar leafs dry into the bud. She is about half way through process. Will update on weight and true smoke report.. The taste I have had, was really nice. But quick air dried bud, is no where near the taste of properly dried bud in a good environment 16-19c "should be kept at a max of 18. It only goes beyond that for a few hours during the day. She's at a RH between 55-62%.

07/07/2025, beginning of week 8, a few issues have reared their head, done as many checks as I can on conditions and soil conditions and have come to the conclusion that I need to carry on sensibly feeding as these issues were probably present weeks ago but just not showing until now. Bud development seems ok and they are lengthening/stacking ok, she's becoming more and more frosty and starting to smell a bit, I think she will carry on lengthening this week before starting to flatten up from next week and will feed accordingly. Fingers crossed it doesn't fall apart haha.

More defoliation, it never stops. She looks super healthy and ready to go into flower. Today was her last day in veg. Bring on flower and let's pray to the bud development gods to be kind 😂

These plants are starting to blow up. 💣 These are some very healthy looking plants but what else can be expected from such stable genes.🤷‍♂️🏽 just removed some lower most branches, everything below where o first topped really. ✂️ just a few more weeks before the flip to flower.🌺
