AVT is coming along nicely. Especially considering the abuse I put her through a few weeks ago. Buds are developing nicely and starting to get frosty 😃. I kind of dig the bonsai'ish shape she has near the top due to my over HST'ing. There will be no more abuse to this girl, only some defoliation as needed. AVT is front-left in the group pics.

Going to try to squeeze a tester meph plant into my inhouse genetics run. Things will be tight! Super excited, this strain sounds delicious! 1/4/22 at 4:20 put bean into paper towel. Checked it 20 hours later and it had cracked with a small tap root. Left it to grow a larger tap root for an additional 24 hours and not much had changed. So I transplanted to its final 2 gallon home. Praying she pokes through in the next day or so!

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. So this is the starting phase of the light schedule 3 days in so far after they sproutd from the soil in the 3" cups the light schedule is on 16hrs on 8 hrs off. Also there is strictly water being sprayed lightly on and off through the day no heaving water added at all. Will keep it posted, Also if someone could help me better arrange this grow diary that will be greatly appreciated lol sorry thanks!

Actualización 05/10/2024 ¡Hola, growers! Perdón por no poder compartir las semanas completas, pero poco a poco volvemos a la normalidad. Las fotos que ven corresponden al día 01/10/24 y, como pueden ver, están llenas de terpenos y tricomas por todas partes. Tanto la Fruit Gum como la Biscotti x Candy Rain son dos de las cepas más resinosas que he cultivado y, además, desprenden un olor increíblemente fuerte. La Fruit Gum tiene esos toques dulces y nostálgicos, como a chicle de mascar, que me transportan directamente a mi infancia. En cuanto a la Biscotti x Candy Rain, su aroma es como el de una clásica galleta americana casera, ¡muy intenso! Ambas cepas me están impresionando mucho por su resinosidad y aromas únicos. Cabe destacar que las genéticas de Uktha Genetics me han sorprendido gratamente; los resultados están siendo fantásticos. Eso sí, estas cepas comen como camiones, pero mientras se mantenga un control exhaustivo de las fertilizaciones y del medio de cultivo, no hay problema de sobrefertilización. Pronto cortaremos una de las plantas que está bastante adelantada. Espero que disfruten tanto como yo este proceso y, como siempre, ¡buenos humos para todos! 🌱💨

We skipped a week of documenting, life got in the way.... She wasn't a big plant, we expected her to stay small after topping at the first node like that, it was a nice little experiment and i'm glad we let her grow, she made for a nice little side stash and break from the strain we've been on ... happy growing everyone!
